25/11/2025: The best Christmas party we've had to date. Real value for money. A cornucopia of delicious wines, snacks, fantastic food, delicious drinks (surprisingly large selection for a "fixed price") and of course superb service. Right from our first contact by email to menu planning to reception and execution at the address. We are blown away. Dance floor and bar in the basement. Look forward to going :)

23/08/2025: Private dining at its best. Right from the moment we were welcomed with champagne, the delicious snacks and the dinner itself, the quality was absolutely top notch. The waiters were very attentive and if you wanted something other than champagne to drink they were ready with special tasty juices or anything else that might tempt you. We had a 4 course menu with really good wines. Thank you so much for a fantastic evening.

03/10/2025: Sticks’n’Sushi delivers on every level—flavor, atmosphere, and service. The sets we ordered were perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. The starters were a textural delight, leading into sushi that was fresh, flavorful, and crafted with care. The grilled yakitori skewers were the highlight—smoky, juicy, and so satisfying, especially when paired with warm sake that rounded out the meal wonderfully. The service was outstanding—attentive without being overbearing, personable, and genuinely welcoming, which made the dining experience feel special. Sticks’n’Sushi is the kind of place that makes you want to linger, savor, and come back again soon. A must-visit in Copenhagen if you love Japanese cuisine with a Danish touch.

05/08/2025: Ordered sticks and sushi for delivery, but unfortunately something was missing from the order. Called the restaurant and they were really nice – apologized right away, even though it was a mistake from the delivery and not theirs. Sent out a new order right away. That's just great service! The food was of course delicious as always, which is why I keep ordering from there. Big praise from here!

10/05/2025: I looked by accident. It was too late to eat, but I tried some good beers, which the ladies behind the bar helped me choose. It's quite nice there.

29/04/2025: Its great - but the bar stops serving at 2330, even though they are ooen until midnight. Disappointing and an easy fix.

06/06/2025: A unique bowl with almonds. This added a sense of sweetness and nuttiness that went hand in hand with the Asian flavors. The rice was quite simple compared to other sushi rice, however. Very tasty.

05/10/2025: Picked up a really nice AeroPress here since my Airbnb didn’t have a coffee maker — and it turned out to be the best experience!

05/12/2025: Great place, nice staff but they mostly only speak English. The food was fantastic and came super fast.

23/11/2025: Poor communication between the staff. We ordered a burger without pickles but when it arrived there were still pickles in it, we told the waiter who got mad at the kitchen and when the burgers came back the fries were cold

09/10/2025: I have ordered take away twice. Lunch pizza for a reasonable price. I want to start with the positive and that is that the pizza itself is of a really high quality and tastes good. Good crispiness and satisfying toppings. I have to mention the service, you are not greeted with a smile or friendliness. However, it only takes 10 minutes for the pizza to be ready. I asked if I could have oregano and was told there was already one and I couldn't see that. I also asked for garlic oil and he seemed almost annoyed with me. I got "extra" oregano and garlic oil. But I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Fortunately the pizza tasted good. You should come for the pizza and not the service. Thanks for the food. Update: I have been there again. And maybe I was too quick with the keys, but that is the first impression. I will give it one star because it is actually cozier and yes the service has improved. Their spaghetti bolo is also really good for lunch. Recommendation from here

17/11/2025: Got a chicken noodle dish that was really delicious. You also get a small cup of chili so you can dose it. It works really well.

22/08/2025: This is a really lovely, cute cafe with incredibly kind staff. The atmosphere is very cozy, making it a great spot for some drinks. ​Unfortunately, we were a bit surprised by the food menu. We had seen pictures on Google Maps of what looked like traditional Danish dishes and local seafood, but the options available were different. For example, the fish was from a river instead of the sea right next door, and the prawns were from Argentina. It was a bit odd for a place located right by the coast, and we actually wondered for a moment if we were in the wrong cafe. ​While the food wasn't what we were expecting, the cozy setting and friendly service still made it a nice place to visit for a drink.

18/08/2025: The coziest restaurant in the middle of beautiful Hornbæk. Nice waiters. The food was absolutely top notch. Plus ice cold draft beer. Lovely lunch. There were 5 of us.

01/10/2025: The portions are very small - equivalent to 40 kr for a large cocktail sausage with dip or 3 slices of bresola with a very small dollop of avocado and very little cottage cheese also 50 kr and a croissant 50 kr - too expensive for what it is and then there are drinks on top of that.. it needs a bit of a shine up and a long wait

13/09/2025: Had a bad experience at Rosenhuset today. We waited 40 minutes for coffee, shake and cake from the counter and bread basket. The coffee was wrong when it came. The food came after an hour. You charged for the water jug, even though it never came. The café was only half full so not even a busy day. What a shame for the cozy place that it is run so poorly.

23/11/2025: Nice cozy Twin Peaks themed bar. Would be even better if they leaned more into the theme though!
