Da Basso, however, is the real deal—a true destination for the buongustai (discerning palates) among us. I recently brought a group of Danish colleagues here; they arrived with the typical skepticism of those who think they’ve tried it all, but after just one bite, they pledged their undying loyalty. That is the power of pizza that speaks its own delicious language. The base achieves that elusive alchemy: thin enough to be crisp and structurally sound, yet pliable and light. The cornicione (the crust) is a study in contrast—airy and cloud-like within, blistered and wonderfully crunchy on the exterior, bearing the hallmark of a masterfully hot oven. The toppings are applied with an abundantly generous hand, ensuring that from the first bite to the last, every mouthful is a complete, harmonious experience. It is a pizza that demands to be eaten in person, fresh from the source, to be truly understood. Simply put, perfection 🥰

17/06/2026: The food was good but unfortunately the service was very poor. Yesterday after 7pm I ate there and one of the staff was very arrogant and unpleasant. The person raised his voice and showed no respect for the customer. It is really disappointing when the food is good but the experience is ruined by poor treatment.

17/06/2026: Such a great spot! I really love the concept of Drivhuset. Having several different food kitchens operating in one shared space is brilliant. The atmosphere is relaxed, spacious, and has a really nice local vibe to it. While it was great to have so many options to choose from, I have to give a special shoutout to the pizza. I wasn't necessarily expecting top-tier Italian from a shared setup, but the quality was genuinely superb. Honestly, it's some of the best pizza I've had in Copenhagen. Great concept, friendly staff, and fantastic food. I may have been there eating pizzas for 6 days in a row already 😅

16/10/2025: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room wasn't entirely satisfactory. The location was good, but the overall hotel experience wasn't particularly personal. The fitness studio is below average. The price-performance ratio is absolutely not justified.

01/12/2025: There's a reason it started out as "Temlig Hemlig Syd-Øst For Paradis". A real gem on Bornholm. I love going there because everything works! The food is a good mix of everything good. The bread for the food/tapas etc. is sourdough bread from Svaneke Brød. The dish of the day in the evening is vegetarian and is made with ingredients from a farm on Bornholm. Such a cozy and happy atmosphere. You might as well be somewhere "down south". ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
