23/06/2026: Cozy little restaurant by the green areas. We have been there several times over the last 10 years or so. It is always good. This time my husband had a pizza with air-dried ham and gorgonzola and I chose 2 starters - garlic bread and a shrimp cocktail. It was all so delicious. While you wait you get a bowl of olives and delicious fresh bread. Good prices.

10/12/2025: Lovely hotel, which was perfect for our mother's 75th birthday, where we were about 50 guests, most of whom stayed overnight. Food and wine are good and as expected for the price. Lovely cheap accommodation in connection with a party. Where the hotel really stands out is at the wine bar, which is fantastic. Large quality selection at fair prices. In addition, the breakfast is also much better than I am used to at most hotels. The icing on the cake would have been better coffee, but it was okay. The rooms are standard, a bit worn, but lovely beds and generally as it should be. I can recommend having a party here - especially in winter, when you don't have to go out anyway, as the location is very uninteresting.

04/07/2026: A quaint cafe in the park. Charming with plenty of seating or take it out to the park. Enjoyed an affogato for an afternoon pick me up. It is a Saturday and the weather is perfect. The park is full of everyone enjoying themselves.

The most scandalous thing was that there was no response, no commercial gesture, no concern, not even an apology! I come from a country (France) where this would never have been allowed. Besides, I think the two blondes who were serving me on that date, they are not at all interested in the customer, I hope they find a job that can be passionate about them. 30/08/2025: Stopped here for beer and a cocktail, the food looks terrific, but the location is fantastic. Wonderful server, and their cocktails were dope.

03/04/2026: John's Cake House sells at prices that rival more expensive cake houses like Lagkagehuset and La Glace, but the quality is not up there. The bread is quite ordinary and not worth the extra money.

14/12/2025: Unfortunately very disappointing experience. We bought a dürüm, but the meat smelled bad. It tasted like old or very strong mutton, and the smell was downright unpleasant. The meat was also very dry, with hard and burnt pieces that clearly seemed reheated. It was not fresh and not a good experience at all. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place.

01/12/2025: We went there tonight to buy some food. They said the lamb kebab was finished so they could offer beef kebab. I could hear them speaking Kurdish and saying there wasn't enough meat but they would just use the leftovers. I am disappointed but not surprised by this kind of treatment. Shame on you, you are giving the Kurds a bad name.

09/09/2025: Maybe you should make sure to edit the opening hours on Google Maps when, like us, you choose to drive to Årsdale for beer and burgers in early September.... only to find out that you have already CLOSED the 2025 season??🇩🇰😎💯 If you drive somewhere like this, you as a customer expect that it IS open on a sunny Sunday in September, especially when it is over 20 degrees🌞 - and Google Maps says it IS open

06/09/2025: Great bar with awesome food and atmosphere. We enjoyed relaxing outside while eating the well prepared burgers and greatly enjoyed the variety of well crafted beers.

12/05/2026: Really nice place, great food, friendly attitude and from what I heard they speak the language of every guest - Danish, English, and a few more I didn’t understand:) Was too hungry to take a photo but both flavour and presentation was great
