07/08/2025: Recommended to us by friends, we ended up coming here four times within the few days we were staying nearby. Each time, we ordered the pork sandwich (flækesteg); both the regular and large (smor) sizes were amazing. This was one of our favourite places to have the fried pork sandwich. Also, definitely the cheapest meal out we had!

25/07/2025: Asian small plates - food was very good and there were a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. It's a little pricey, but the interior design, plates, and glassware is all very tasteful. Great option on this busy street - the window seats are a hot commodity for summer people-watching!

18/07/2025: Kan anbefales! Meget pænt sted , med rigtig god betjening. Og så er maden rigtig lækker. Jeg anbefaler at købe menu eller en masse rette til deling, så man får smagt noget forskelligt.

23/08/2025: Hi, I thought I was supposed to have something good to eat, but a steak sandwich with fries 180 kr + pasta with a little salmon 180 kr + a beer and a fanta. I get too little. 500 kr

05/08/2025: A classic jazz venue, and a long established one too---older than Ronnie Scotts or Pizza Express in London, Bimhuis in Amsterdam, the Blue Note in New York or Porgy's in Vienna. Great list of performers and very reasonable charges for entry and drinks. If you can only visit one jazz venue in Copenhagen, this should be your choice.

28/07/2025: Wanna know the strangest thing about Copenhagen? 👇 Almost everybody we met speaks Spanish! How can this be? I know everybody there speaks English 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿. And that makes sense cause Danish 🇩🇰 seems pretty similar to English and cause English is the universal language nowadays, but Spanish 🇪🇸? 😳 We met a lot of Argentinians 🇦🇷 and Spaniards there, but also local people who could speak Spanish. I definitely didn't expect that. 👏 That made communication in the restaurants easier (because most of the members of our group were native in Spanish). And we could expect better service. But that was not always the case...😔 One night we went to Tight and we were attended by a waitress who was native in Spanish (I don't remember where she was from). But that did not help at all cause she seemed absent. No matter which language we used, she didn't seem to be able to focus, like she was not in her body (I don't really know how to explain 😓). That was weird but not a big deal until I asked if the sauce on their surf and turf was dairy-free and she said yes... but it was not, of course. 😤 When this happens, I normally return the plate. But when you're with a big party, if you do this, you basically eat alone. So my wife offered to share with me. 🥰 I would eat half her dish and the part of my dish with no sauce and she would eat the rest. 🙏 The part I ate was very good, and the products were fresh and tasty, really good quality. My wife's meat was very good too. And although the tuna in my tuna tartare toast wasn't the best type, the overall result was excellent (way better than the one I had a few days before at another restaurant in CPH). 👍 What we had was simple, not original at all, or especially well presented, but well executed. 👏 And we paid DKK570 (€75), including wine, which is moderate in CPH, even though not everybody had 3 courses. Overall we had a good time that night, but I still wonder what was happening to that waitress... 🤔 . . . Quality & taste: 8/10 Quantities: 8/10 Atmosphere: 8/10 Originality: 6/10 Ratio price / quality: 8/10 Service: 3/10 How I felt afterwards: 7/10

26/07/2025: We came here for lunch and were served delicious food! It's the right amount to get full but not overeaten. Had a table upstairs, quite and nice, with a view to people watch on the street. Cosy location and very friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

24/07/2025: There are very few restaurants like Tambayan where you feel like you are visiting family rather than being a customer. The care and joy that they put into the food, and the place, makes it outstanding. The food is excellent, my only challenge is choosing what to eat if you are alone, so I highly recommend bringing friends and family so you can share everything on the menu :).

05/08/2025: The food was very good and plentiful. It's not a cheap place, but it's worth it. The service was very friendly. However, they charge for tap water, as is the case everywhere in Denmark.

16/08/2025: The café is very nice! The filter coffee is delicious and the cinnamon roll cake is yummy 😋😋😋. The staff are friendly and their service is lovely.

16/08/2025: Cozy Nepali restaurant. Vegan options for almost all dishes. Delicious food, small but well-selected menu, friendly service, and fair prices. No alcohol, but still a great place to eat!

15/08/2025: The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and polite staff, but the menu is quite different from what we expected for Nepali cuisine — it’s mostly Chinese-style dishes like chow mein and dumplings (momo). The chow mein tasted fine but was a small portion, and the dumplings came with a curry sauce as the only real “fusion” element. Service was very slow for such simple dishes, and 25 kr for tap water felt high. The food was clean and decent, but worth knowing the menu leans heavily Chinese before visiting.

25/08/2025: Lovely small place, me and my girlfriend really enjoyed their dosa, it's so difficult to find dosa in Copenhagen. We will be back again, that's for sure.

23/08/2025: Welcoming pub, friendly staff, and English speaking. The food was really good; we had a burger and 19 different beers. I'd say it was a great evening. The prices were in line with Copenhagen standards.

27/07/2025: Had all you can tacos and drinks for lunch with my mom. The staff was so welcoming and really nice. The food was so delicious and the drinks were really good too. Highly recommend their Oyster mushroom taco, Tommy's magarita and Lime & mint aqua fresca.

23/07/2025: Nice place to have dinner. Tacos are freshly made and come relatively fast. We had the all you can eat on Taco Tuesday - sadly we were not aware of the certain time you had to come for the offer so we paid 500DKK instead of the 170DKK that are only valid AFTER 20:30 (on Tuesday). Still was nice but more expensive than we planned

17/08/2025: From the photos it looked great, but in reality it wasn’t. No atmosphere, no toilets, and we ordered fresh juices but got slushies instead. A real shame in my opinion.
