16/05/2026: Hosted 2 times you get the wrong thing they need to learn to listen to what you order ordered a cheese burger with bacon and a kibab mix without salad only fries kibab and dressing got salad on hmm and then the portions have become much smaller

06/03/2026: Come by and order a grilled chicken and pay for it right away. Told me I would come and pick it up in 15-20 minutes-also supposed to be in 365. When I came back there was no chicken, and they denied having received money. Unfortunately I had paid by card, but. When the 98 kr goes from my account I will go by the police and report a theft.

16/08/2025: What a bummer... In the middle of peak season, 7:40 p.m.... No more pizza dough... How stupid do you have to be? We were really looking forward to it and were hungry... hoping we can find another restaurant open now, which is supposed to be taking orders until 9:00 p.m.

14/08/2025: Self-service (we'll have to do that elsewhere) was easy. Choose your pizza, pay, and you're called when the food is ready. The pizza was good.

01/07/2026: I would say it's not a place I would order food from again, it tastes a bit dead, very thin, not much filling, the price is high for what you get, all in all not worth it

27/03/2026: The food is extremely bad and oversalted. The employees forget to refill the food when it is eaten, maybe because they know how bad it is and don't want to serve it to the customers

04/07/2026: Arrived at 4pm at opening time but was quickly stopped by a locked door so was sent on down to bistro bredo by the locals who come with the statement “it's something better” BISTRO BREDO 10/10 can recommend with good service and reception

04/07/2026: Really boring pizzas that don't have much flavor and the dough was a bit rubbery and sour.. the man behind the counter also tried to cheat me out of a 50 :)

15/02/2026: Disappointing selection of salad. Despite repeated attempts, their "chef" would only deliver meat in the "cold cuts" category. Nice waiters and a little cartoon that the kids enjoyed. Definitely not worth a visit again.

10/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We spent two days at LEGOLAND Billund and… on both days we went to eat at Burger Kitchen! 🍔🍟😄 That pretty much says it all. What struck us immediately was how quiet it was here. Compared to the Efteling, for example, it is truly a breath of fresh air here 🙌. No long lines, plenty of seating 🪑, and you can order at your leisure without feeling rushed. That made the whole experience very relaxed. The food was also just really tasty! 😋 The Crispy Chicken Burger 🍔🔥 in particular was so good that we simply ordered it again on the second day. The fries were fine too, and everything was served neatly and quickly. 👌 There is still room for improvement in terms of appearance. 🎨 You are right in the middle of LEGOLAND, so how nice would it be if even the brown fry containers had a LEGO design? 🧱🍟 That would really top it off! Especially when you come across manhole covers with LEGO on them just a few meters away in the park 😂. Then you actually expect those kinds of details at the restaurant as well. However, we did find the system with the drinking cups a bit unclear. 🥤🤔 You buy a cup, but it isn't immediately clear whether you have to keep it, can return it, or reuse it. We didn't actually see anyone returning cups, so we just took them with us. On the second day, we did think: “Do we have to buy new cups again now?” That can get quite pricey, especially if you visit LEGOLAND often. 💸 Perhaps this could be explained a bit more clearly at the cashier or on a sign. One more small point: ordering is only possible in Danish or English 🇩🇰🇬🇧. That wasn't a problem for us, but for some visitors, it might take some getting used to. Normally I am quite critical in my reviews 😅, but here the positive feeling prevails. Tasty food 🍔, a colorful restaurant 🌈, a relaxed atmosphere 😌, and friendly service 👏. For us, this was without a doubt the best place to have lunch during our visit to LEGOLAND. We will definitely be back here next time! ⭐🍔🎢

04/07/2026: A decent fast food restaurant within Legoland, service is fairly efficient and there is a good amount of seating. The food is a readable price for the location.

14/06/2026: Service has never been so slow! Waited almost 20 minutes🤯🥴

03/05/2026: Absolutely indescribably dirty, not all the tables had been wiped down and your shoes were stuck to the floor. In addition, all the trash cans were completely overflowing, to the point where the tables next to them were filled with trash. (See attached picture) 🤢 There were almost no customers and therefore no evidence that the slightest cleaning was done during the hour I was there.

21/07/2026: After our visit to LEGOLAND in Billund, we decided to order food from this Indian takeaway. We called approximately 35 minutes before their closing time. When we called, we were asked to wait before placing our order. We ended up waiting unusually long and even thought the call had been disconnected. When someone finally came back on the line, we started placing our order, only to be told that several items were unavailable because it was close to closing time. We then asked which dishes were actually available, but the lady answering the call responded rudely, telling us to “check the menu” before abruptly hanging up. To make matters worse, many items listed on the menu were unavailable due to the closing time, and some dishes, such as dosa, were not available that day. I understand that restaurants may have limitations near closing time, but customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. A polite explanation or a simple refusal would have been completely acceptable. Unfortunately, the rude attitude and poor customer service left us very disappointed.

25/05/2026: We have been there today.. bad pizza. Another one of the bad pizza I have tasted. The base has no taste. The salad did not taste fresh. A shame otherwise nice place… we will choose another place in the future …

08/06/2026: The seller was rude and apparently deaf, or not amd he couldn't hear me cause of the very loud music, take me so long to order and he got me the wrong size of order and the juice tasted incredibly bad, i'm a teenager and not an aggressive person, but this time the seller got me so mad.

15/06/2026: Expensive and low quality food. Close your eyes and eat, but no worse than other fast food. There are lots of good picnic areas inside the park. No problem bringing food from outside instead.

28/04/2026: Ordered food via Wolt... Delivery time was 5:49 PM. I called them after a 20 minute delay and was told the food would arrive within 3-5 minutes. After another 10 minutes, Wolt contacted and was told that Havnely was responsible for the delivery itself. The food finally arrived at 6:30 PM and was lukewarm and bland...

06/07/2025: After 5 years of not being at the restaurant, the food has become very bad and not at all like it used to be. The food was not properly cooked and the taste was not the same.
