27/08/2025: We pick up our rye bread here weekly and always buy sandwiches for our employees who are out of the house. We have tried several sandwiches around the country, but here they are the best. Both taste and filling the sentence. Therefore 5 stars from here.

24/07/2025: The monastery bakery is just good. The prices are right and I have never tasted such good birgis. We had to buy a cake for our grandfather and they had a wide selection of cream cakes and regular cakes. Top baker It tasted good yum 😋

13/09/2025: The chicken burger was delicious – juicy, full of flavor, and loaded with great toppings. The portion was big, the price was fair. I tried the beef burger last time that was amazing as well and I’ll definitely be coming back!

06/09/2025: Have ordered 2x no. 4. The portion is fine, good with carrots and cabbage and a lot of oil, but unfortunately does not taste like authentic food, as the place advertises. The dish lacks so much to be a no. 4. Ok fried noodles with vegetables, but not much more than that. Thanks for the food.

06/12/2025: We stopped here on our way to Ringkøbing and again for a snack on our way back today. A must for us. The hot dogs, no matter the flavor, are delicious, and a little chat with the owner is always a treat. The coffee isn't free anymore, but it's hot and good!

20/10/2025: A good alternative to the well-known hot spot a few kilometers away. The new owner is super friendly. The hot dogs are generously tossed and delicious. The exterior is a little off-putting, as the location isn't the best. Still, highly recommended! Free coffee.

25/08/2025: Quite easy access from the highway. Plenty of pumps, and there is a store with coffee and other products.

24/08/2025: Nice gas station, but bought a hot dog cart that wasn't baked inside. Doesn't taste good when half of it is uncooked dough. You can do better.

21/10/2025: In my opinion, this restaurant is misrated. Only one table is occupied, apparently, while many tables were reserved. A very unfriendly welcome. We were very unfriendly and shown to a table assigned to us by an employee. As soon as we sat down, a strong employee very unpleasantly informed us that we had to wait until we were assigned a table. I have been going to Denmark for over 30 years and have never experienced such an unfriendly Dane. We were then assigned a table in the back, dark and without the desired sea view. Not only were we no longer entirely satisfied, we ordered something else to eat. The waitress was clearly getting used to it. She couldn't advise us on the ingredients used in the dishes. After quite a while, our food was served. We had schnitzels that were dry and tasteless, fried potatoes, and peas from the refrigerator. The sauce was inedible. We sent the food back. The cozy evening was gone. One star for only being charged for the drinks. It's a shame, back home after about four weeks, I'm suffering. Still feeling the impact of this restaurant. I think in other countries, a restaurant with only one toilet wouldn't be allowed. What an outlier for Denmark. Perhaps Denmark also has a control system for hygiene and food quality. It would be worth checking it out. I'll keep coming back to Denmark. Beautiful country and nice people. Simply hyggeligious.

29/08/2025: What a treat...both the starter and the main course. I've rarely eaten such good pizzas. My burger with a 200g Angus patty was also a true treat. The friendly service rounded off the visit. We'll definitely be back. Dinner there again a year later...what can I say...still just as delicious, still just as nice and friendly staff. Great island restaurant, always happy to come back🥰 Best wishes from the Conrad family😀 Third year in a row at the restaurant...already a must-visit🤗 Food, service, ambiance...still haven't found anything comparable in Germany. There are also no language barriers: German, English, and Danish...the staff are prepared for any eventuality. Absolutely fantastic. We're already looking forward to next year. 13/12/2025: The pizza was expensive, but the underside of the pizza was burnt to a significant degree, with the coal black areas covering maybe 50% or more of the underside of the pizza. It affected the taste significantly negatively, and coal is not healthy to eat as far as I know regarding risk of cancer. The top of the pizza seemed good, and it was not undercooked, which is also good. I recommend not ordering pizza at this place. They do have many other options than pizza. Reading other reviews, some other reviews also experienced burnt pizza, but not all. Do they have different chefs working different days? Maybe the quality of the pizza and other food depends on which chef is working that day.
