22/07/2026: Absolutely appalling service especially towards children Our experience at Vorfor Vaffel in Storms Pakhus was absolutely dreadful. The ice cream itself was of poor quality, but what really made this experience unacceptable was the attitude of the staff. Condescending, unfriendly and, quite frankly, shockingly rude. Our 12-year-old son, who is a tourist and obviously does not speak Danish, simply asked what kind of ice cream something was. Instead of helping him, the staff member mocked him, laughed at him and basically told him to “look it up yourself.” Seriously? This is how you treat a child who politely asks a simple question? There is a huge difference between being busy and being downright disrespectful. Making a child feel stupid and laughing at him because he doesn’t understand your language is completely unacceptable behaviour for anyone working in hospitality. Poor-quality ice cream can be disappointing. Poor-quality service can ruin an experience. But treating children and tourists with contempt is on another level entirely. My advice: spend your money somewhere else. There are plenty of businesses that will actually appreciate your custom and treat you and your children with basic courtesy. Vorfor Vaffel certainly did not deserve ours.

The check-in desk simply says you don't need a reservation, so I arrive at 5:30 PM with my happy face and a five-year-old, and of course, everything is full until 8:30 PM. How can you manage to communicate so poorly within one location? Absolutely not customer-friendly. You're standing there for nothing. Disappointing.

05/11/2025: I'm not sure why this restaurant has such bad reviews? I think the food is good quality. I prefer the a la carte menu to the previous buffet format. Unlike Legoland hotel restaurants in other countries, this one appears to cook everything from scratch

18/07/2026: waited 45 minutes for just one cup of strawberry milk shake. i had to go snd remind them to prepare my food. worst restaurant ever.

27/06/2026: Terrible service, No air conditioning in 33 degree heat, super long wait. Ice cubes=0. Terrible experience. Can't say anything about the food because after 40 minutes it still hasn't arrived.

06/07/2026: If you order from their own website and choose delivery, you should expect to pay more for delivery when the food arrives, despite the fact that the receipt you receive shows a somewhat smaller amount.

12/06/2026: Their pizza with beef and onion and purchased mushrooms was nothing special, very little filling, it's of course a matter of taste, but there were very few onions and mushrooms. And almost no taste.

18/06/2026: Ordered through Wolt's app, over 1 hour delivery but it was okay. The delivery guy put it at the door without calling, texting etc. French fries soft and ice cold, grilled chicken but okay. They forgot all about dipping. Even though I wrote no remoulade, curry ketchup preferred. My daughter ordered chicken wings with french fries and salad with dressing for 70 kr. there were only 7 small chicken wings and NOTHING else. Called there but it's all Wolt's fault. Never again, in the future Mega Grill, it rarely fails

23/06/2026: There were several hairs in the food. The man behind the counter very rudely said we had to pay extra to get a plate for our food. Does he expect us to just sit there with the pizza in our hands? Terrible service 0 stars. The food was mediocre (but with black, thick hairs in it), but not worth the poor service and long wait.

14/06/2026: ❌ Super bad food!! 🤬 Ordered a kebab mix and a salad pizza with kebab. The kebab mix was full of grease on the kebab and the fries were cold. Would not recommend this place. 🤬

23/06/2026: Completely ordinary pizzas, nothing super bad and nothing great. Got full so served its purpose.

04/07/2026: The base tasted a bit floury, and there was only cheese on top of the filling and no cheese under the filling. Not very satisfied from here.
