23/10/2025: Super cozy coffee shop. Used a lot for working on a laptop. Just had a latte. Very tasty. Right now they have a special offer. Free choice on the entire menu with Meyou specials. Everything homemade. Only 89 kr. Subscribe to Meyou and get specials by email.

11/05/2026: Ordered via uber eats, it wasn't there physically. But are you crazy they scam with their pictures compared to what you actually receive😂 You see a picture with two taquitos, but you only receive one. You should probably write that more clearly. And the fries are really a crazy difference... Borderline false marketing

29/04/2026: The food is good but there aren't really that many vegetarian options. There is 1 and it's falafel, so if you can't stand chickpeas you're a bit out of luck. However, they seem to allow you to be a bit creative, but it still costs extra. They could have fresh mozzarella or something like that. The service is top notch and they are both fast and friendly. It's not a place I would choose to sit and eat my food. So better just take it with you.

31/12/2025: This review is done mainly to highlight the very rude behaviour we experienced from one of the female managers on the afternoon of the 31st of Dec around 4.30pm. We had finished our ramens and ordered two deserts. After a while the waitress came with a third desert and it transpired it had been a mixup. One of the now half eaten deserts was added by the waitress by mistake, she was very lovely apologises and promised a refund. Shortly thereafter the manager came, clearly irritated, telling us that we get a refund but then she’s going to take the remains of the desert way. She basically snatched out of my hand when I gave it back to back, slammed it down on the tray and disappeared, she processed our refund for a coconut ice cream around 4.30pm. We were quite stunned having been treated like garbage by a member of the management team, this totally soured our otherwise nice experience.

26/12/2025: The food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant. It was very busy, and the staff couldn't keep up with everyone, so we had to wait a long time. The staff brought the food, but we had to wait and ask for cutlery!

17/07/2026: Has lost its charm...will choose one of the other ice cream parlors next time.

17/07/2026: Good ice cream, day-old waffles and loud music in the shop, gives a rather mixed experience. 😅 The ice cream tasted good and was enjoyed by everyone, but the waffles were quite tough and the tip had to be thrown out. Choosing loud music in a very crowded place, which is already crammed with adults and noisy children, is an assessment I can't quite agree with. 😅

14/06/2026: Completely satisfied with the experience. Pizza and gelato: it felt like being in Italy. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean place.

20/12/2025: Really bad experience. Had to wait 45 min to get our table, several items from the menu were sold out and service generally did not live up to expectations. Maison seems outdated, needs an update!

18/10/2025: The food is insanely delicious! You must try the anchovy toast, the perfect steak, and the scallion salad. The service is supremely professional...the prices are fair for the quality of the dishes. Anyone coming to Copenhagen cannot miss it.

06/05/2025: It is a wonderful local bakery that has belonged to the same family for over three generations! We got cakes from this bakery and they were delicious and fresh! The lady who served us is the daughter of the owners, and she was very sweet and helpful in describing the cakes to us in English. I recommend this local bakery 👍

14/05/2026: Bought 1.5 kg of halawat el jebn in the new section. We found a hair in it while we had guests. It is simply not okay and very unhygienic. Very disappointing experience.

15/07/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 star I very rarely write negative reviews because I know that everyone can have a bad day. Unfortunately, my recent visit to McDonald's in Frederikssund was an experience that disappointed me in several ways. It seemed very busy, and of course that can happen. I fully understand that peak times can make it difficult to deliver the same experience as usual. But as a customer, you still expect a certain quality - both when it comes to service and food. Unfortunately, I found the service to be impersonal and a bit indifferent. You didn't feel particularly welcome, and the good customer service that can make a big difference was hard to spot. A smile, a friendly tone or just a feeling that you are seen as a customer means a lot, especially when it's busy. The food also didn't live up to my expectations. It didn't seem as fresh or inviting as I usually associate with a good visit to McDonald's. When you pay for a meal, you expect it to be served with the same quality, no matter how busy it is. I hope this experience was just a one-off. All businesses can have a bad day, so I don't want to judge the place on one experience alone. Instead, I hope that the management and staff take it as constructive feedback and work to ensure that both service and food maintain a more consistent level - even when the restaurant is busy. I will probably return at some point because I believe the experience can be better than the one I had this time. If that happens, I am also willing to change my rating. This time, however, the rating must be 1 out of 5 stars because neither the service nor the food lived up to the expectations that one can reasonably have as a guest.

15/07/2026: We were here on a day when everyone else was there too, so there was a huge queue in the drive-in. But when you want McDonald's, you just have to have it!!!!

11/01/2026: Cozy place, and good food. Some of the sharing menu sizes were disappointing however, especially the dessert which was one single piece of cake for sharing - you can see our destructive attempt at splitting it evenly in two thin slices with our butter knife. Additionally, service was too "attentive", removing plates that we were still eating from more than once. It was as if they were rushing to get us out, even though there was plenty of space for other customers..

31/12/2025: We made a reservation for six people for New Year's Eve tonight, which was confirmed. Unfortunately, we arrived to find the doors locked and no one there! This is unacceptable! We looked forward to this special evening for so long and received no notification that the restaurant was closed until January 6th. An organizational disaster!

30/11/2025: Really good food and atmosphere, we where there for our companies Xmas dinner. How ever it was a bit chaotic when I checked in. First the receptionist said room 24 instead of 42, not a big problem it can happen if you switch between Danish and english. Then room 42 had no key so they moved me to room 1, no problem they solved this quick. BUT when I went to bed very late at around 0:30, someone was moving furniture around in the room over me for at least half an hour. Who does that in the middle of the night?

18/11/2025: There was one minus and a very big one. We were a large group. The food was paid in advance, but we had to pay for drinks individually and that via room number/name, but there was no control at all and the prices of the drinks were not cheap. If I were to come there again for an overnight stay, I insist that it be with payment with what was ordered, so that you don't end up paying for something you haven't drunk. It gives a bad atmosphere when the accounts don't match, both ways. Boring on an otherwise good experience. It's generally a bit cold in the place, but it's a really cozy place.

28/06/2026: Very wet pizza and much longer wait time than they said

19/06/2026: I found two hairs in my pizza, so it went straight into the trash. My money was wasted on nothing. On top of that, I received the pizza from an employee with pitch black and dirty hands, which did not give a particularly trustworthy impression of the hygiene at the place. The hairs were under the filling of the pizza, so it was in no way from me. Disgusting and unacceptable. I had been looking forward to the food, but the experience ended up being a big disappointment. I therefore chose to buy food from another pizza place instead. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend the place.
