21/11/2025: The owner was very welcoming ❤️ and even gave my son a bag of shrimp crackers. The food was delicious too. For Denmark, a country with high prices, this was very cheap.

02/11/2025: I ordered a coffee (the menu said it included cake), a cola and 2 cakes separately. They charged for 2 coffees. They didn't bring the cake with the coffee included in the menu, nor the other 2 cakes. When I asked about the cakes, they said it wasn't time to serve cakes, although when I ordered they said OK, and asked us what cakes we wanted. The worst service!

24/06/2025: Et par andre cykelentusiaster havde anbefalet Albis Kaffebar på hovedgaden i Hornbæk, og så måtte vi naturligvis gøre holdt her, da vejen faldt forbi. Albi ligger i en hyggelig, gammel villa og serverer alt, hvad hjertet begærer af brød, kager og virkelig god, stærk kaffe. Vi fik 2 kopper kaffe og 2 boller med pisket smør og ost. Prisen var i den høje ende, 190 kr., men kvaliteten var så også i orden. Varme anbefalinger herfra, hvis du er i Hornbæk og økonomien rækker.

12/11/2025: I ordered two dürums today and it was a huge disappointment. There was almost only bread and almost no filling – it can't even be called a dürum. Totally disrespectful to the customers. The bread was not fully baked and the filling was maybe 2% of the entire dürum. I threw it out after two bites. I will never order from you again.

30/10/2025: Wow what an experience. We haven't lived in this town long, but we have definitely found our place to buy food. See you again soon.

25/11/2025: Such a shame. Great concept but when we found a sharp shard of plastic in our salad the only response was 'accidents happen'. No attempt to check the source, no removing of possibly contaminated salads from the counter. First and only time we will eat here.

10/12/2025: Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, our visit to this La Galette restaurant in Copenhagen was extremely unpleasant, not because of the food, but because of the owner’s attitude. From the moment we arrived, we were treated in a disrespectful and dismissive way, which made us feel genuinely unwelcome. Instead of hospitality, we felt like we were bothering them just by being there. Because of this behavior, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. A restaurant should make its guests feel comfortable and appreciated, and this one did the exact opposite. I am certain I will not return.

02/12/2025: I never leave reviews, but this time I think it's important. I was so excited to finally go to this place I'd been hearing about since arriving in Denmark, and I couldn't wait to share a meal that reminded me of France for my birthday. And the meal was DELICIOUS, I want to emphasize that. But the service surprised me, and not in a good way. The waitress was very nice, but the manager, or at least I think he was, was rather rude and even made me jump when he got angry at some plates next to us. He was very friendly with the other customers, though. I don't understand why he behaved like that and was so grumpy towards us. I was looking forward to having a sweet crepe to finish the meal, but we ended up leaving before we could because of this kind of behavior, feeling unwelcome. And that's not even mentioning the fact that we were ignored several times, and we never received the water we asked for. And when it came time to pay, I admit I was a little confused because the manager spoke to me in Danish, which I don't fully understand yet, but after we paid, he didn't hide his annoyance and muttered something because we hadn't left a tip. But honestly, if I were you, you wouldn't have either. I really want to come back for the good food, the atmosphere, and to support a French restaurant, but I'm not sure I'll be well received... At least it reminded me why I left France in the first place.

20/08/2025: My first visit, not a bad experience. We'll just ignore one regular who is a bad loser😂 you can play darts, and billiards, otherwise a good experience 🫶

02/12/2025: A classic grill with burger menus, steak sandwiches, sausages with side dishes. However, sandwiches with chicken and the like are also available, as well as rolls in the morning.

19/08/2025: We stumbled upon “Café Apropos” on the evening of the 18th — the grand finale of our 8-day Danish road trip. And I do mean stumbled: it was 9:30 PM, we were running late, and desperately hunting for something to feed the kid. The place looked stylish and vaguely Parisian, so we thought, “Why not?” Well… the confusion began with the menu and only got worse from there. If this was meant to be a Parisian bistro, someone forgot to tell the kitchen. The kids’ chicken? Marinated in a spicy sauce — because nothing says “child-friendly” like a surprise kick of heat. Once we realized that, we swapped it for a delightfully thin hamburger tucked inside a hollow bun. Gourmet minimalism, perhaps? Meanwhile, the “tapas plate” featured jalapeños, tortilla sauce, and a few mystery items that defied identification. And the “Parisian steak”? Oh dear. It was a dry hamburger (dear “chef,” ever heard of beef fillet?) perched on a slice of yesterday’s bread, surrounded by random vegetables that added nothing but confusion — and later, stomach drama I won’t detail here out of mercy. The one bright spot? Our waitress. Cheerful, friendly, and just as baffled as we were when the kitchen insisted, “Yes, the baby chicken is marinated in spicy sauce — but just a little spicy!” Final verdict: charming decor, baffling food, and a culinary identity crisis (yes, including pasta with chicken). Proceed with caution — or better yet, don’t.

07/03/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a really good experience at Spisehuset Dragør Sejlklub. The place is simple and relatively simply decorated – but in exactly the right way. The atmosphere is relaxed, cozy and authentic, exactly as you would hope for at a sailing club by the water. You can clearly feel that there is a good level of ambition in the kitchen, while the prices are still very reasonable and not runaway, which makes the experience even better. The staff were present, friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and they contributed greatly to making the visit a really good experience from start to finish. I had a steak sandwich with brown gravy and fries – and it almost deserves its own section. It was simply excellent. In fact, I would say that it is either the best or second best steak sandwich I have had since 1992, when I last had one at the corner grill on Vestergade in Silkeborg. That is saying a lot. We are already looking forward to coming back this summer, where we plan to sit out on the large terrace right down to the water, enjoy the view and have a few drinks with good friends. It seems like the perfect place for long summer evenings. Highly recommended
