From appetizers to dessert, everything was carefully prepared and delicious!
And the welcome was top-notch.

03/08/2025: Dinner was a fantastic experience for the whole family! I especially appreciate that my wife has celiac disease, and L'Estragon responded very professionally to my email request, offering a customized menu. They also made special arrangements for our young daughter. All courses were excellent, and the service was charming and attentive. We would love to come back!

25/08/2025: Delicious pizza with fresh ingredients. We were also pleasantly surprised by the large selection of vegetarian pizzas.
24/08/2025: Super delicious food, fair prices, and very friendly staff. Truly, the food was incredibly good! We had tuna pizza, a spaghetti pizza for the kids, and a kebab durum. Everyone was stuffed and very satisfied. Thank you! We'll definitely be back.

09/09/2025: Cozy atmosphere, fortunately bears the brunt of being an old, old barge hauler's Inn inside. But well maintained...
Good thing it got the water from the Gudenåen under control, even though it's not a cheap pleasure.. 🙃🙃🙃

30/07/2025: Best coffee we had in Denmark, fresh juices and smoothies were also so delicious. Homemade rye bread and buns really good as well. Such a nice guy serving, highly recommend this gem.
25/07/2025: The coffee is amazing! The best coffee we've had in Denmark. A cozy, relaxed atmosphere with smooth jazz music. We received a free juice shot with our cappuccinos – what a way to start the day!

10/08/2025: Venlig modtagelse, venlige tjenere. Fik 2 X stjerneskud med vin, dejlige friske råvarer, og vinen passede perfekt til. Det bliver ikke ret meget bedre, og så passede pris og kvalitet rigtig godt sammen. Kan varmt anbefales.
29/07/2025: Hvis man trænger til skøn mad, god service og afslapning ved vandet - så besøg endelig Hjarbæk kro -
Det gjorde vi i weekenden og det var dælemæn godt.

07/09/2025: A bit disappointing visit compared to previous ones. The waiter started off nicely by saying he was our personal waiter, but when the drinks arrived, they were just thrown on the table, and no one knew if they had gotten the right one.
Disgusting smell from the toilet. Don't bother having a 'toilet table' next time.
Edited 5/9-25: The place needs some rethinking. Cocktails are not as fancy as 5 years ago.

The flavor composition is thought about in all their drink recipes.

Not a requirement, and they don't even bring the menu (it says you have to order at the counter).
The atmosphere and taste are top-notch!
14/08/2025: Delicious breakfast and such a cozy place! Me and my dad especially loved the croissants, the toppings we chose (hummus and pesto) and the juices.

25/07/2025: We had our wedding at Domestic in the spring and had an absolutely amazing experience. Highly recommended. First of all, the food was top notch (two of the guests said it was the best meal of their lives). Then, the service also exceeded our wildest expectations - both before the party, where we experienced great flexibility, responsiveness and genuine curiosity. And during the party, where the kitchen and waiters were super sweet, attentive and passionate. Finally, I would like to mention the place and the atmosphere, which is cozy, elegant, and without being pretentious. 5/5!
12/07/2025: Maden er deres Michelinstjerne værdig - fedt koncept. Men stemningen og ikke mindst den nærværende, personlige og professionelle betjening gjorde aftenen til noget særligt. Klar anbefaling herfra - vi kommer gerne igen
