27/06/2025: God men forudsigelig mad til høj pris. Små portioner. En lille suppe til 158 kr, et absolut overskueligt styk pighvar til 400 kr., en hel rødspætte til 338,- Betjeningen er sød men uprofessionel. Man venter for længe, de kommer ikke og spørger om man vil have mere vand, en dessert eller andet. Man skal selv tage initiativ. Det er skuffende i forhold til det prisniveau.

29/08/2025: An hour's wait for the main course is a bit long, and we weren't able to order until a quarter of an hour later. The saltimbocca was covered in a brown, sour sauce. Saltimbocca shouldn't have any sauce.

16/08/2025: A small gourmet restaurant on the 11th floor of a building in the new port area of Århus. Just a few tables, all with panoramic views. The menu features five-course set menus, which gradually increase in number. The five-course meal itself is a magnificent experience. The sommelier's wine pairings are perfect. A dinner bordering on gastronomic perfection. Impeccable service. High prices. Reservations required.

09/07/2025: Cute little cafe offering a nice breakfast. The coffee was good and the food was decent, little underwhelming though concerning the Google rating. Service was friendly and the location is cozy. It was a little too quiet for my taste, some background music would have been nice. Overall a decent coffee spot.

02/09/2025: What a lunch and a wait staff that made the experience complete. The food (lunch) tasted fantastic and we experienced service and warmth that was completely up to par. Will definitely come again.

05/09/2025: Yesterday, the two of us ate at this restaurant, and it was one of the best meals we've ever had. In keeping with the season, there were lots of vegetables, some fish, and hardly any meat. All the dishes looked and tasted incredibly good! You can really tell how much love goes into the ingredients here. The menu was very vegetarian-friendly; only the snacks and the main course included fish or meat. Compared to the quality and other Danish restaurants, the menu is relatively inexpensive. We only had the 5-course menu with snacks, no cheese platter or sweets with coffee—the amount was already more than enough for us. If you don't drink wine or alcohol, there's also an accompaniment of (fermented) juice. The service was attentive, and everything was explained in detail. We just didn't like the decor of the restaurant, but that's a matter of taste. We will definitely eat here again!

25/08/2025: We had Rune out to his own house to cook for our wedding for 32 guests. Breathtakingly good food - nothing to put a finger on. Great presentation of ingredients and dishes, and a menu was even made. Really good service with refills, and they left the kitchen almost cleaner than when they arrived. They completely ran the show, so we could sit back and enjoy the day. Only praise from here ⭐

26/08/2025: Fui con mi familia buscando un restaurante italiano para comer pasta. El aspecto del restaurante no llama la atención y a algunos les puede parecer incluso cutre. Al entrar, un mostrador con helados puede hacerte pensar que estás en una heladería. También hay algunas mesas pequeñas. Todo sin pretensiones, muy sencillo y auténtico. Si buscas un restaurante con cubertería de plata o para postureo en instagram, este no es tu sitio. La atención del personal, amable y cercana, casi familiar. La pasta en su punto, y la salsa, con sabores a ingredientes de verdad, del Mediterráneo, nada artificial. La pasta de pesto y burrata es top. Mención especial al tiramisu, espectacular, de los mejores que he probado. Y un dato curioso, después de cuatro días en Dinamarca, este fue el primer sitio en el que me pude tomar un café espresso en condiciones.

20/08/2025: Auténtica cocina Italiano en Aarhus. Teníamos la espagueti de Boloñesa y fue simplemente fantástico! Al dente, como debe ser, con una espesa y asombrosa "gravy" como dicen los lugareños en el Mercado Italiano Filadelfia de donde venimos. La pizza era la forma en que desearíamos que hicieran pizza en casa. Corteza crujiente fina cubierta con los ingredientes más frescos. El Affogato era tan bueno como los mejores puestos de helado en Sicilia. También vi que tenían algunas variaciones creativas Noruego / Italiano en su menú de la cena.

06/09/2025: I have to lift the last star, we have been to cafe Faust quite a few times and every time we have been positively surprised by the fantastic service we receive. The food has never been anything to write home about and the place is nice to come to, so top stars.😊

02/09/2025: Always a pleasure to eat at Café Faust. The service is good, really friendly staff. Delicious food, with good changes in menus according to the season.

15/08/2025: The food was delicious. The staff wasn't attentive at first. I tried twice to get their attention, but they didn't respond. I finally called them over from inside, and after an apology, things improved. The dishes were surprising and beautifully presented. Excellent cuisine.
