19/04/2025: I was negatively surprised by the breakfast dishes. Despite the high score and good reviews, in my opinion this place is mediocre at best. The avocado toast was very plain and the bread they used didn’t taste good. The granola yogurt was average and very small quantity. The salmon was good. I liked the decoration but I also found the place quite cold (it was very cold outside too so I think the wasn’t sufficient heating or isolation). Overall we wouldn’t go again.

10/04/2025: Ordered pokes and the rice was tasteless, the crispy fish was dry, and the little sauce there was had a taste of bad mayonnaise. Unfortunate because the place itself is nice.

03/07/2025: Good food, and a great deal with their „all you can eat“ sushi + bbq offer. They have unique imported beers from Japan and China which I never had before. The service was friendly but a little bit shy… maybe because he needed to talk english with us and I assume he‘s a native japanese guy so probs that he talks english that well!

08/07/2025: Came here on a weekday evening at 8pm with a couple of friends. Found the place through a deal and were not disappointed - 8 servings, all tasty and plentiful. Considering we got the food through a deal we thought we could splurge a bit on wine too.

02/07/2025: The food was delicious, the restaurant was nice, and the service was friendly. The prices are just very high—we paid €135 for two glasses of wine, food (without dessert), and water.

21/06/2025: FALSE HIGH CHARGE!!! EXCELLENT WINE KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF AWESOME FOOD This is a tough rating. Because everything was perfect here - or almost everything. Unfortunately I did not see it when paying, but instead of charging the price for a bottle of wine as depicted on the menu, a false price was stated on the receipt: “Rødvin fl. åben pris” which was app. 20% higher than the price on the menu. And this fact drives the overall rating to a 1-star experience. When you have to pay, they set up the machine to choose the tip amount. But you do not tip in Denmark! The wage in Denmark covers all service charges. But some restaurants and bars still try to ask you in the hope you do not know, so they earn more money. But again: it is not necessary to tip in Denmark. The staff here is very knowledgeable which makes it a very good experience to drink wine here. Tell them what you like and they will find it. And they do have some very nice wine choices here. The food also is excellent. Really gourmet-like and tasty. So overall an exceptional experience turned bad due to a false high price and the unnecessary request for an tip.

20/07/2025: A classic Danish coffee spot—great coffee, lovely pastries, and a few small cooked dishes (mostly egg-based). Simple, stylish, and very well done.

01/07/2025: Best experience!! Came across this restaurant by chance and chose to have dinner with my partner. I must say it was a great surprise, in the best way! First of all, all the staff were so friendly and helpful! The employee who served us was so helpful with his recommendations, so that we could choose the right dishes! He was always available if we needed help or anything else. The food came so quickly, was freshly prepared, so flavorful, especially the vegetables were so rich in flavor and fresh, and the portions were large, so we left completely full and satisfied! The restaurant was clean, and there was a really nice atmosphere with good music. 10/10 experience for us!🙏🏽

The beer list is always on point, rotating just enough to keep things interesting without losing the staples. Whether you’re into hazy IPAs, crisp lagers, or some funky sour you’ve never heard of, they’ve probably got it — and if they don’t, the bartender will recommend something better, Jimmy and Charly are true legends that will make you feel like you are home away from home. The vibe is easy — low light, good tunes, no pretense. People actually talk here. It’s the kind of spot you can wander into alone and leave feeling like a regular. Every city needs a bar like this. Most don’t have one. Lucky to call this my local.

16/07/2025: My boyfriend and I stopped by for a trip and ordered 2 Durum Shawarma. The service was super good and the durum we got were super delicious and big. We also got 2 cookies in the bag - a very nice little gesture. We will definitely come back another time🌟
