13/07/2025: Wanted to have fun and celebrate my and my boyfriend's birthday, together with my mom, so decided to take a trip to Fredericia and have lunch at Chilli. Had checked Facebook MANY times if it was open. It should be, from 11 am to 7 pm. We were greeted by a locked door and a "nice" sign in the window, at about 1 pm...we don't open until 4 pm today (Saturday July 12) because of company. Slightly disappointed, we had to find a plan B.

13/07/2025: Backyard Tavern. There was a buffet on the menu and it was really delicious.

06/10/2025: The place needs a renovation, it's dark and almost gloomy in the grill bar. I got a grilled chicken with fries and cucumber salad. 90kr. There was no remoulade or ketchup included in the price. The quality and the price are not related at all. The place has replaced the jagged fries with thin and cheaper fries, which taste boring. The quality has dropped since the last time I was there. I have eaten here before, where the food has been quite good. But after yesterday, I don't feel like visiting the place again. The chicken didn't taste like anything was missing spices, it was juicy in some places, in other places it was simply so dry that it wasn't particularly delicious. Sad that you can't make a good spicy grilled chicken with fries. It can be done better

07/06/2025: I seriously just needed a ten for billiards but the bartenders kept picking on all the other customers who were supposed to have an incredible amount of money and stood waiting for a quarter of an hour for a 10??

19/06/2024: Had a massive Kebab wrap for a reasonable price. Lots of salad and veggie filling and a good portion of meat. Nice guy who handled the order.

15/09/2024: Var i Vejen og ledte efter noget aftensmad. Blev positiv overrasket da jeg så at der lå en jamaicansk restaurant. Det gjorde det svært at vælge da der var mange lækre ting på kortet. Men det var lang tid siden jeg havde fået jerk chicken så det blev valget. Kæmpe kyllingebryst marineret i jerk spices med ris/bønner og super lækker salat med mango osv. Min søn tog spiced pork sandwich der også så flot ud og havde et godt krydderkick. Vi blev begge super mætte for ca 350 inkl drikkevare. Virkelig positiv overrasket over at finde noget lidt anderledes der så også var super godt.

26/08/2025: Top, only three guests on a Tuesday where we just had to have coffee/tea. Everything was served by a nice helpful waiter. I have only seen the place late on a Saturday with lots of people and live music going on. So you can also get a late coffee and bottled beer here on a Tuesday when the city is otherwise closed down

13/03/2026: Too little bread, boring dry buns, sausage rolls without any sauce or onion, leftover Italian salad. But good coffee.
