22/05/2025: This is the worst pizza I have ever tasted, it went straight into the trash. The one star is for the service.

20/05/2025: Really good food and a sweet staff!

31/05/2025: An establishment where we like to go with friends. We were there a couple of months ago, decided to leave a review, because we have been to this establishment more than once and we like to take the course menu, it is profitable and tasty. The only minus of the establishment is the long wait for the staff, we often wait 15 minutes for our order to be taken. In general, this atmosphere is pleasant and the design is beautiful☺️

17/04/2025: "carbonara" swims in cream with semi-raw field mushrooms. bland without salt and pepper with unprepared mushroom taste. he then brings parmesan and grates something in 5 minutes later... DKK 155!! "prosciutto" children's pizza is strangely sweet and with something that looks like canned ham cubes. the dough is not good "Arrabiata" pasta with tomato tastes like common food from my college days. canned tomato and plain penne pasta The burger and fish fillet were apparently good. Stay away from the “Italian” dishes! DKK 1750 for 4 adults and 5 children, but you can't help but feel thoroughly cheated. Lousy cook!

09/05/2025: At Grillbiksen they cook good barbecue food, The staff are nice and friendly even if the pace is sometimes a bit fast,

27/03/2025: I called to order food, the only thing they say when they answer the phone is Hello, let me just ask if it's a grill bar I've called, I ask about the portion size and am told that they only have large sausage mixes, the food can be picked up after 10 minutes which was true, it was probably the only positive thing to say about this visit, for one and a half hundred kroner I got two sausage mixes made from leftover sausages with a sparing amount of curry ketchup and remoulade and some dried pickles, the portions do not live up to what you understand by a large sausage mix, this was dry and miserable, now we can expect it to be a long time before we set foot there again.

23/05/2025: Bought a durum chicken with their “snack basket” which looks very inviting but…. First bite of the durum I could taste it was a tortilla bought from the net, and the whole thing was just loosely put together, so it all fell apart, the chicken and the contents were “okay” But then when I opened the snack basket you were just welcomed to a round of soggy onion rings, squid rings, and then what was supposed to be curly fries, but ended up being the worst potato slices this earth has ever seen, absurdly dry taste, almost wet. And it didn’t help that the packaging on it was all completely wet inside. Would not recommend this place.

06/02/2025: Slightly burnt shawarma, far too many fries – and a shawarma sandwich should not contain fries at all! The worst shawarma I have ever eaten. He even forgot to add mayonnaise, which is an essential part of a shawarma sandwich. I pointed out to him that I was not satisfied, but he neither offered to take it back nor give a replacement.

18/05/2025: The food is really delicious, but I always get cheated out of money every single time I buy there. Either you don't get what you order, but suddenly you've paid 20 kr more than you should - or else they write a good offer, but when you order they won't enforce the offer. I've never paid the same amount, even though I almost always order the same thing. Today we called and asked about the good offer on a 3-person pizza for 100 kr and we asked if it could be delivered. It could be delivered without any problems, but when it was delivered it suddenly cost 189. Then you can ask if delivery costs 89 kr, but on their site it says that delivery 0-4 km away is free??? When we called and asked why the price was like that, he replied that the offer on a 3-person pizza for 100 kr was only valid for pick-up - so not something he told us the first time we called. Furthermore, we were told we had paid full price which was 159kr - but what did the last 30kr go for?? The delivery which should be free?? When you try to explain the situation to the man he gets angry, aggressive and seems threatening. Again, the food is really delicious - but always check the receipt!!

16/04/2025: Piss off owner. Cold fries. Ended up in a loud discussion because I didn't want to pay for the cold fries which were 20 min late.

13/04/2025: Still a sour stutter, after a 2 year break, had it again!! Thin skid for days after Kebab box. Go to Ollerup ell. Vester åby! Never again.

31/05/2025: Unbelievably poor and racist experience. From the text at the bottom of the menu it is clear that neither kebab nor halal meat is served, “no no thank you” it says. But the fact that bacon is also added to all dishes, both pasta and pizza, really makes you feel unwelcome. A large soda for 95,- is also rubbish. It is not exactly D’angleterre.

29/05/2025: Service was terrible. Had to ask someone to take our order, food arrived before the drinks and a waiter was nowhere to be seen after our drinks were delivered. Struggled to settle the bill. Food was ok.

16/05/2025: Second times ovened ribs. Do not recommend to anyone. Even to the biggest enemy.

10/05/2025: Terrible food and bad service, even had to ask to have the table wiped down.

03/05/2025: First we were told our food would be ready after 20 minutes (6 adults, 3 children)...after waiting for over an hour, still nothing! We asked for our money back. Not recommended

22/04/2025: the worst biryani i had ever. i ordered their Chicken Tikka Biryani and not close to any taste of biryani. May be they should invest in the chef and get him some cooking lessons.

26/01/2025: Have eaten at the place before with satisfaction. There won't be a next time. It does not seem as if the young people are dressed properly for the service task. So there must be some adults who can teach them something about customer service. This actually applied all the way around, from the waiter/host to the meat cutter. The red meat seemed almost raw and did not taste good. The other cuts of meat were edible, but certainly not an experience. The best was the soft ice cream. That pretty much says it all. The Grill in Svendborg cannot be recommended - not even if you don't set high standards.

19/01/2025: I have never experienced worse service than this. The waiters were rude and claimed we left the bill. The food was bad as soon after I got food poisoning. I wish I could give the place zero stars because they didn't deserve a single one.

24/05/2025: We ordered 4 Bacon Cheese Burgers. We got 1 Bacon Cheese Burger and 3 regular burgers, one of which had hair inside. Which is really gross.

26/04/2025: We ordered 2 pizzas on Friday. Chose chili and garlic as a side dish. It costs DKK 0. stood there. Paid for the pizzas and was told they would be delivered approx. at 19. First at 20.30 (so an hour and a half later!) we get the pizzas delivered. On delivery, the offer also says that we have to pay extra for the chili and garlic we ordered for the pizzas (which they didn't charge anything for when we ordered and paid). We have to transfer the money to MobilePay, otherwise we can't get the pizzas delivered. So petty and really bad style after such a long wait. Never ordering pizza from there again. Fortunately, we have many other good pizzerias in Børkop...

26/05/2025: High price at checkout low price on website It is not right that on your website you write 60 kr for a small pizza and when customers come to checkout the pizza costs 20 kr extra And bad customer service and very dirty

27/01/2025: They always take way too long to deliver. It is not unusual to wait for over an hour, and it is only when you contact them yourself about the long delivery that they start to get their act together to deliver.

15/05/2025: I simply don't want to give as much as one star, I ordered half a chicken and fries and the chicken smells rotten so I didn't dare eat it. If you're dying of hunger, do it. Because if you eat that food, you'll die of food poisoning. PS I only give a passing rating

19/03/2025: We had ordered a pizza for 2 people, but it was almost inedible. There was no pizza sauce, only the edges of the pizza had it and then the pizza base was simply so thick. Last time we order food from here.
