13/03/2026: I had two cappuccinos – very good, but €17 is quite steep. Orders are placed online (or at the counter). Payment was by credit card. It was very busy. We didn't eat anything, but the food looked very good.

03/11/2025: A really lovely resort. We were there in the off-season, which unfortunately meant the opening hours of the indoor pool, fitness center, and spa were shortened during the week. The house was very charming and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for four adults and two children. The grounds are large and beautifully landscaped with a playground. The only downside was the lack of a proper beach area. However, the indoor pool with its slide, children's pool, and swimming pool was perfectly adequate for fun with a child. Firewood for the stove could be purchased at reception. Unfortunately, there were no firelighters, but we improvised on the first day 😊 There are plenty of shops around the resort.

15/07/2025: Royal neighbors and a royal experience! We had such a wonderful week! The park is peaceful and friendly, with warm and welcoming people. Our cottage was spacious, modern, and spotless — everything you need for a relaxing stay. And to top it all off… we had royal neighbors! Yes, right next door was what seemed like the royal family (or at least their very cheerful doubles 😉). No royal drama — just lots of laughs! Restaurant Anker is a must — delicious food, great vibe, and lovely staff. From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We'll definitely be back! 🇩🇰 Danish Royal neighbors and royal coziness! We had such a wonderful week! The park is peaceful and cozy, and the people are very friendly. Our cottage was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean — perfect for relaxing. And to top it all off… we had royal neighbors! Yes, right next door lived the ‘royal family’ (or at least someone who looked a bit like them 😉). No state visits, just lots of laughs and a good atmosphere! Restaurant Anker is worth a visit – delicious food, lovely atmosphere and great staff. We enjoyed it all the way through. We will definitely be back!

18/08/2025: We stopped at this bakery by chance while riding our bikes toward Faaborg. We popped in to buy some bread and also left with a sweet treat. The products were absolutely fresh, simple, and high-quality. On our way back from our trip, we stopped again and picked up another loaf of bread and a couple of sweet treats... in short, it was impossible to resist Klitgaards Bageri. The girl who served us was very kind in making recommendations based on our preferences. Highly recommended because you're sure to find what you're looking for...and more.

29/07/2025: Delicious treats, super friendly service

28/09/2025: Scam or extortion? Buffet service from 5pm. For a family of four (two small children) we only ordered 0.5 Fanta between my wife and me. We don't give that to the kids; they bring their own water. The waitress came over and started rudely telling us that we were all OBLIGATORY to buy a drink and if not, we were OBLIGATORY to compensate for the drinks we didn't order. What? When we asked if it was on the website or in the restaurant's rules, we were met with grunts like: "Well, most people order drinks, so you should too." They were basically trying to scam us out of our money. When they failed, they ostentatiously stopped clearing our plates and there were 10 of us. We pay for the buffet and we decide how much and what we drink, not your arrogant waitresses. Update: When the four of us left, our friends were charged for drinks they hadn't ordered, with the explanation that their children had had cocoa, which costs 20 kr. per cup. Coffee and tea are free from the same machine, but cocoa costs money. This is of course a lie, and the receipt shows Coca-Cola, not cocoa. WHAT'S HAPPENING?

14/09/2025: I was invited, but I didn't want to choose to come there and spend my money. The staff was nice. The food was there, but it wasn't anything special. I'm on team sushi and could have eaten my fill of it. Right next to it were Karen Wolf cakes that I could have bought in Rema1000. I didn't think that was what I expected when I went out to eat. But now I was invited as a guest by my mother and she thought it was fine. We were full. There was way too much noise on a Saturday night for what I can be in. I was stressed when I left. But then we tried it.

02/11/2025: Great food, unfortunately you have to search for a long time for a toilet (because there isn't one... for the guests 🫣🤗😉)

23/01/2026: Got two durum delivered 30 minutes late. Both were completely inedible. Poor quality meat, they were roasted and heated so much that all the vegetables were completely cooked through. The bread was soggy that the rolls fell apart

08/01/2026: Quiet and peaceful, good style and totally relaxing to just sit and eat.

19/02/2026: Friendly and nice staff. Small and sad selection of food and way too expensive for what you got. There was a hair in the sweet/sour sauce.

28/12/2025: Cosy restaurant, normal asian food as other "chinese" restaurants in DK. The dinnerware and cutlery were not 100% clean, which is why I make 3 stars only.

12/02/2026: We were 3 people for a brunch. Due to the winter break they had their brunch buffet. There are lots of wicks in between, but the quality is disappointing, the hot dishes were all cold and mostly seemed like they had already been sitting for a few hours even though we had a table already at 10:00 when they opened. So cold/lukewarm scrambled eggs, sausages, liver pâté. There were delicious sliders but the steak was also cold and a "minced steak is not particularly delicious. We had a choice buffet including drinks, this is with self-service from jugs which is quite ok, but both the coffee and the hot cocoa were lukewarm. The juice was also lukewarm, some ice cubes in it would have helped. Unfortunately not a particularly good dining experience.

29/01/2026: The food looked delicious, but in my sandwich both the chicken and beef were cooked to the hard side. It was a let down. Otherwise the food was good and the service was top notch

What makes it really special—besides the great beer—is Ulf, the owner. Ulf is without a doubt the sweetest and most genuine guy you'll meet. He has an incredible passion for beer and knows everything there is to know about it. You can tell immediately that he puts his heart into the place. He’s always ready to recommend something that suits your taste, and he does it with a smile every single time. The atmosphere at Knuds Garage is warm, relaxed, and full of personality. It feels like a home away from home—somewhere you can unwind, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a really good beer in peace. The interior has a charming, almost nostalgic feel to it, and there’s just something comforting about being there. The beer selection is excellent. There’s always a solid variety of both local and international options, carefully chosen and well-kept. You can tell that every beer on the menu has been selected with care and knowledge. In short: Knuds Garage is not just a bar—it’s an experience. And Ulf? He’s the kind of owner every bar dreams of having.
