03/08/2025: Visiting from Canada!! The food was super delicious, the only thing was the potatoes were a little salty. I recommend the churrasco with chimichurri.

14/08/2025: We came here for breakfast and ordered a cinnamon roll, avocado bread, and banana bread. We enjoyed the food! It was good value for money. You can sit outside by the canal or inside. We were satisfied.

The owners were friendly, and when I asked a question about the decor, the chef shared a touching story about the origin of the restaurant. He also gave us some interesting Danish music recommendations. Would recommend if you don't mind that it's somewhat expensive.

30/08/2025: One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Excellent fries, bigger than normal, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The staff was perfect, from the welcome to the order to the bill.

20/08/2025: Dining here was a formidable experience, thanks above all to the staff (both service and kitchen), whose warm service and thoughtful presentation made us feel genuinely welcome. They went out of their way to accommodate food restrictions — we even found some of the gluten-free variations more flavorful than the originals. The fish smell of one dish was otherworldly, something I’d happily bottle as a perfume. Pricing is very fair for smaller bites like aperitifs, while the ambitious 15-course menu is certainly a commitment in every dimension (culinary, attention span, financial, ...). The mixed wine-juice pairing was a highlight, with juices adding a creativity and diversity that outshines many wine lists, even alongside some wonderfully unusual bottles.

02/08/2025: Vi var afsted med nogle af vores gode venner, ankomst, vi bliver taget i mod med manér, sidder ved et bord med super flot udsigt over havet, nærmest portræt lignende, vi bliver sendt gennem en kulinarisk mad oplevelse, med passende skønne vine, i alt en rigtig god aften… Spiser en del ude, denne gang blev vi alle fire positivt overrasket, da vi skal tilbage mod hotellet og aftenen er slut, står al personale ved døren og siger tak for en skøn aften… Det er klasse… Er man på Bornholm, så må man ikke gå glip af denne oplevelse.. Vi kommer bestemt igen.

19/08/2025: Very well done hotel. All I have to argue is that the toilets on the bottom floor are with a card and the lift is more than 100 years old which explains why there was a tiger mosquito. The food was good and location was amazing since it is near the Central Train Station and Tivoli Park
