10/08/2025: Don't be out off by the unpretentious exterior – inside this bar has friendly, knowledgeable staff who make really unusual, interesting, tasty cocktails served in a relaxed, cool atmosphere. The Tarrentino theme is unusual but really well done and integrated into the drinks menu.

21/08/2025: Always delicious and tasty food with high quality. Super good and flexible service. Sandwiches are also delicious. I had a group of Zealanders over for an event, and several said it was some of the best food they had had at similar events.

13/03/2025: We had a fantastically beautiful and tasty tapas dish. Finally a restaurant that understands that tapas is not just cut-off cold cuts. There were several small dishes, salads and tapenades here and everything seemed homemade. The accompanying bread did not quite live up to the rest. I would like to pay a little extra to be able to choose a good coarse sourdough bread instead.

24/11/2025: We went to the plant bank. And we came a long way and we couldn't have been more satisfied. It's nice that we didn't have to sit alone but together with new acquaintances. And of course it also helps when you win some beautiful plants that have now come home 😁

05/12/2025: We were there on Saturday, it's so cozy with my colleagues. A nice place for family and friends. Especially for teenagers, they only get away from their mobile phones.

13/11/2025: I’m not a big fan of steak, so I ordered the grilled tuna with hoisin sauce instead. It had an overly salty taste and was hard to enjoy (hoisin sauce shouldn’t taste like that). The portion was fine, but the service was slow. we waited a while before they took our order, and the food took a long time to arrive. Dessert also took almost half an hour, but it tasted much better than the main dish. We spent about 2.5 hours there, which felt too long for just a main course and dessert without any drinks 😴🥱

28/09/2025: Delicious food. We didn't get the food presented. This resulted in us getting confused about what belonged to what. There were 3 of us and we had ordered 3 different dishes. The waiter was gone before we could open our mouths and ask. No hot towels at our table, only at those around us. The last one was missing for that price range.

04/11/2025: Good delicious Danish food. Fantastically nice staff, and always welcoming. There is a little bit of everything for everyone. Located discreetly, so you are pleasantly surprised when you come inside. We will definitely visit again.

21/10/2025: Evald is a gem in Silkeborg. If you are going to the Musikteatret, this is the obvious option to start the evening with good food and matching wines

16/09/2025: Super friendly staff. When I called to ask if they could accommodate the food intolerances of my white they said ‘we will take care of that, just come over. We had a lovely fish main course, sitting outside with our dog and were treated so kind. I wish we had restaurants in Belgium with the same attitude towards taking care of their customers with special needs. In Denmark this is more rule than exception.
