25/08/2025: Very delicious food. A quiet little restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen. I would definitely dine there again.

19/08/2025: Balmy summer evening in Copenhagen. Wales in without reservations. Super cortous, lovely and charming service from Rasmus who took the effort to set us a table outside on the side walk, so that we could enjoy the evening. The food masterfully craftsmanship, the assembly of flavors true art! Highly recommend!

02/08/2025: On a wet rainy day we were at our own table, super delicious, both good rye bread and shrimp from the cake as well as a homemade chicken salad, the hand-cut roast with crispy skin that was relatively full, but sweet and friendly service, this buffet can be warmly recommended

15/08/2025: Havde bestilt bord dagen før og har gjort dem opmærksom på at min datter er algerisk, men at vi ønsker en bestemt ret. Ved ankomst får vi af vide at den ene ret, som jeg har nævnt vi ønsker ikke kan imødekommes eftersom der er mælk i som jeg specifikt har nævnt hun ikke kan tåle. Får besked på at de har forsøgt at kontakte mig en time inden vores ankomst. Det vanvittigt uprofessionelt og ikke et sted vil anbefale andre med nogen form for allergener, så står man uden bord en fredag aften på vores datters fødselsdag. Tak!

06/08/2025: I was a little disappointed that the fish was deep fried. That took away from the pleasure. On the other hand, I loved the dip. I felt trapped in the 2-person space under the table with my legs

12/08/2025: Today we visited this charming, picturesque, and unique place with high expectations. The food was quite good, with enjoyable flavors, and the wine list was excellent, offering something for every taste. However, what truly stood out was the lack of professionalism and empathy from the two servers attending us — a blonde woman and a man. They were rude, brusque, and almost mocking toward us as tourists. Unfortunately, we are restaurateurs ourselves and know the world of service and hospitality very well, and these two simply should not be at the front of a restaurant. It’s unfair to the rest of the team, who clearly put great effort into their work. Perhaps it was just an unfortunate night… but it left us with a disappointing impression. Thanks

10/08/2025: I have been to Norrlyst many times. The food is always delicious and I always look forward to visiting Norrlyst again. Today I ate with my youngest son, who is a vegetarian, he also enjoyed the lovely open sandwiches.

22/08/2025: Probably one of the cheapest and most comfortable ways to enjoy a light breakfast in Copenhagen. All coffees offered cost a flat rate of 25 kr, and pastries like croissants, buns, and pain au chocolate are also 25 kr.

12/08/2025: Nice local cafe, I always stop by for a toast and a good coffee. However, I can't recommend their beers. Once I ordered a pilsener from the tap and it was so flat it looked like juice, no head at all (maybe I was unlucky, maybe the beer is just super flat and has no foam at all, maybe their tap had a problem, who knows). It was also kinda warm. I mentioned it to the woman working in the desk but she said that there was nothing wrong and didn't offer to change it. I couldn't drink that. Anyway, stick to coffee and wine options - they are mainly good!

19/08/2025: Very good food. Attentive service by a young waitress who speaks Danish and French. The atmosphere is authentic and reminiscent of a French bistro, with restaurant prices. I'm deducting one star for the prices. Another downside is the poor quality of the baguette, but that's excusable far from France. We ate well.

19/08/2025: An exquisite slice of France and an Alsatian ambiance in the heart of Copenhagen! We returned at the end of our stay 🤤😋 I highly recommend it!

04/09/2025: I had a delicious cardamom brioche and an excellent soy cappuccino. The girl who served me was very kind and welcoming; she recommended typical dishes and explained everything she had available at the time. The place was very spacious inside, and there were also people sitting on their laptops enjoying their breakfast, without rushing to vacate their tables. Very nice; if I ever return to Copenhagen, I'd gladly return. :)

30/08/2025: The food and coffee may be great but the service is not great at all. It’s slow, this half-self service system doesn’t work in most places, in here is even worse. You have to pick up your drinks which are mixed with someone else’s drinks than they are not sure which one is, than there is the bringing of the food only which is based out of question “where do you seat” of course this means that people will be walking around trying to figure which table they should give the food. If this would be the cheapest place I get it, but it’s not. This ideia in Denmark that price doesn’t equal service is a though one to swallow.

17/08/2025: I always order the same thing when I'm here: a salt and pepper bun with butter and cheese - it's so good I can only recommend it. The iced coffee is also really good, there's free water and the toilets are clean. I think their cinnamon croissant is pretty good, but otherwise I don't think their pastries are the most exciting. Cozy atmosphere and always lots of people.
