16/10/2024: A very nice bar near the holiday home, with friendly service that even takes music requests and puts you in a really good mood. The prices are fair, and it's a wonderful place to meet new people and enjoy good music and great drinks.

09/08/2025: The family's annual trip to Strynø always includes lunch at Det Gamle Mejeri. And we always have to have omelettes!
The interior could do with a bit of a makeover. And it's a real shame that they've closed their microbrewery.
Remember to book a table. It's often sold out in the summer
16/07/2025: Cute and cozy restaurant with limited outdoor and indoor seating. Booking ahead is required according to their website. The menu was very limited, with æggekaga (omelette), fried fish and burger. The food was pretty average. Unfortunately the microbrewery is no longer in action which wasn't updated on the website.
