24/07/2025: The ice cream is really good. Big balls. Haven't tasted anything else.

05/12/2024: Jeg havde fornøjelsen af at besøge Hama Sushi "nye lokation", og det var en rigtig fin oplevelse. Restauranten er indrettet med en hyggelig atmosfære, som straks giver en behagelig følelse ved ankomst. Servicen var fin; personalet var imødekommende, opmærksomme og meget effektive. Vi blev hurtigt betjent, og maden blev serveret hurtigere, end vi havde forventet, hvilket vidner om en velorganiseret og professionel tilgang. Sushien levede op til forventningerne og var præcis, som man kunne ønske sig hverken super godt eller dårligt. Selvom udvalget ikke skilte sig voldsomt ud fra andre sushi-steder, var kvaliteten fin. Alt i alt er Hama Sushi et sted, jeg varmt kan anbefale til alle, der søger en god sushioplevelse med hurtig betjening og fin service.

21/07/2025: Yummy food! Easy to order, big portions, but i wish they would write the name or number of the food on the boxes to tell then apart. And unpractical that the app Said the food was finished, but the lady Said i had to wait 7 minutes extra when i arrived.

24/05/2025: Really delicious food. Lots of flavor in the food. However, the chicken pieces are a bit large. Would be delicious if the chicken was cut into smaller pieces

25/07/2023: the pizza cheese had a very special taste, but not in a good way. the vegetables on my pizza were not very well cooked and still hard. the garlic oil was orange and tasted expired

22/02/2025: Our first visit to Doktor Herman in Fredericia. It was a bit difficult to find the door, as the place also functions as a coffee shop during the day, but we managed! Cozy atmosphere and a welcoming welcome at the entrance. We were the first guests – apparently it is a place that people mainly visit after 10 pm – but we took the chance as the only ones. The interior is relaxed, but could easily be taken up a few octaves or given a little update if the ambition is to be more than a wine and cocktail bar in the province. The music was a good mix, the staff young and committed with a clear passion for the place – the entrepreneurial dream is blooming with them. The wine list was manageable. We chose two glasses of French Viognier, which was served well-tempered and with a little knowledge from the staff. Lovely wine with apricot notes. After that we ordered a tapas board and a couple of warm dishes. Surprisingly fine selection, where everything was well-tempered and offered many good elements: two types of cheese, stuffed peppers, three types of charcuterie, pestos, pickled onions and warm bread with a good crust. The warm dishes consisted of asparagus with air-dried ham and sumptuous bruschettas – truly delicious food. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere pleasant. However, the salted butter could have been replaced with a good olive oil, which would have complimented the antipasti-inspired tapas board better. A selection of olives – preferably with calamari olives for their aromatic and salty taste – would also have been a welcome addition. All in all, a lovely experience. We will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wooden beams, triple hancock, double rum and Ole and good vibes 💆‍♂️💆‍♂️💆‍♂️💆‍♂️ we will be back tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and the day after tomorrow again. And then on Thursday and Thursday and Saturday and again again. Hi!!!!!!! Can be recommended Kh Liva and Felix

23/04/2024: Ordered 2 special plates (Mixed salad, feta, chicken and kebab with potato wedges and dressing). But instead I got french fries with dressing and red onion... How can it go so wrong for them. Tried calling, but didn't get through... DKK 200 out the window. Can't recommend ordering from there.

03/12/2023: Konklussion: Alt for dyrt. Ikke gourmetmad og et værelse så småt at 2 personer hele tiden går i vejen for hinanden. Skal ikke gentages. Fra den 29. til den 30. november 2023 var vi på et weekendophold plus på Gl. Avernæs, Sinatur Hotel & Konference i det sydfynske. Middagen var egentlig ok, men slet ikke gourmet. Vinpriserne var overpriced, og fisken til forret så tynd, at den kun bestod af skin og ben. En katastrofe. Morgenmad var slet ikke, hvad vi kunne ønske. Da vi kom 08:30 var levepostej med bacon næsten spist. Meget lidt pålæg, og juice var udelukkende æblejuice. Udvalget var lille, og kl. 09:00 begyndte personalet at støje ved at flytte borde sammen. Vi gik så 10 minutter senere fra restauranten, da vi fornemmede, at det var det, man ønskede. Her kommer vi ikke igen.
