21/08/2026: A nice little museum village with Viking-era replicas, easily manageable even for younger children. However, anyone expecting a proper museum with an exhibition of original Viking-era artifacts will be disappointed. For children, there are activities (for an extra charge) such as baking flatbread, archery, and crafting leather bracelets and pouches. To get a glimpse of Viking-era dwellings, stables, a blacksmith's shop, a mill, a church, and boats, I definitely found it worth a visit.

07/08/2026: A nicely situated restaurant serving simple dishes like fries, burgers, hot dogs, and trimmed fish or ice cream. Beautiful view of the fjord and prices are reasonable, especially by Danish standards.

06/08/2026: The hot dog was excellent. We also got a portion of fries. They were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – just how we think they should be. We had beautiful weather and were able to enjoy the terrace with its view of the fjord.

14/09/2026: Visited Burger King in Silkeborg today. Arrived at 16.03 and the food was ready 6-8 minutes later. The order was a 2 x whopper menu. Immediately unwrapped the burgers from the paper and noticed that both burgers were cold, meaning the bread was ice cold on both the top and bottom buns. (But the steak was hot) Immediately went up to the young lady at the checkout and said it was not okay, she told the man behind her to make 2 new ones, which he clearly both verbally and body language did not agree with. I was also a little provoked because I do not eat a raw bun, so I politely asked the young lady to put her hand on the product, which she did and she confirmed they were cold and she apologized. After 5 minutes she came with 2 new ones where everything was hot and perfect. Kr.129 for such a double menu with a large whopper, delicious crispy fries and delicious cola. It is a sharp price and the food tasted good. The level of cleanliness in the restaurant is something you have to experience for yourself, because it is low. Tables have not been wiped down, there are old food scraps, the floor is filthy and there are ant bait cans in several places with dead ants all around. But the food is really good for the price. But I am quite surprised that you can make a freshly made burger in ice-cold buns.

18/08/2026: English Review, Danish at the bottom Being a person who loves Sushi, and having spent a year in Japan I have searched for a good sushi experience on par with what I have enjoyed in Japan. Sushi spring time is by far the closest match I have been able to find. This quaint little restaurant has a chef who understands the art and the soul of the craft, and a server who understands how to give the customers a good time. The sushi is not mired in having been dragged through the way they do it in America, so you'll not have your taste buds destroyed by chili mayo. Here you can taste the quality and care that have gone into making a truly wonderful experience. I can only highly recommend this place, and for anyone wanting to try an authentic Japanese cuisine experience this is a must go place. Danish review As someone who loves sushi and has spent a year in Japan, I have long been looking for a sushi experience on par with what I have enjoyed in Japan. Sushi Spring Time is definitely the closest I've found. This small, cozy restaurant has a chef who understands the art and craft of this profession, and the waiters make sure you have a good experience. The sushi is not damaged by having been through the way Sushi is made in America, so you won't find your taste buds ruined by chili mayo. Here you can taste the quality and the care that has been put into creating a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place, and for all those who want to experience an authentic Japanese food experience, this is a must go!

18/09/2026: Really disappointing experience. Me and my boyfriend ordered two pasta dishes for takeaway and the portions were very small. My boyfriend had even ordered a large portion, but his was almost the same size as mine and he was not full at all. I ordered a pasta dish that according to the menu was supposed to contain both mushrooms and pancetta. There was not a single mushroom in the entire dish.

29/08/2026: Total scam on the food. I order a Chicken sandwich, which says there is Chicken breast, salad, aioli, sour cream dressing, salad and other of their specialties. It tasted so bad, and the man who served me at night puts fries dressing in it, pulls some cheap crispy Chicken sticks out of the freezer which he then puts in the fryer. Plus there is not even a boring salad in it. Where does the delicious sandwich go. And then for 75kr. The service, nothing wrong. With quite a sloppy turn. Add!
