25/09/2026: Very delicious pizza - one of the most delicious that I have ever eaten Prices were also very affordable, friendly stuff. Location of the shop is very central, but at the same time quiet and without a lot of tourists. I found a hidden gem - definitely coming back again 😍

23/09/2026: Unfortunately, the visit started a bit awkwardly. We had booked a table, and when making the reservation we were forced to choose their Diamond Dinner for 250 kr. per person. Unfortunately, I don't think it was worth the money. There were two of us and we each got two slices of pizza - four in total. However, the slices were smaller than the regular slices we could see being served to other guests. Overall, it therefore felt like less pizza than if we had just ordered a regular slice each. The starters and the slightly dry cookie for dessert were not enough to justify the extra price in my opinion. It was also very unclear what the set menu actually contained. The menu just said "slices", without any information about size or number, and the staff did not explain what we would get. When we arrived, they also seemed surprised that we had booked, and we were given regular menus, even though we had already been forced to pre-order the set menu when booking. There were also issues with the card terminal, which clearly challenged the staff and made the experience a bit more messy. The pizza itself was good, but I wouldn't choose Diamond Dinner again. Next time I'll make a regular table reservation and get a proper slice - it seems like both better value for money and a better way to experience the place.

31/10/2026: The food its good. However the service is a bit downhill as they not greet every people that come and inform on how to order etc. But yeah can manage it without their help.

30/10/2026: I'll try something wilder next time. Just ordered their bun. It didn't taste like much but okay. But strange that you can't taste the cheese. Was it baked into the bun? Can you see the potential, maybe I was just unlucky? Delicious matcha. Cool atmosphere with style and music and an interesting menu for both food and drinks. I've tried to visit the place before, but was unsuccessful when I was ignored by the staff the first time. Unfortunately, they are behind on service. I didn't feel it was much better this time. However, there was a big difference in the employees. When you first walk in, it feels a bit like you're in a "Zara" type of service, cold, lack of eye contact and explanation of the concept, do you just sit down? How do you order? I missed it. Finally, I want to be generous with the stars, as I can see the potential, cool concept and have heard so much about the place.

26/10/2026: Simply one of the most wonderful evenings we have had in a long time. The food was fantastic, every single serving was an incredible taste experience. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, with a good dose of humor! We were greeted by several of your sweet and nice employees, who both had the energy to joke and laugh, while keeping a calm overview of all the tables they otherwise had. They took into account when we were ready for the next serving, and ended our visit with a LimonZero on the house. An incredibly wonderful experience, and it will by no means be the last time we visit Basso!

05/07/2026: As a big pizza lover, I allow myself to claim what I'm talking about. This is easily the best pizza you can get in Copenhagen. Everything from the ingredients, to the size, to the amount of toppings. EVERYTHING counts. And on top of that, they also have the best and nicest staff!!

10/10/2026: Sandwich buffet of high standard! Definitely recommended. I was a little skeptical about the quality at first, when it's a "buffet", but this cafe exceeded all our expectations. Large selection of really delicious sandwiches and some small hot dishes. There were the classic 'different' and exciting dishes of a high gastronomic level and really tasty. You enter a classic Copenhagen cellar, which together with the interior and service gives a very nice, "old-fashioned" atmosphere during the visit.

09/10/2026: Highly recommended! The sandwiches and hot dishes are close to the absolute top class, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is unbeatable! A huge advantage compared to other sandwiches restaurants is that they are small sandwiches - with the large buffet you can taste more 👍

28/08/2026: Super cozy cafe with the absolute sweetest and most helpful staff! When it started raining, they were quick to come out with blankets for us. Especially Stig and Alexander provided fantastic service and were incredibly nice. This is definitely not the last time I visit this cafe!

16/06/2026: Really nice café that has a bit of everything. Extremely nice owner, who has gradually started to recognize us when we come in. There are often children in the café, who are sometimes a bit noisy - so if you are not into children's games, try to come later in the afternoon (4-5pm)
