27/07/2025: Terrible communication and terrible customer service at this place! And I would like to emphasize that I am not usually a complainer, but on the contrary, quite spacious and decent. We had booked a double room with a bath for 370 kr. extra, compared to their rooms without a bath. When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was only cold water. This can happen to even the best hotel, but the way it was handled was wildly amateurish and downright unpleasant. When I mention it, completely calmly, at check-out and ask for a reasonable reduction in the price, the employees get angry and dismiss me by saying that they can't do that. When I insist, I am bluntly told that I can get a 95 kr. discount or pay full price. I ask if they are not available to talk to, as I think a discount of, for example, 150-200 would be more reasonable, in relation to the price of a room without a bath and then meet somewhere in between, but then I just get told that now they don't want to talk to me anymore and threaten me that if there is more, they will find my address and sort it out that way. This is not about the money at all, but about the principle - I didn't get a single "we're sorry" or any understanding for anything. It is clear that they think it is my problem and I just have to live with that. They argued aggressively that I could just take a cold shower, that would be healthy, or wait for them to get it done and then take a shower - we were about to check out, so that was of course not an option. I will never come back here! And would recommend everyone to find one of the other accommodations in town, who can probably figure out how to speak nicely to other people and just a minimum of customer service. But I could recommend them a basic course in customer service and general human courtesy and good communication. Thanks for ruining my vacation day and my mood.

15/08/2025: Get the best and (maybe) biggest sausage or kebab mix in Esbjerg. Always good service.

28/05/2025: Super friendly and accommodating. Ordered for 6 people and it took roughly 10minutes. Could not take mastercard but i had cash. Fried chicken and chips, roasted hotdog, Red giant in a blanket and chicken nuggets w. chips for the kids.

16/08/2024: Super god mad og hurtigt lavet. Virkelig god betjening (i vært fald i rosengårdcenteret) Dejlig stemning, vil helt klart anbefale :kr

28/09/2023: We ate there this summer. Really good food. Beautifully presented. Cozy atmosphere. The owner was really nice and very attentive to making sure we had a good experience. Will definitely come back. 👍🙏

23/02/2025: Delicious bacon steak sandwich with really good fries. It was a good experience. For the fries there was a delicious onion ketchup.

23/08/2025: I order a burger with beef steak, I get something that tastes less like MacDonald's, I order without tomato, I get with tomato, I tell the boy who welcomed us, but nothing was done or apologized, the place looks like a thrift store.

04/07/2025: Waited 1 hour for two servings of salad with fries and there weren't many customers, even though it's National Convention week. They turned away customers after us, so not because there were many orders. The food tasted ok, but not at all worth the price.

16/07/2024: Nice shop, absolutely nice service. I had a jalapeno burger as a menu which is totally recommended. Always my pleasure.

16/09/2025: We stayed in the hostel part, and it is from this experience that the rating is made. Really warm welcome. Good clean rooms, but the beds could be a little better. Shower and toilet in the hallway, both clean and neat. The breakfast is clearly above what you expect in a hostel, many homemade things.

04/08/2025: Absolutely fantastic place. The hostess is so fantastic and helps with everything...she is a bundle of energy. Super nice breakfast buffet...with everything you could want. Big, Big recommendation from me and my family

20/02/2025: Fantastisk velkomst i receptionen og fin fremvisning af værelse. Opholdet var med kaffe og kage - Der var ingen velkomst - Vi blev alene mødt med spørgsmålet: 'Hvilket værelsesnr. har I?' Dejlig middag med spændende retter og god service. Restauranten er imidlertid kraftigt udvidet med en stor udestue, hvilket fratager enhver form for atmosfære. Det er forståeligt, at det er nødvendig at øge kapaciteten, men måden er ærgerlig, og indretningen minder mest af alt om en café. Morgenmaden var travl og uden valgmuligheder. Man vidste således ikke, hvad menuen lød på, den blev blot serveret med laaaaang ventetid, og den var kun halvlun. Ingen opfyldning af juice mv. Det efterlader desværre oplevelsen lidt lunken, hvorimod regningen var brandvarm.

05/12/2024: Gastronomi på et meget højt niveau. Fremragende personale. Specielt tak til Rosa, som virkelig forkælede min hustru og undertegnede. Mad og vin gik op i en højere enhed. Vi krydser fingre for den første Michelin stjerne. Vi kommer gerne igen.
