However, time and again, I found myself leaving other spots with a slight sense of something missing—be it the structural integrity of the crust, the quality of the condiments, or the all-important balance of texture. Da Basso, however, is the real deal—a true destination for the buongustai (discerning palates) among us. I recently brought a group of Danish colleagues here; they arrived with the typical skepticism of those who think they’ve tried it all, but after just one bite, they pledged their undying loyalty. That is the power of pizza that speaks its own delicious language. The base achieves that elusive alchemy: thin enough to be crisp and structurally sound, yet pliable and light. The cornicione (the crust) is a study in contrast—airy and cloud-like within, blistered and wonderfully crunchy on the exterior, bearing the hallmark of a masterfully hot oven. The toppings are applied with an abundantly generous hand, ensuring that from the first bite to the last, every mouthful is a complete, harmonious experience. It is a pizza that demands to be eaten in person, fresh from the source, to be truly understood. Simply put, perfection 🥰

16/08/2026: We ordered a double cheese burger and we got a steak and bread, then we handed it in to the baker and got a real double cheese burger. We also ordered a french fry sauce and we didn't get it, so we went up to the cashier and said so, then we got it but there was almost no sauce in it. It's not worth 7 kr at all

11/07/2026: Ordered my food in advance 40 minutes before I arrived at your restaurant on Taastrup Hovedegade, when I arrive I am told by a laughing female employee that they have not prepared my food as there has been an accident on Taastrup Hovedgade and that the entire staff has run out to look at the accident, including chefs with active orders. I am told that the kitchen is closed at that time an hour and 10 minutes before their closing time and that they "unfortunately" cannot prepare my food by the same female employee who still cannot stop laughing and giggling. Call the customer next time and ask them not to drive out when you have not planned to prepare the food. Completely crazy and especially laughable from a restaurant that is supposed to be "at the finer end".

15/11/2025: Just picked up the pizza. It’s lukewarm bordering cold ! They said pick up at 17:20 I was here 17:20. Couldn’t you keep it warm if it was YOUR mistake to make it too quickly ??!! I open it and it’s a plain red pizza without ANY mozarella with burrata on top. Another disappointment ! It’s highly unlikely that a pizza that’s right after mozzarella on the menu will be without mozzarella so they should have specified it as NO ONE does it (for a reason) and it’s unusual. Well, I don’t know - maybe to avoid pissing off clients ? Soon enough they’ll charge you 110 kr for flour and a tomatoe - which they basically did here. Pissed ! It was my first time and last one for certain ! With so MANY fantastic places in the area it’s not worth it to waste money, time and taste buds. Btw … that’s how I feel before even trying this. I don’t want to be bothered now. Btw now at home I see clearly how small and burnt it is. Seriously ?! 110 kr for such a small one and you can’t even make it ?! And yes, it’s burnt on the bottom as well. Why do u bother with a fire oven if you don’t know how to use it ?! Never again.

28/10/2025: It’s been 2years i come for my studies to Copenhagen and as i stay near Vanlose station, it became ritual to take pizza from Superbello restaurant and i can highly recommend it,very friendly staff, high quality of ingredients and delicious food , charming atmosphere, very satisfied

20/07/2026: We dropped in for a glass of wine on a Saturday afternoon and were tempted by a tapas platter, which was really nice by the way. We ordered but had to leave our wine untouched in the end, as it took a long time for our tapas to arrive. When the board finally arrived, he apologized and explained that he was alone. 2 things could have saved it…if we had been informed from the start that it would take a long time, so we were prepared, he would have helped or he had just brought the bottle and “topped” our glass, it would have been a completely different experience. There are so many wine bars in Copenhagen and it is the extra service that often makes us come back.

18/07/2026: We visited the restaurant expecting a nice brunch experience. When we arrived, there was no queue, but it still took a while before an employee came and showed us to a table. After we were seated, the waiter left again without telling us if we should just get started. We therefore sat a little confused and looked at each other before deciding to start ourselves. The food was overall okay, but unfortunately nothing that stood out. I would compare the level to Dalle Valle. The sausages had been overcooked and were therefore very dry, which reduced the experience. A small detail that also made the experience less practical was the cutlery. When you had to spread butter or Nutella on your bread, you only had a steak knife, which made it unnecessarily difficult. A small butter knife at the table would be a simple but really good improvement. What, on the other hand, deserves praise is the atmosphere. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated, and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Overall, the experience was unfortunately not good enough to make me want to come back. However, with a little more attention to the guests upon arrival, better preparation of the food and some small practical improvements, I think the experience could be improved significantly.

05/08/2026: 219 kr. for sushi of this quality is simply too much. The ingredients did not seem fresh, and the taste did not live up to the price at all. It was a disappointing experience, and I will not be back. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the place.

08/08/2026: A modern, minimalist restaurant. Interesting and imaginative cuisine, with a decent wine list. Attentive service. Not a great value for money (a three-course menu for two, only one of whom ordered the wine pairing, cost 1,205 kronor).

03/05/2026: This car wash is a disaster. It's out of service many times due to various breakdowns. It's broken more often than it works.
