Trust me when I say that this is without a doubt the best place in Denmark to get a roll, sooooo good.

04/10/2023: Very rude owner over customer. Me and my friend had late dinner there not more than 2 months ago. In the middle of the dinner, the female waitress came and inform us that they are closing. It was around 20 mins before their online advertised closing time. I argued with this fact, but the reply was "I was instructed by my owner to tell you that they are closing now". We needed to finish up our food in a hurry manner as if we are hoarding the free food. It was an indirect insult.The worst dining experience in my whole life😪.
To be fair, Taste of food is live up to my expectation.But the dinning experience has ruined it all.
P.S. I do not want an apology feedback from the owner here, but want to know what made you to deliver such instruction to the waitress or was it a waitress's bluff.

08/10/2024: Det er nu tredje gang indenfor 2,5 mdr, at vi bor på hotellet i forbindelse med vores arbejde. Det er pænt, specielt de nye værelser og virkelig god morgenmad og fin betjening der. Men hver gang slår det os, hvor dårlige personalet i receptionen er til at tage imod forespørgsler (fx en anden pude, hvilket man sagde at man selvfølgelig havde - men som jeg endte med at gå på et lager for at finde sammen med en ansat sent om aftenen) eller feedback. De bliver let irriterede eller tøsesure. Ved en af vores indtjekninger skændes de to receptionister indbyrdes, om vi kunne opgradere eller ej. Ret ubehageligt.
Vi må også konstatere, at evnen til at håndtere mange mennesker i baren ikke slår til, hverken hvad angår plads eller logistik/betjening.
Sidst, men ikke mindst må man undres over, hvordan man som et moderne hotel, der ligger i forb. med et kongrescenter og med mange kursusfaciliteter kan være så fuldstændigt blottet for gode arbejdsstationer/borde med stikkontakter. Det er jo ikke sikkert, at man kan eller vil sidde på værelset og arbejde, hvis man er flere. Men det findes simpelthen ikke! Og spørger man, om der findes et sted, får man en irriteret reaktion i retning af, at der måske er noget nede i kælderen! Ikke godt nok. Og det er jo ikke, fordi der mangler plads. Vi endte med at køre ind på Hotel Odeon som har en fantastisk lounge, hvor man kan sidde og arbejde dag og aften.
22/06/2024: Perfekt sted til overnatning, når der står koncert på menu’en. Pænt værelse og dejlig seng. Til morgen lang kø til overhovedet at få et bord i morgenmads lokalet. Ventede længe og de kunne ikke følge med at fylde op. Troede at de var trænet i at følge med, når der var mange overnattende efter en koncert. Men et fint hotel.

05/10/2024: Den bedste drinkens jeg har fået til dato, deres drinks kort er meget beskrivende og derved har man let ved at vælge.

Helt fair priser på det man får er smuk og meget velsmagende drinks

02/08/2025: Disappointing experience – far from gourmet
We visited the restaurant and chose their summer menu 2025 with accompanying wine menu for a total price of almost 5,000 DKK. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the expectation of gourmet. Several of the dishes were one-sided and heavy in taste. Although luxurious ingredients such as truffle and caviar were used abundantly, the dishes lacked harmony and the symphony of flavors that one expects at this level.
There were a few snacks that were really good.
However, the menu had no clear common thread, and none of the dishes managed to provide the “wow” experience that one hopes for. The wine menu also did not contribute to lifting the whole and was relatively anonymous.
The waiters, on the other hand, were very skilled and professional, which was a clear plus of the visit.
Also expect to pay 75 DKK for a bottle of sparkling water.
All in all, an evening where the service was impressive – but the food and the overall experience did not live up to the price.
