12/10/2026: Everything was delicious! The staff was very kind! We were served by a very good and kind guy on probation. The food was very good. There were four of us and we took a starter and a box for four!

09/10/2026: Came for a beer, then wanted to eat, got no service, was handed 2 menus and left. Finally paid for 2 beers and left. Great place, it looked very inviting. Boring to sit for 45min without getting any help.

27/07/2026: I had the most amazing dinner at Piola - I’m from London and so when I travel I try to make sure I’m booking genuinely good restaurants instead of something that’s all flash with lacklustre food. We had the set menu which includes slightly smaller portions of their top-pick items. Everything was amazing. I’m a pescatarian and they even switched up the meat options for me no fuss. The waiters were super knowledgeable and the place had a really lovely intimate neighbourhood vibe. Even though the portions were smaller you get a lot of food with the set menu. Highly recommend!!!

27/09/2026: The food portions were very small, and honestly, nothing was truly special or memorable. The service was excellent, but the explanations about what the dishes contained were confusing. At 550 DKK per person, it’s very expensive for what you actually get, especially considering that drinks are not included. Overall, I don’t think the experience offers good value for money.

04/07/2025: Too dark - almost tripped at cloak room. Maybe can hire 1-2 more staff. Response time is slow. Water is DK20/person (studio x kitchen on Dronnigens provides 4 pitchers of water free). Food was ok.

20/10/2026: Very friendly! I went there in Copenhagen just to kill time before my hotel check-in, but... I was impressed by the friendly service and the surprisingly delicious sandwich ☺️☺️☺️☺️

20/10/2026: Very unfriendly staff. We arrived on Friday around 9:30 and were told that only brunch or avocado maddy were available; everything else might not be ready for another two hours. Well, when we asked, they prepared the brunch plate vegan, as, according to the employee, there were no other options on the menu at the moment. We ordered the same food twice; one order arrived after about 10 minutes, the other took almost half an hour. A drink was also forgotten, and instead of the chai latte, we only received a coffee with a little milk. Based on the other reviews, we really expected more. The food was okay, but definitely not worth the price!

15/10/2026: Went here last night (a Wednesday) for a meal with some work colleagues. Had the 7 courses with wine flight. And it was epic! Everything we ate was so good. Tasty, balanced, good portions, superbly presented, and distinctive. Wine was superb and explained in impeccable detail and with great knowledge by our server Simon, who is one of the best and most entertaining servers I’ve ever met. The place was rammed, not an empty table in sight, which tells you a lot. If you’re in town, make sure to go here. Superb.
