26/07/2025: Always a nice place to come, great food and service

27/05/2026: A very interesting concept for an American-style restaurant in Denmark. It’s a bit expensive but worth it if you are hungry and want to pig out  (or if you wish to just enjoy some tasty American food). The all-you-can-eat salad bar was always stocked with tasty fresh food. Pretty cool that can you get more potatoes & fries for free. This is the first place I have ever seen that beer refills are at a reduced price (soft drink refills are free). We ate here twice during our 10-day vacation in Denmark.

24/05/2026: Too long a wait both for ordering and for food delivery, about 90 minutes

05/06/2026: One of the noisiest restaurants I've ever been to. We had to leave before we even got our food due to the noise level. Two people at the same table couldn't have a conversation. Other than that you're sitting like a herring in a barrel.

20/09/2025: The food tasted fine, as we only got it after waiting 50 minutes and people who came after us got theirs first. Likewise, the coffee was cold that was served after standing on the board and waiting for 10-15 minutes while we could sit and look at it. The quantity was small and generally far too expensive for what you got. But tasted good. Despite everything.

23/11/2025: Seems like a family run business. The atmosphere and spirits are always high and the service polite. Always feel welcome. The quality of the food is good, very much in line with what Danes want when they order pizza.

15/05/2026: Really good food at a fair price. The owner is also a super sweet and welcoming man who always gives a good experience. We usually buy takeaway from here, as the restaurant doesn't have that many seats. Definitely recommended!

17/02/2026: We ordered from here a few weeks ago and everything was great. We then ordered from there again last night, they had forgotten/didn't see our order, so we had to wait almost 30 more minutes. The Pad Tahien was completely pink and sticky, not at all flavorful. The Pad Seew tasted strange, and not like it usually does. Really disappointing, and a pain when you spend 700kr on take away, and everything is thrown away

18/11/2025: As you approach the hotel complex, it quickly becomes clear that this place is something special. The beautiful historic estate sits on the fjord hillside, offering a stunning view over lush, wide meadows. You are welcomed very warmly, and the staff throughout the entire hotel is incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The hotel interior is surprisingly modern, not nearly as lavish as I expected. The spa is definitely worth recommending—there is nothing missing. There are lovely outdoor pools, and even in that area you are well taken care of with drinks and everything you need. The hotel’s gym is also exceptional: very modern equipment, clean, and overall excellent. However, I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed with the hotel room. We had booked an expensive room with a fjord view and a balcony—both of which were indeed beautiful. But the room itself, in terms of furnishings, did not meet the standard of an average city hotel and only offered basic amenities. There were not even any cold drinks available, very limited storage space, no sound system, little thoughtful furnishing, and an unattractive brown carpet. The room did not feel premium, and this could certainly be improved. Another constructive point of criticism is the large number of additional paid services. For example, at breakfast you had to pay extra for a cappuccino, and there was no staff going around to offer coffee refills. You really had to get everything yourself, which I honestly find disappointing for a hotel of this class and price

11/05/2026: We felt very comfortable. The atmosphere was very relaxed and pleasant, and the staff were friendly. The food and coffee were also delicious! We would definitely come back again :)

18/04/2026: Really delicious food. We both had ribeye and they were cooked perfectly and delicious and the right amount of side dishes. And then a perfect chocolate fondant with bleeding heart and vanilla ice cream. The service was the sweetest and friendliest young girls. We will definitely come back
