01/04/2026: We visited Restaurant Sunset in Esbjerg Storcenter, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing on one important point. When ordering crispy chicken, we chose to opt out of mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato. We wanted to add tomato relish instead, but this option was not available in the ordering system. We therefore approached the staff to ask if it was possible to add it manually. It should have been a simple and accommodating request, but we were met with a rejection that felt both unpleasant and condescending. There was no willingness to help or find a solution. Good service is about flexibility and meeting the guest with a smile – unfortunately, we did not experience that here.

12/07/2026: Great food. I’ve rarely been to restaurants where kids portions so well prepared with diverse healthy stuff on the plate, not just lame fries and nuggets.

17/06/2026: Although it's a cafe, the food was very good. We went as a group of 11 and we were all satisfied.

08/07/2026: Apparently the best Thai restaurant on Funen.. I was not impressed, neither with the service nor the food. The red curry didn't have much bite, the sauce was clearly separated. The green curry was also so. Too expensive for the quality you get.

09/07/2026: Not a place you come twice. Despite all the criticism, asked 3 times for lemon for our water, and it didn't come. Remoulade so-so, it came when we were almost finished. And yes, the bill probably speaks for itself 😡😡 So my advice, stay away.

21/06/2026: The food is as always delicious and beautifully presented and everyone can be more than full. We had tapas for the second time and were definitely not disappointed.

14/05/2026: we had a 3 course menu - hot smoked salmon, beef tenderloin and ice cream we all agreed that the food was really good, and that it could be something we could use again. it should be noted, however, that the salad was a bit exaggerated

12/05/2026: I come here almost only for the OK El chargers, which almost always work. When we go to the kiosk it is rarely a particularly good experience, almost a little disappointing. Their warm dishes that they are very proud of, do not hit the spot with me. 😉 But fortunately our taste buds are not the same. I think it is a good place for trucks to take a break and it is good for them that there are not so many of them. 👍🙂

09/04/2026: Good atmosphere for a football match. The tables fill up about 1 hour before the match starts. Maybe they should include a game room with a screen so they could accommodate double the number of guests. Edit: 5 stars for constructive feedback and for not overdoing security.
