20/04/2025: I've been going here for a couple years and the food is consistently great. Shawarma is juicy and the ingredients are fresh. Prices are worth it. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly friendly, funny, and respectful. 10000% recommend!

25/05/2025: I had a delicious croissant and American coffee. My mom got cheese and some type of bread (scone ?) that she greatly enjoyed! The cheese was amazing!!

03/01/2026: This is a great place to crash at, especially since almost every alternative in the area closes at the ridiculously early time of 20.00 (or 8pm). Atmosphere is nice, with energizing, alternative (but not niche) 20th century music, and a true bar-like setting, which is only offset by the slightly uncomfortable seating (considering the average luggage, it makes for an awkward fit). The beer options are probably the highlight of this place, with varying options of European lager, pilsener, IPA etc. Toasties comprise the food menu - the vegetarian one (truffle and ‘hard cheese’) is better than your average toastie, but does not constitute anything spectacular. Service is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and the one-manned staff let me try the beer before I finalized my order. Good vibes.

23/12/2025: The beer is fine! The person serving us took our glasses away although we weren't finished drinking. It's not as if there were people waiting in line to sit down where we were. Baffling service...

03/09/2025: Great place full of history; if you climb the stairs, you have a great view of Copenhagen, Sweden, and the Øresund Bridge; it's a shame there's trash and cigarette butts everywhere.

02/01/2026: Terrible food. Chewy chicken and meat. We left our plate more than half eaten and we were starving too. The service was also terrible. Server had an attitude the moment we walked in. Nickel and dime you- menu literally says “free water if you get a drink other wise 29.” My partner got a beer. They literally gave us tap water. Bill came out and we got charged and server said: “ he got a drink but you didn’t. We need to make money.” So there you go, that tells you their attitude. It wasnt even bottled water. Beyond that the food was genuinely bad on top of it all. We got the roast pork and chicken patty shell. Absolutely did not enjoy at all.

28/12/2025: A lovely Danish restaurant, with a little twist. We had Christmas lunch, which included everything for a classic Christmas lunch; herring, fish, shrimp, duck, pickled beef, roast pork, tartlets and rice pudding. Lots of food for a nice price. The service was excellent, and our glasses were never empty 😇
