De bedste restauranter i Hovedstaden

04/07/2025: Vi havde reserveret bord, ville først gå en tur i Ekkodalen og blev grebet af naturen og det sjov vi havde med at prøve at få ekko tilbage. Tiden løb og vi ville gerne nå at gå op til rytterknægten inden vi skulle spise. Stor fleksibilitet vi fik ændret tiden endda to gange, mange tak. Hurtig service og glad personale fik en lille smags prøve på deres rom. Bestilte den store tartelet, mums sprød og skønt fyld med håndplukket hønsekød. Roastbeef mad med usædvanlig tykke stykker og meget mørt kød.

29/06/2025: My family did not enjoy the set meals or the vegetarian set meal. We don't see what the hype is for the food here but the service, atmosphere, and ingredients of the food were high quality. Flavours bored us and the nearly 3 hours for all the set menu dishes to be served left us feeling our day was drained away.

25/06/2025: This is a very cool place to stop for a beer! So many options I could almost say TOO many haha I had a delicious (expensive) beer that tasted like buttery fruit. Amazing. I was very well recommended.

02/07/2025: I visited Sofie’s Kalderen with my elderly parents (in their 70s) and my 11-year-old niece. Despite multiple empty tables on the terrace, we were told they were "fully booked for dinner" and we wanted to only have a drink. We obliged, but after sitting nearby for over an hour, not a single person was seated for dinner—just more drinkers like us. It’s baffling why we were turned away when the tables remained unused. Were we not the "right kind" of customers? The excuse felt dishonest. Tourists be warned—you might be turned away for no good reason, even when the place is half-empty. Update: Thank you, but there’s no need to lecture me on basic economics — I do understand how restaurants operate. My concern wasn’t about your business model, but rather about why we weren’t offered a table while several other guests, who also didn’t appear to be eating anything, were seated. Perhaps they miscommunicated their intentions, or maybe they chose to have drinks for an hour before ordering more. I’ll leave it to other customers to draw their own conclusions.

26/05/2025: We were 20 people at the seafood festival. We had wonderful food and wine and great service. And the view was just amazing. We will definitely come again.

01/06/2025: Food was decent. I would not recommend it really. There is so many other brunch places, with much better atmosphere and better tasting food. Inside decoration was boring and bad acoustic. Food was either bad tasting, or boring taste. Baryl has been on my list for a long time to try, but I was not impressed.

06/06/2025: Great service, great food, great prices. Suitable for a quick bite, lunch or a coffee. Has a wide variety of pizzas, pastas and sandwiches. Flavourful pizza topped with loads of ingredients on a thin base. Staff was kind enough to help serve the pizza in 2 halves as we were in for a late lunch.
