25/07/2025: I have rarely been so disappointed by a meal – and certainly not at these prices. Polar Pizza & Pasta should seriously consider changing its name to Polar Freezer Leftovers & Soggy Disappointment. The pizza tasted like something that had been heated in a microwave an hour ago and then placed under a heat lamp, so the bottom became limp, chewy and thin as cardboard. The cheese wasn't melted – it just lay on top, as if it had given up. The filling? Sparse, dry and without any kind of taste. The pasta was downright inedible. Once sticky, soggy pasta pieces that looked like they had been left open for several days, and a meat sauce that resembled pure tomato sauce, but tasted of nothing. The whole thing had that characteristic "school canteen Friday afternoon" vibe – but at gourmet prices. The prices? Completely out of proportion. We paid over 200 kr. for a boring plate of pasta and a flat soda for the kids, while Mom and Dad had to get away with almost double that. If you want to blow your food budget and regret all your life choices at the same time, this is the place. The staff seemed disinterested. No smiles, no interest in the experience – just move on. This felt like an assembly line machine with no heart or quality. It's boring to see that the same opinions about this place can be traced back several years. The environment? uninspiring. Like eating in a school after-school program with a LEGO theme, but without the magic.

29/10/2024: This place is already closed! We booked the place a month in advance. The day when we were supposed to check in, we received the confirmation message via Booking.com about how ready they are to receive us (i guess this was automated) but 20 mins before we arrived after a looooong drive, the hotel message us again that they are bankrupt and no longer in operation for weeks! Google, take this advertisement now!

20/10/2024: Booked a room one month in advance for end of September, got a confirmation of bankruptcy the day before, only after I reached out to ask for specific amenities in the room.

17/11/2025: Neat and clean, although the counters can seem a bit “cluttered” to navigate. Personally, I think that some of the items lack signs so that you can clearly see what the items are and how much they cost. Unfortunately, this is something that can irritate me as a customer. The employees made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. They were service-minded and accommodating, and it created a good atmosphere during my visit. The selection of rolls is not that large, but the ones that are there taste really good. The cakes are also a clear highlight – beautiful, fresh and delicious. There is also the opportunity to enjoy your food in the bakery at chairs and tables.

08/07/2025: Tastes great but honestly. Order 5 buttered rolls and pay 30 kr. for butter that is almost not present. That's not good enough. For the 30 kr. I could buy 2 packages of kærgården on sale 🙈 That's a lot of Lagkagehuset.

22/11/2025: Some interesting things, own craftsmanship. A little too much cheap crap. Lacks some mood music that could make people more willing to buy. The store feels a little empty.

23/06/2025: Nice place with very interesting art. We had a lovely coffee with layer cake in the cafe. Definitely worth a visit.

18/06/2025: The food was surprisingly delicious; the pizza base was perfectly crispy and the burger meat was cooked to perfection. The portions were large, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

03/08/2025: Terrible place to be, and the staff is extremely abusive and gropes all your friends, and a far too narrow place where there is no room for more than 20 people, and a toilet that looks like something worse than hay. Excuse the boring tone, but this place cannot defend itself…

30/03/2025: Hyggelig lille café med et stort udvalg af veganske kager, samt nogle sandwiches. Vi fik varm kakao med kanelsnegle - det hele var meget lækkert. Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage for at prøve de andre kager.

11/01/2025: Fantastisk og imponerende vegansk bagværk. Bare ærgerligt at man skal nyde alt det lækre bagværk på lave skamler. Det ødelægger desværre nydelsen og hyggen.

17/09/2023: We only had dinner there (in March/2022). I had a good experience. The food was good and the ambient was pretty cozy! They had the most sweet and cute dogs too 🥰
