21/06/2025: Great shop with very friendly owners and staff! Delicious sandwiches, good coffee, and a super tasty juice called "Amazon"...! 😍☺️ The atmosphere is also great thanks to the lovely decor! The only downside: We couldn't shower because the shower head had been removed. 😅

19/10/2025: During our week-long stay on Bornholm, we visited twice! I'm so grateful for the team's commitment to sustainable cocoa processing and against child labor. The chocolate is truly delicious and good; you can't buy it in a supermarket. The café, with its delicious cakes, is also a great place to linger. 26/09/2025: The best dark chocolate I have ever eaten. I also love the concept of fair living conditions/payment to the cocoa farmers. I have also bought many bottles of rare wine from Crete, which I am looking forward to tasting. You cannot buy them anywhere else in Denmark. A lovely surprise in addition to the chocolate experience.

21/10/2025: Cakenhagen offers a truly refined dessert experience in the heart of Tivoli. The tea is nice and they have beautifully crafted pastries that are as delicious as they are artistic. The service is good, with staff who are attentive and passionate about what they do. The ambiance is elegant yet relaxed, making it the perfect place to indulge and unwind. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine desserts and Danish hospitality at its best.

20/09/2025: We visited Cakenhagen, Tivoli Gardens on 19 Sep 2025 after dinner and were lucky to be served by Maryanne. She went above and beyond to get us a table for three, set up a cozy indoor spot, and made my husband’s birthday extra special by bringing the cake I had reserved with a candle. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made our evening truly memorable. Highly recommend!❤️

27/09/2025: The best pizzas in town made in a stone oven lit with wood. Always happy behind the counter and smoking busy. Yet it always only takes between 10-15 minutes. There are both benches outside and tables and chairs inside that you can eat at. The atmosphere you get when eating inside could be a little better. The door to the warehouse was open and it could be a little cozier...

07/09/2025: A fascinating building with interesting and unique activities! The “skiing” is horrible. It’s like skiing on the worst icy snow imaginable. Despite that we had a good time for its novelty. Might be a fun activity for those desperate for some “skiing”. Similarly the cafe at the top could be a nice spot to sit with views of the city, but the views are the wrong way (towards the airport) and the vibes aren’t great. The climbing wall looks quite fun but the hurdles you need to jump through in order to climb there make it much less appealing. Many people were running up and down the hill while I was there. It looks like a fantastic place to do that.

04/09/2025: We hosted an event at the CopenHill Rooftop Cafe in July 2025, and had a FANTASTIC experience! Julie was super responsive to our questions and needs and an amazing coordinator the day of the event. We were planning the event from another country, and she and the rest of the events team (shout out to Alexander!) helped us remotely for months in advance of the event. Julie had an answer for every question and always came up with great ideas and potential solutions for issues that came up the day of the event. Not only did she start setting up and preparing well in advance of the event, but she lead the whole team (catering, bar staff), resulting in a seamless event. We received SO many compliments on the venue, the food, and the overall vibe. We wholeheartedly recommend the Rooftop Cafe as a venue space and Julie as an event coordinator!

11/12/2025: Café Svejk is a cozy place that I often visit to enjoy a good specialty beer. The atmosphere is relaxed, and it's a nice place to settle down. Occasionally I also eat there, and the food is simple but well-prepared. All in all, a cozy and uncomplicated place for a good beer and a little relaxation.

01/03/2026: Fantastically delicious open sandwiches! Sweet, fast and wonderfully relaxing service. A little expensive, but worth every penny. Truly luxurious and delicious ingredients!

12/11/2025: Great restaurant that really stands out from the other smokehouses on the island. We were there one evening during the autumn holidays and had a buffet, which had a large selection. Not everything tasted equally good, for example the shrimp which is also mentioned in other posts.
