29/03/2025: A great place! You wouldn't think to walk in, but once inside, you'll never want to leave: a wonderful welcome, warm and friendly, with good advice for the rest of our visit, and also delicious charcuterie. Eric, the owner, is extremely friendly and generous. Our only regret: not having had time to go back!

03/03/2025: Allowed us to eat here and have some wine even though we didn't have a reservation. It was our first meal after our wedding, and it was delicious. Thank you for your hospitality and food. The host was very knowledgeable and paired our meal with the perfect wine!

15/04/2025: Food so good that it's outrageous. This is my ideal restaurant- small, not pretentious, creative dishes,staff that know their stuff, and great wine!! I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about food and is coming to Copenhagen.

09/04/2025: Super good food! Unfortunately, I couldn't taste their tasting menu due to allergies, but their gluten-free bread, ceviche and polenta were amazing!! The decor was boring and the acoustics were bad, but the service was great and the food is good! I'll be back 😊

18/03/2025: The pizza is really great and I have tried a few of them and I have found each one uniquely as good. The place is quite small with not too many tables but it still gives a cozy vibe and is close to the water. It does take quite a while for service and waiters to reach you but that is most likely just because there aren’t many people working there. At most I saw maybe 2 waiters.

17/01/2025: I've always passed by this place when I took train 910 and I'm glad I finally visited and brought my friends from out of town along. It's such a cute and lovely little place, right by the train platform, which just adds to the overall charm. We went for the a la carte dinner on Friday, and decided to go with the chef's choice (375 dkk per person). What we ended up with was basically having a sampler of the entire menu, which was fantastic, amazing and great value for money. My personal favourite was the crostata, but every item on the menu was well executed and flavourful. The only downside was that it was slightly too bread heavy, so by the time we reached the final courses, we were already very full. But not that we were complaining, because the bread itself was very good. I really want to thank the main person (owner?) who was very kind throughout the entire experience and extremely attentive. He had it such a memorable evening, especially because my friends travelled from Germany to visit and also because one of them had her birthday. He kindly gave us some of the toasted Piemonte hazelnuts to try and was also thoughtful in asking us when we would like the next courses and finally also gave us the desserts to takeaway, seeing that we were so full. He even gave my friends a bag from Birks and also asked if they needed cocoa powder to dust off their tiramisu back home. I look forward to coming back again to try the other dining experience on Thursday.

19/10/2024: Excellent cinema in Copenhagen with the newest quality movies showed with English subtitles at least once a day. Small but very cozy. ♥️

13/02/2025: Then it was finally possible to get a table at Guldkroen after the Corona shutdown. We had a great experience this evening, there was a great atmosphere, it was pure fun, and very full bellies when we went home. Stepping into Guldkroen is like stepping into a time warp from a bygone era, it was exactly how my grandmother lived, or at least many of the same things that were in her home. Sweet waiters who were very attentive. Thank you for a good evening

27/03/2025: If someone told me that one of the best burgers they’d ever had was at the zoo in Copenhagen I’d probably call them a liar but having had one I can confirm this is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had

29/03/2025: We had been looking forward to a good burger experience, but unfortunately Burgerklubben did not live up to expectations. We ordered 3 x Big Piece menu and 1 Muhammad Ali menu but the food was far from impressive. The Big Piece burger was neither filling nor filling, the meat was red and the bun was cold. One of us never got our fries and the chili mayo didn't taste like chili mayo at all. There were large pieces of pickles in it and tasted more of wasabi than mayo. The service also left a lot to be desired. The food arrived later than promised, the staff brought the wrong drinks twice, and we ended up spending the evening on a dining experience we would rather have been without. All in all, this was unfortunately a disappointing experience and we probably won't be back.

26/03/2025: The fact that it was packed on a Tuesday says a lot about how popular the place is. I had a good chicken burger named George Forman and my companion chose a regular beef burger named Mike Tyson. Both were not too big and not too small and the fries were good

08/02/2025: My husband and I stumbled across this gem on our first visit to Sawtell, which also happened to be for our anniversary lunch. The waitress was Italian herself, and was incredibly enthusiastic about the food. She immediately recommended the Focaccia. We got one of the Focaccias with mozzarella, mortadella, and pistachio salsa and one with prosciutto, mozzarella and tomato. They were absolutely insane! The Focaccia is made in house every day. The mozzarella is sourced from a specific farm in Byron Bay, and the pistachio sauce is a delicacy of the particular part of Italy the owner and chef is from. Every single ingredient was amazing. We also had 2 lattes, which were delicious (and. we're coffee people). Then, the chef and owner surprised us with a pistachio Cannolo, which was also insane (and special because it was our anniversary)! I have yet to come across a restaurant in Australia with service this good and people who are obviously passionate about their food. If you go to Sawtell, you have to go to this restaurant.

11/04/2025: Good food but the portion is too small compared to the price; we ordered bibimbap and kimchi soup, they could have definitely added more broth to the soup; very small portion and the service was slow, despite when we came, the restaurant wasnt so full

02/04/2025: Even though the shop is small, it is quick to get your food. Their meat for their durums or Turkish is really delicious. Not like the cheap kebab meat you typically get elsewhere. Their chili is top notch and they are nice in the shop. Always good to visit if you want good quality at reasonable prices.

18/03/2025: Great food. Visited from England and went to kebabistan on recommendation. It did not disappoint. Please let us know what Chilli Sauce you use as we cant stop thinking about it
