16/08/2025: Tasty sandwiches, but extremely greesy ang heavy for your stomach. Less cheese, or using cheese with a lower fat content is a must.

23/10/2025: I think it's rude to serve store-bought rye bread with what is supposed to be quality sandwiches. The toppings were delicious though. A bit strange with grated cheese on top of chicken salad? It took an incredibly long time between servings. I went up and told the waiters in the end. One of them took it well and said that the coffee was on the house bill. Good style. But the other one started wanting to argue about it? It took over 50 minutes from when we finished until we got the next serving.

15/10/2025: It's okay food to get there, we eat there very often. Shawarma doesn't taste the same every time we've been there. There have been different flavors and quantities Tried chicken with creamed potatoes. The chicken was well fried. Still juicy But way too much salt and in my opinion lacking flavor. The rice is okay but the taste is more like "vegeta" for those who know it. I didn't think that was so appropriate with the rice Creamed potatoes are the worst at making. This is the 3rd time I've ordered it and all 3 times the top is burnt. So not brown, but completely black where it's completely inedible When you remove it, it's okay So it's okay here, but they could take small steps to improve themselves a lot more The price is also fair We'll probably come back, but not as often as it was before we came to eat

01/05/2025: After our visit to you today, May 1, 2025, we again experienced a lovely relaxed atmosphere, where there was room for both self-selected retreat and social conversations with someone you have never met before. Was so rewarding for me❤️

07/11/2025: Don't let the sparse and unsophisticated decor put you off. They make the best pizzas I've had in a long time. And the staff are friendly, welcoming and chatty. Without a doubt Hundested's best pizzaria.

31/08/2025: I highly recommend this pizzeria! Since the new owners took over, everything has been perfect – from the friendly service to the cozy atmosphere and not least the pizzas, which tasted fantastic. The crust was crispy, the filling was fresh and of high quality, and the flavors were top notch. You can really feel that love and care are put into the food. The city's pizza is 100% worth the trip from Frederiksværk, I will definitely be back🍕🙌🏼

03/08/2025: July 26, 2025. Large selection of really good food. They are quick to refill the dishes and empty plates are removed very quickly. Really good service. Only downside would have liked to have sat outside and eaten.

06/10/2025: After a full day of wandering around Copenhagen in early September, we were really looking forward to visiting Ved Stranden 10. Set along the water in the city’s historic centre, this wine bar has that relaxed Copenhagen charm that makes you want to stay a little longer. The canal views, and gentle buzz of conversation create an easy, inviting atmosphere. Inside, it’s simple and stylish, with bottles lining the walls and people enjoying great wine without any fuss. We grabbed a seat by the window, ordered a few snacks to share, and sipped on some excellent natural wines by the glass. The selection changes often and focuses on small, thoughtful producers. The staff were genuinely lovely and guided us with great recommendations; every pour was spot on! Ved Stranden 10 has a laid back confidence that comes from people who really know and love wine. It’s unpretentious, welcoming, and just a beautiful place to unwind by the water. If you love wine, it’s a must visit in Copenhagen.

14/09/2025: It's just good and simple at Samurai Sushi on Torvet in Hillerød. And it gets better every time. There are minor changes on the menu, but more than enough delicious things to choose from - and probably also a bit too much. It works well with st ordering on the iPad and it's still "fun". "All you can eat" is a no brainer when we're down there, and the price of 259 kr. on all weekdays is definitely worth the money. Then there's the atmosphere and the premises. Something has been done to it and I think it suits the restaurant really well. Most sushi restaurants are decidedly sad and very spartan (the latter is Jansk style). Samurai stands out significantly in that regard and I love that. There is a clear recommendation from here for Samurai Sushi. "Yoku naru" is well-known in Japanese according to the chat.

22/06/2025: Vi var på familieudflugt med Bådfarten i forbindelse med min mors 80 års fødselsdag og stod af båden ved den smukke Aldershvile Slotspavillion. Vi havde bestilt kaffe og kage, og da vi ankom, var der dækket op til os på terrassen med den skønneste udsigt over Bagsværd sø. På trods af at de ventede et stort bryllup, fik vi en utrolig gæstfri og nærværende betjening af den sødeste værtinde/servitrice, der tog sig god tid til at fortælle om stedet og vise os de smukke lokaler. Og kokken der havde lavet den lækreste, bagte cheesecake til os kom også ud og fortalte om kagen og hyggesludrede. Da vi skulle afsted igen tog den søde værtinde et smukt familiefoto af os på trappen foram Slotspavillionen. Et dejligt minde om et virkelig dejligt besøg.
