23/08/2025: A small French bistro that gives the feeling of sitting in Paris. It is so cozy and the food is really good. Small dishes that can often be shared.

09/08/2025: Homemade tapas and really good wines by the glass, all at good prices. One of our favorite places when we're craving something. On the outdoor terrace it feels like being in Paris when the sun is shining. During the colder season we snuggle up in the cozy dining room. We've promised we'll be back. Always welcome and always good service.

29/12/2025: A really lovely shop with a charming Christmas corner. Elf enthusiasts will find plenty of crafting supplies here. The rest of the shop has everything your heart desires: decorations, candles, toys, clothing, Danish merchandise, and, what we especially appreciated, it doesn't have that touristy feel that unfortunately plagues so many other shops around Ringkøbing Fjord. They offer typical Danish decorations. Right next to the shop is a great café that invites you to linger, and if you like, you can even make your own candles. Simply hygge!

11/10/2025: A welcoming owner and host, always up for a good joke, and a fantastic atmosphere in the small "Gammel Havn Café" in Thorsminde – what more could you want? Whether you're looking for lunch or enjoying afternoon coffee with a delicious apple pie or a refreshing ice cream, the "Old Harbor Café" is always the right place. Of course, you can also enjoy a good Danish beer and other spirits, breathe in the fragrant harbor air in the sunshine outside, watch the amateur anglers on the fjord shore or the returning fishermen unloading their catch in the small harbor, or simply relax. You hardly notice how quickly the time passes, and when you leave, you're already looking forward to your next visit.

06/12/2025: The BEST pizza I ate in Aarhus. The owner is very kind, funny, and generous. And they have a lot of pizza varieties for all pizza lovers out there. I totally recommend this place !

22/10/2025: A restaurant where children are welcome and entertained. There's a small play table with cars, art supplies, and knick-knacks. The food is good, but could be a bit more substantial for some people. The highlight, of course, is the candle-making, which is hard to resist. The workbenches are right next to the entrance, and children are immediately invited to make their own candles. Yes, it costs extra, of course, but it's a lovely memory for the children. The service is very friendly and attentive, and they also spend a lot of time with the children looking after the candles. I would deduct one star for the service, as you can only pay in cash (euros or kroner).

17/01/2026: We had a reservation for dinner at the restaurant. We received a warm welcome and enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere. Both the appetizer and main course were of excellent quality and beautifully presented. We'll be back in the summer.

15/01/2026: I can highly recommend "Café Marina." My wife and I have already eaten the Marina Burger (twice), the BBQ Burger (once), and the salad with oven-baked salmon (once). We're on holiday in Bjerregard for four weeks and will be stopping by two more times. Absolutely recommendable! The price-performance ratio is excellent!

18/09/2025: This café has truly beautiful candles and decorative items, and you can also buy clothes here, but the prices are quite high! Nevertheless, it's definitely worth a visit.

16/09/2025: I've been going here for many years. I buy candles or make my own. You can always find something nice to take home in the shop. Then I can enjoy a cake in the café and relax.

26/12/2025: Super good authentic Danish food served in charming surroundings by a welcoming, positive and service-minded staff who do not seem overbearing. The bowls are quickly refilled when they are emptied and you are guaranteed not to leave hungry. Their Wienerschnitzel was absolutely perfect. The only complaint is the acoustics.
