01/06/2025: We had here our first and best breakfast in Copenhagen! I had yoghurt with Lemon curd, granola and rhubarb and it was delicious! Everything was perfect and coffee is also good! Dogs are allowed inside. (which is rare in Copenhagen). Cool place!

28/06/2025: A gem of a restaurant offering innovative, takes on Izakaya classics. Something for everyone with raw fish lots of creative vegetable dishes, meat and ramen. Enough kid friendly options to take a family, slightly Better for date night or dining w friends. Highly recommend.

15/06/2025: One of the most different food experiences I've had – Ferment is something very special – and I learned a lot along the way Ferment is not just a restaurant – it's an experience. You can feel it when you walk in and are greeted by Peter, the owner of the place. He is an honest, listening and creative enthusiast who has clearly dedicated his life to food and especially to his very own experimental Asian fusion cuisine. And it works. I have never tasted ramen like the one I had here. The broth has been cooking and developing for over 10 years (!), and you can taste it – it is deep, intense and full of umami. Perhaps the best "non-ramen" I have ever had. The tuna was a wild experience – soft and creamy inside, but at the same time with a crispy layer that gave just the right contrast. And all the fish dishes were right on target. Every bite had depth and surprised in a good way. This is not a place where you get a classic sushi plate and go home. It's a play with taste, texture and fermentation. So if you are curious about food and dare to try something new – then you MUST go to Ferment. It's not for everyone, but it is for those who dare. And then there is Peter. He IS the place. His presence, joy, love and energy spread throughout the room and are reflected in both the atmosphere and the food. You feel really welcome – and you can feel that soul is put into every single detail. I will definitely come again – and recommend Ferment with great love.❤️

18/08/2025: Excelent Mexicana food in the heart of Nørrebro in Copenhagen. The best Mexican food I have had in Denmark! For less than 300 DKK we had the menu with 2 starters, 3 tacos and a dessert. Free water which was changed all the time.

17/08/2025: Nice place, but it fills up quickly. 125 kr. for water. 30 kr. for a tiny bowl of guacamole. The kids' dish was so small it was crazy. The food was delicious but we all left hungry.

12/08/2025: The staff is so nice and always serves with a smile. The food tastes so good and it’s well spiced. Also we’re told we cannot only get pancake refilled but also the beef🫨 this is literally a bit mind blowing for this nice food, service and reasonable price.

29/08/2025: It was a weird experience. The food was good, the ambience is great and the location is also very nice. But one of the staff gave us a very weird experience. We were in a group of 4 with a baby (about 1.8 yrs) The mom simply asked the staff whether they had a microwave to heat up food for her baby. The staff, a balding guy, got all rude and started scolding her, "in all of Denmark we don't allow to heat food for guests.... " He could have simply said no 🤦‍♂️ In the menu they also have weird rules like ... Sharing food is not allowed, order your own food per person. I get that it's not a beer garden where you can bring your own food but no sharing? ... So weird 😕

16/07/2025: Min familie og mig, skulle ud og spise aftensmad. Vi fik 6 retter som altsammen var til UG især deres sashimi og deres sushi. Deres tun var helt klart den bedste tun vi noglesinde havde smagt, og deres sushi smagte også helt fantastisk.

14/08/2025: Absolutely fantastic place and atmosphere Welcomed by a very friendly waiter and got fast service. We had shrimp in garlic, very nice starter Main dish ders no. 94 special Huge potion pasta with meat and shrimp, can highly recommend the pasta dishes. Simply could not eat a dessert, so must visit you again

It’s a cozy place in this small town. The food is delicious and you can tell it’s made with care. If you’re in the area and want a genuine, welcoming dining experience, this is the place to go

23/08/2025: Fantastic breakfast. The staff was very kind and the food was spectacular. I had a frøhsnapper (sesame AND poppy seeds, ear grey cream), which might possibly be the greatest pastry I’ve ever eaten. The granola+yogurt+fruit was delicious as well. I have two more days in Copenhagen, I will definitely try to come back. Thank you!!

21/08/2025: The croissant was amazing. The place is also very centrally located. We arrived without a reservation and easily found a seat, but there aren't many tables. After you order at the counter, they bring it to your table. I'll definitely be returning.
