10/05/2025: Cozy place with very service-minded staff who were prepared for the fact that one of us is a wheelchair user. We were therefore already met outside the restaurant by the waiter, who indicated access via the lift! The place at the table was also prepared! PERFECT SERVICE! The food was extremely well prepared and at reasonable prices!

03/04/2025: Spring trip to Aarhus included a WONDERFUL visit to MALT. We had ordered the everyday menu with a beer menu. The starter was breaded icing with tomato, scallion root, salted cucumber and dill and we also had hazy ipa with lime infusion from Anarkist. The main course was rose-roasted veal fillet with beans a la francaise, parsley, lemon and mushroom blanquette, here I got Bombay IPA from Nørrebro Bryghus. The dessert was rhubarb and strawberries, forest brand and white chocolate, here I got Vampire Crush from Too Old To Die Young. Three really delicious pairings. 1000 THANKS for a really delicious combined food and beer experience 🤩 Sweet and competent staff!

20/12/2024: Esta fue la experiencia Michelin 2 estrellas perfecta. Menú de 13 platos y aparcacoches. La razón por la que era perfecto era que ni una sola porción era una falta. He estado en muchos restaurantes Michelin y de mi experiencia siempre hay 2 - 3 rellenos en el menú - cursos que solo está allí para traer el número de porciones. Pero aquí no. Un menú bien equilibrado en términos de sabor, textura y uso diferente de carne, mariscos, verduras y granos: perfección. El parring de vino no era barato, pero era muy buen vino y las copas eran más grandes que la media. Volveremos.

23/05/2025: Unfortunately closed for renovations, but the surrounding area is also worth seeing.

19/05/2025: Great view from the platform, although the lighthouse itself is currently closed for renovation work. Luckily, we were still able to take a few shots with the drone. Due to the closure, there's currently no admission charge, but I personally wouldn't pay the €10 entrance fee; half would be more appropriate for a viewing point.

12/05/2025: We ordered various things from the “breakfast menu” for lunch today and all the dishes were very tasty. Plus a beer from the extensive selection, great. We sat outside, opposite the restaurant in a park with a view of the cathedral, which is worth seeing. We would be happy to recommend it.

06/04/2025: Låsby Kro is a fine and well-kept inn from 1870 and it oozes coziness with the antique furniture that has been preserved, which creates a romantic and cozy atmosphere. There is no doubt that this is a unique and special place when you walk around a bit. inns, e.g. great-grandmother's living room with fine winged wallpaper and old carpets or between the hallways with all the old advertising signs. 100% inn atmosphere. Rooms are nice and here there are also various old furniture. Clean and nice. And the food, here there are chefs who love to cook and from scratch with good ingredients. We ate shooting stars and it was the best I've had to date, super delicious. The host couple and the staff are super smart and calm and make additional sales in a good way. Låsby Kro can be highly recommended.

31/03/2025: Nice inn - delicious food albeit VERY large portions. Nice room and super good bed Breakfast for the week... we are looking forward to dinner, where the chef has been given free rein. We can recommend the inn
