Made strange unprofessional gestures when placing my order.
Forgot to place my order for eggs and tea
Then another server took over

27/08/2025: For breakfast, we opted for saksuka and halloumi eggs benedict. The flavors were above average. The portions were ample. The New York-style cookies were ordinary but delicious. If you come here, I recommend getting one of their fresh fruit juices. Just be aware that the prices are quite high.

30/07/2025: Scott es increíble y conoce su whisky. Él hace un vertido de diferentes Dewars envejecidos que te harán pensar diferente sobre el whisky irlandés. Tiene un barril especial llamado John Brown que era primo de la familia Dewars que recordarás el resto de tu vida. ITeralmente, el único lugar donde puedes conseguirlo. Pregunta por Scott, el tipo con las gafas detrás de la barra y él te cuidará.

Retterne var kreative og velsmagende, med den varme snack og desserten – især den friske citronfromage-lignende palate cleanser – som klare højdepunkter. Deres mangfoldige og udsøgte ostebord overraskede positivt og er et must for enhver osteelsker.
Stemningen var afslappet og servicen både opmærksom og personlig. En helstøbt gastronomisk oplevelse – à terre er bestemt en fremtidig kandidat til en Michelin-stjerne.

Settled in at the hostel next door for a night, I wanted to try their pizzas. With people in and out, it seemed worth it. And yet...
40 minutes of useless waiting, they "just" forgot my order on the counter... Lamentably ignored for several minutes at the reception when I wanted to know the status of my order, they then realized that the bag placed in front of them was for me. Thanks for the cold pizzas. No apologies, no napkins, no cutlery for the salad...
First and last time I set foot there, the experience was seriously pitiful.

09/07/2025: The best sushi in town. Our go to when it comes to fresh, delicious and inviting sushi and Sticks. Not nice to sit there but good take away. The wok dishes are also good but Sushi is what we come here for.

08/06/2025: More than 20 minutes wait for a burger that was undercooked. Supposed to be medium, and the first bite was. The rest was rare. Fountain coke too small for fat Americans like me. Blowtorch to melt the cheese was weird.

28/08/2025: If you want a really good pizza, this place in inner Copenhagen is the place. They don't serve a boring standard pizza here! Good service and a cozy atmosphere. Remember to book a table if there is a football match or FC Copenhagen is playing.

19/10/2024: Very positive surprised dine out on Amager. For everyone that’s not from Amager it’s an absolute hidden gem. Super cozy and friendly atmosphere. Food is fresh, local and seasonal. On top of that very tasty and nicely arranged. This time tipster guided us to Øens Spisested, but we know we will be back without a voucher. 😋

22/07/2025: We had a great time here. I think we drank everything that they had on tap at the time. Very friendly people hanging out outside in the... kinda beergarden? If I was a local I would be there every day. No complaints at all.
