14/06/2025: I have been a loyal customer at Cantinos in Værløse for no less than 16 years – and even after living in both Aarhus and Copenhagen, where the range of pizzerias is enormous, I have never tasted a better pizza than the one you get at Cantinos. Every bite confirms why I keep coming back – no matter where I live. It’s not just me who feels this way. I have friends who currently live in Copenhagen, but who happily make the trip to Værløse just to get a taste of what we believe must be Denmark’s best pizza. That’s saying a lot in an age where gourmet pizzas and hip takeaway places are popping up on every street corner. At Cantinos you don’t just get fantastic food – you are greeted by genuine presence and service with a smile, every time. It’s a place where you are remembered, and where it is clearly felt that the love for food and customers goes hand in hand. Cantinos is not just a pizzaria – it is a place with soul, quality and stability. It is an institution in Værløse and a hidden gem that deserves to be celebrated. I can only give my warmest recommendations – and encourage all pizza lovers to take the trip and taste for themselves. It is worth the drive. Every time.

08/06/2025: First time here and it is truly a fun and flavorful place to eat! Okoy (crispy fried bean sprouts) and banana ketchup were so unexpected and delicious combo. Lumpia was very comforting and the star of the evening for me was desert Halo Halo which our attentive waitress said means mixed mixed (for me it reminds me of Sago) ; it was super delicious, mixture of shaved ice, coconut, ube milk and ube ice cream, lychee jelly and some hearty mango bits at the bottom as a nice surprise. Truly spectacular. I recommend also a sparkling lychee drink as a perfect companion to the meal.

06/06/2025: As a half-Filipino, I think the food was generally good. The BBQ sticks were not very good, but the main courses crispy chicken and beef tapa were really good. The other sides were also good and all at a good price. The desserts are semi. Really fast service but really bad acoustics.

01/07/2025: Nice to sit on the terrace and have lunch with your old student friends after visiting high school. Lovely food and good service. I don't think I've ever experienced a restaurant where the lovely food came so quickly after ordering.

30/06/2025: Really cozy place with a good atmosphere and nice staff. Price and quality go together well. We did get the dish of the day for a really good and reasonable price, 124,- for fried pork and parsley sauce, just the right portion, not too much and not too little. It's definitely not the last time I eat there.
