04/09/2025: (We will be waiting for August 21st) Nogle gange siger vi, at skandinaver er seriøse eller kolde, men interested undskylder den behandling, jeg fik på denne restaurant. At one point, the only thing the waitress did was, allegedly, come and pick up the parasols that were on the terrace., then he had the brilliant idea of ​​putting it right next to our table. “Great” idea Because they fell right on our heads and were a millimeter away from exploding our glasses full of drinks in front of us and turning our vacation into a nightmare. The most scandalous thing was that there was no response, no commercial gesture, no concern, not even an apology! I come from a country (France) where this would never have been allowed. Besides, I think the two blondes who were serving me on that date, they are not at all interested in the customer, I hope they find a job that can be passionate about them. 30/08/2025: Stopped here for beer and a cocktail, the food looks terrific, but the location is fantastic. Wonderful server, and their cocktails were dope.

30/08/2026: A good experience! I had my birthday here and although they don't have any discounts for people who have a birthday like many other places here, it was still easy to order on an iPad and fast service You can sit outside by the road on some benches and you can also sit outside in the backyard which is quieter at some tables. Of course you can also sit inside if you want. It is immediately well located and there is no noise. The service was nice girls who were service-minded and efficient. The food was actually really good and there is not a single bad thing I can say about it. I was quite happy with their sticks. They have beef on sticks and that is really a plus. There was no special atmosphere to notice but it works and the fact that you can eat everything you can for only ten to 20 kr. more than nearby places is also fair

19/06/2026: My partner and I stayed here for our wedding and it was so fantastic. The staff made us feel so special and welcomed and the property is so beautiful and cozy! Great location too. Would absolutely stay here again!

29/05/2026: Great boutique hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. Close to everything, restaurants, bars, grocery store, canal boats, transportation all at your doorstep. Rooms were remodeled with high end fixtures and we had a mini bar with sink and fridge.

11/06/2026: The bathroom washbasin is so small that I can barely wash my hands. The photos on the hotel website show a square basin, but in reality, it’s a small round one. I wish the hotel would post accurate photos of the actual facilities. The bathroom was also so cramped that the shower door and the bathroom entrance door actually bumped into each other—I was really disappointed.

11/06/2026: Last week I had a poor experience about Agoda, which cencelled my room 1 night just before my stay. Mia and her team of Absalon hotel were really helpful. They cheer me up fighting with Agoda so I got full refund with compensation and they also provided me a room with discount (which is not easy during a long Denmark holiday). Highly recommended for this hotel ❤️.

31/07/2026: A wonderful place to relax and watch all the activity on and around the water. Everything was very clean, and the ice cream and drinks were great.

29/07/2026: Enjoyed this casual restaurant twice on our trip. Very nice area looking out over the water. Enjoyed the Shrimp open face ,Cheese plate with bread ,charcuterie plate and olives. Easy to order at your table using your phone .The food arrives promptly. A breath of fresh air after traveling down Nyhavn.

23/08/2026: The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The food was generally tasty, although some dishes were a little on the salty side, and there weren’t any fried rice options on the menu. Both the Tom Yum noodles and Thai sour soup were very good, with generous portion sizes. It was a shame there was no mango sticky rice for dessert, but the White Temple Tea was absolutely delicious and a lovely surprise. Overall, a very enjoyable meal and a good experience.
