26/07/2026: Cozy 3 star with charming harbor views. Old-timey feel to the building and the room. The hotel kindly supplied earplugs - and with good reason because of the creaking floorboards. The bathroom had some wear and tear and was alright, but ready for refurbishment. Simple, but well-stocked, breakfast buffet with decent selection of dairy, bread and cheeses. Sweet, hospitable staff.

24/07/2026: In relation to the price, really boring food and we got the message about the beer that was put in front of us "if it tastes strange then get a new one, we don't really know if it's good enough and it tasted like hell" so we asked for new and fresh. The bread under the shooting star was burnt and as thick as a phone book, the fish left a lot to be desired, the Parisian steak was overcooked and dry, the garnish was thrown on the plate and was also cut with garden shears. The lunch course: the meatball the size of 20kr. Was bought ready-made in Bilka's frozen section and tasted just like a genderless course that is better available in IKEA, the tapas course was also a completely indifferent experience as well as the canned cola and the water from the tap that you are so rude to take 15kr. For per person, come on. And not once was there a smile on your face, it may also cost extra. Have been there 3 times, first, only and last time. All in all, a really disappointing and boring experience at an overpriced price.

18/07/2026: Asking customers to put troller with baby of 4 months outside away from us when we want to sit inside. Not a single argument is valid to ask this. Wheels dirty? How about shoes? What if baby start crying for any reason, parents have to go outside and pick the baby? How about kidnapping, stranger hitting for the troller by accident? If for security reasons is just such a bullshit excuse as that could happen also outside especially when parents are not being near the baby. This has to be the most weirdest thing I ever heard and I have travelled over 23 countries (got 3 kids). The restaurant was empty inside as well. Plenty of place. Surprised to have this sort of experience from Denmark , I thought kid friendly country.

23/06/2026: Everything worked as intended. Made an online order for pickup at the drive-in.

04/06/2026: There used to be a time when they made French fries the healthy way, but that's gone now. Very sad.

07/07/2026: I have a 500 kr. gift card that they wouldn't accept.. they have changed owners.. Incredibly slow service. Waited about 45 min for 2 light dishes. Payment is a chapter in itself.

05/07/2026: Delicious food 😋, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. They also offer black tea free of charge, in a self service manner, when you order food. The restaurant location is also perfect. Prices are reasonable. Food is served with freshly baked bread.

01/08/2026: We family were going to have dinner. I had chicken noodles, 7 year old girl had baked chicken and rice, dad had a large roast pork sandwich. Everything tasted really good and the service was good. We highly recommend eating at Hertug Burger!
