20/09/2023: The waiting time is very long for a take away Schell restaurant. We waited an hour and a half for three dishes. The expectation of an original Thai is also missing here. That's why only one star. ไม่ผ่านครับ

05/10/2024: Was there today at 14:50 to buy a cup of coffee and 2 hot cocoas. This was not possible as they were already closing down probably 10 minutes before closing time.

12/02/2024: Vi har lige besøgt Palæet,Odense, hvor vi havde deal til smørrebrød i 3 timer.Jeg tror der var 10 forskellige slags med sild,fiskefilet,det sædvanlige kødpålæg ,frikadeller og gammelost på franskbrød. Det venlige personale kom hele tiden med nysmurt og lunt,så det var en fornøjelse. Dejligt lokale med en fin størrelse og parkering lige til døren. Fordelagtige priser på drikkevarer. Herlig udflugt.Kan varmt anbefales.

11/04/2024: I feel the need to warn others here. Because I have tasted many standard pizzas, but here we are in one of them you should avoid. First of all, they use turkey ham which tastes nothing, the base is strange and not a traditional one, the edge is crispy and ok but the filling is really strange and tasteless and the place is more than worn and poorly decorated and dirty. Service seems dull and indifferent, but was ok, nice and fast. But avoid the place and take another one in town.

03/08/2024: Really good service and pizza. The final preparations are only made when you arrive, so the food is always fresh. Can definitely be recommended

17/09/2024: This will probably be one of the last reviews for the Kaffekoppen. Food and service at the top far out on the motorway in an old-fashioned cafeteria I had dinner at mahge years ago.

22/05/2024: This place looks good, staff were friendly, food was good in general. Even when we informed that we found hair on one of our dessert, they quick to remove replaced it with a new set. Sadly, it ended there. Unsure if the payment machine used was faulty or just our luck, it showed different results- pending on our side and failed on theirs. Upon checking the receipt that showed failed, card number do not tally. But staff (young lady glasses) was not very pleasant with her words. Had observed earlier that she seemed unhappy (or that could be her default expression) when she served us. She challenged when we showed transaction as pending on our side, and even demanded for our physical card as proof that the card numbers are in fact different. It was only after seeing our card that she toned down a bit but still insisted that we make payment despite us saying it’s pending. After few minutes, our acc showed rejected and when we wanted to make payment, she informed that her paywave system has issues and request for another payment mode, which we obliged. All in all, the food was worth returning, but with the kind of service we got, it’s a definite NO.
