20/06/2025: The food is always great... Or at least I think the sushi is, it's hard to know if you come in on days where they're full or have a large party. Then they can't keep up with the demand, as people are jumping up from their seats when a new plate of sushi comes out and it's then long gone by the time the next plate is ready... And when there's a larger party it easily becomes impossible to hear your own thoughts🫨 as the voices from the party cover most of the room. But when one comes in on days without large parties it is definetly worth it and the food is amazing 🤤

08/04/2025: This is a very nice, clean, friendly restaurant. They have a wonderful menu. You won't be able to taste everything in one evening! I would love to give 5 stars, however I take one off for the size of the portions. They are too big. Your belly is filled too fast. Your evening out is shorter. Everything tastes very nice and personnel is kind and patient. Getting your own softice is a nice touch. A lot of parking options within 5 minutes walking distance and after dinner you can go for a nice stroll in the old city or in the parc. Highly recommended. And nice sake for the ones who are into that.

22/08/2024: Sister ice cream is really something for itself. They come with new and exciting varieties, so there is no boring selection with them! The ice cream itself tastes so good. Besides that, the ice cream tastes like what is written on the sign, and their guf also tastes really good (normally I don't like guf) so I can really recommend sister ice to those who want an ice cream that tastes of something !

22/02/2025: Our first visit to Doctor Herman in Fredericia. It was a bit difficult to find the door, as the place also functions as a coffee shop during the day, but we managed! Cozy atmosphere and a friendly welcome at the entrance. We were the first guests – apparently it's a place people mainly visit after 10pm. 22 – but we took the chance as the only ones. The interior is relaxed, but could easily take a few octaves up or get a little update if the ambition is to be more than a provincial wine and cocktail bar. The music was a good mix, the staff young and committed with a clear passion for the place - the entrepreneurial dream is blooming with them. The wine list was clear. We chose two glasses of French Viognier, which was served well-tempered and with a bit of knowledge from the staff. Beautiful wine with apricot notes. After that, we ordered a tapas board and a couple of warm dishes. A surprisingly fine selection, where everything was well-tempered and offered many good elements: two types of cheese, stuffed peppers, three types of charcuterie, pestos, pickled onions and warm bread with a good crust. The hearty dishes consisted of asparagus with air-dried ham and sumptuous bruschettas – really delicious food. The service was attentive and the atmosphere pleasant. However, the salted butter could have been replaced with a good olive oil, which would have complimented the antipasti-inspired tapas board better. A selection of olives – preferably with calamari olives for their aromatic and salty flavor – would also have been a welcome addition. All in all a lovely experience. We will come again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

12/04/2025: Cozy eatery with a lot of choices in pizzas and general. barbecue.. It was some nice big pizzas, both the children's pizza and the regular one. pizza we bought and the fish fillet dish was also a good size.. Everything tasted really delicious!! It's definitely not the last time we eat there!

03/06/2025: Always a good atmosphere when you're there. Would definitely recommend going with your friends or partner for a nice day/evening. The hookahs are really good and their drinks never disappoint. They also make really good food and dessert. The service and staff make you say: "there's not a dry eye". 🙌😀
