masaman curry with coconut milk, carrots, onions, potatoes and cashew nuts. Not strong.
Super sweet service. Can only be recommended ✨

01/05/2025: Cozy place, but the iced coffee was not very good. We said A LITTLE syrup, but there was a lot of it.
The staff is impossible to get in touch with unless you have to get up every time.

27/04/2025: Min mand og jeg var på deal ophold for 9. gang på Malling kro d. 23.-24. april. Det er et fantastisk sted som vi besøger 2 gange om året. Maden er helt i top og deres personale er så søde og ved ikke alt det gode de skal gøre for os. Vi har bestilt et nyt ophold til september 2025 igen. Det kan meget anbefales at tage et ophold på kroen, det vil I ikke fortryde.

06/04/2025: Thank you for the most wonderful evening! The Hærværk team is passionate about culinary experience and using the local resources respectfully. This was tangible in every course and we absolutely enjoyed being surprised by every course.
We were so lucky to meet one of the chefs, Rune, who discussed the core temperature of celery with us and how to turn a delivery of 150 eggplant into the most delicious filling for pasta.
The wine pairing was a great choice and I want to especially point out the superb non-alcoholic pairing with home made juices and kombucha. The apple based kombucha was the most delicious non-alcoholic beverage I’ve ever tasted!

Always delicious food, and parking spaces are ok for the guests.
We use Knudhule several times a year, both company and private.

03/05/2025: We were a couple who had ordered the "full nude" menu and dessert for lunch in Aarhus.
The service waitress Agnes and the cooks were so great.
In addition, the food was so delicious and tasted amazing.
We will definitely come again and can definitely recommend the place.

14/05/2025: Fantastic evening at Substans. Thanks for the really good food and lovely relaxed atmosphere. The hosts took a lot of time to explain everything we got and had a nice chat. Just one thing that drags us down a bit. Why do you call it a juice menu when it's more of a cold tea menu?
Apart from this it was a really nice evening and a good experience, we would recommend it to others...
03/05/2025: Sublime lunch. Food, drink and service in a beautiful combination ♥️ Many of the dishes had good acidity, so you have to have that - but without it coming over at any point. Yes
A dish with issing and chili had good heat, brave serving that divided the waters at the table, personally I was a big fan :)
The service was between great presence and mediation, to the perfectly discreet where two empty glasses were just grabbed without the need for words.

Hurtigt og venlig betjening trods travlhed i Vinterferien.
Vi besøgte afdelingen i Blåvand og der var rift om bordene.
Der var et bredt udvalg af kager og brød.
Vi valgte Æblelagkage, Cheesecake, kaffe, Chailatte og Sodavand til fuld tilfredshed.
Ja man betaler lidt for det, men det gør man også alle andre steder.
Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.
