20/01/2025: We just went to get ice cream.
But when you entered the cafe restaurant you got a good insight.
Is very nicely furnished.
There is a terrace at the front for sitting and in the rear outdoor area between the two hulls.
I think it's very nicely done.
The ice cream was very tasty and the scoops were big.
Our two dogs also enjoyed it.
14/10/2024: A very cozy and very special feeling to sit under the bottom of a cutter and watch the frames because the deck has been removed so that the cutter forms a roof over the "restaurant"! The dining card includes both fish dishes and steaks. The chosen "star shot" was well prepared with pan-fried flatfish, served with a cold draft beer that completes the experience!

15/03/2025: Six months ago, the food, wine and service at Basso were a class apart – this time it was a disappointment. The food lacked finesse, the wine was uninspired and the service felt disinterested. A sad contrast to our previous visit. Unfortunately not a place I will return to.
07/03/2025: We came to celebrate my husband's birthday.
An hour and 20 minutes after arrival we had only had 1 round of snacks and everyone was quite hungry. The food was indeed tasty but half-lukewarm and it was served slowly and the table was not cleared very well between courses.
Nice young people who served us but unfortunately not what we had hoped for or value for the price this time.

05/03/2025: A wonderful little restaurant in beautiful Ringkøbing. Super friendly staff. Some are even German (emigrated), others are not, but speak German. The dishes are varied but always imaginatively presented and tastefully prepared. A feast for the eyes and the palate! Clear recommendation - visit the "Fröhliche Karotte"!
28/02/2025: Great cafe centrally in the city. The food is organic and/or regionally grown. The salad is very tasty and super fresh from many different varieties. Plus fresh bread and hummus. A highlight is the carrot cake 🥰

10/11/2024: Small, nice snack bar with an outside area. Clean, friendly staff. Burgers were very good. They like to eat there. Nothing special but good. Of course they also have other things besides burgers.
04/11/2024: Was there in the off-season, top coffee from the portafilter machine, hot dog with cooked sausage and then on the contact grill, I guess I have to adopt a great idea, perfect with the fries.

10/12/2024: Very cozy place with a view of the Brabrand lake. You can come here alone after a run or with the family. There is parking close by and you can buy a variety of food and drink. You can also go inside in a large hall and enjoy your purchases if it's cold. It is also possible to buy honey nearby. Worth a visit.

08/03/2025: An acceptable shawarma if you are not used to anything else.
We tasted both lamb and beef, and as many others also mention, there is very little meat in it. It was an unbalanced roll that could be called a veggie roll. However, it should be mentioned that the salad is fresh.
There are much better alternatives in Aarhus.
