Så jeg går over og spørger efter min ordre og en dude med en grydeklipning siger" det ikke os der har swipe den klar. Sådan er appen. Jeg gider ikke diskutere". Det noget af en klovn i har ansat. Jeg sagde bare "men i har swipe den" ikke andet. Så kommer han med den flabet svar...

27/03/2025: The food is excellent, the service is exceptional good, the price is a little bit high

23/03/2025: We were at Je'taime for approx. a year ago and since it was a good experience we have decided to revisit the restaurant. But either the level has dropped enormously or they had a gigantic off-day. The evening starts well with some good bread and an excellent snack which is aubergine in puff pastry. After this, however, things go wrong for them. In connection with the order, the waiter states that they have run out of fries(!). A French bistro with both steak frites and moules frites on the menu, but without fries. We had summer buck and white asparagus for starters. The former was excellent, but the latter was served in an overly sweet, thick and separated hollandaise sauce. Close to a gastronomic disaster. For the main course we both ordered Ribeye medium/rare. But when the steak came it was at best medium/well done but probably closer to well done. Fortunately, the tenderloin and the sauce saved the gray, dry piece of meat a little bit. As a side dish, we got potatoes, green salad and tomato salad. But the kitchen had apparently got a good supply of dill, because everything was smeared in it. This meant that everything almost tasted the same. 50 shades of dill. For dessert we had a creme brulee and the world's driest rhubarb financiers with creme fraiche. The rhubarb part consisted of two small pieces on top. The service was nice without being ostentatious, while their recommended chablis was really good and their Pinot noir was not to my taste

10/03/2025: The best Moules Mariniere and Tartar we've had. These are far better than the one you'll find in France. First tartar and Moules Marinere we've had with herbs. Balanced flavour and fresh. Service is amazing and the restaurant has a cozy ambience.

04/03/2025: I arrived at this hotel with very high expectations, having read the wonderful reviews…. However I was very disappointed with the overall experience. Indifferent staff that were more concerned with evening meal diners than hotel guests. Having spent several nights at a mainstream competitor a week earlier I’d suggest to anyone considering this establishment that they think about the value of staying in a wonderful building with excellently decorated rooms at the expense of very lazy service. To have no tea or coffee supplies in a room is pretty poor. I don’t normally expect much when it comes to mini bars in rooms, but to not even find a teabag was surprising. On my final morning I attempted to have a light breakfast before setting off for the airport. I was handed a menu and then ignored by both staff, who appeared to actively avoid making eye contact. After sitting there for 10 minutes without anyone asking if I’d like to order anything, I left and visited a local cafe instead. A young girl behind the bar booked a taxi for us, with clear instructions that it needed to be larger than normal to accommodate 3 passengers and 3 large bags. This was not done, as confirmed by the taxi driver, who was very apologetic, showing me the booking, without mention of the bags or passenger number. Again, the mainstream hotel managed this request with ease…. In short, there are better places to stay that will make you feel valued and welcomed without the price tag.

28/02/2025: We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed 2 times social dinner . This was the interesting experience during our trip . We met a couple from Ireland , 2nd time, we sit together with local family and had pleasure conversation with them!

15/03/2025: Awesome spot in a otherwise boring area in terms of breakfast options. We'll happily drive 15 minutes to go here for brunch in the weekends. Worth a detour and worth a try!
