28/06/2026: As a business owner, I have held a fashion show in the opera's premises. Fantastic collaboration, they helped to give the audience a good experience. 21/08/2026: A nice little museum village with Viking-era replicas, easily manageable even for younger children. However, anyone expecting a proper museum with an exhibition of original Viking-era artifacts will be disappointed. For children, there are activities (for an extra charge) such as baking flatbread, archery, and crafting leather bracelets and pouches. To get a glimpse of Viking-era dwellings, stables, a blacksmith's shop, a mill, a church, and boats, I definitely found it worth a visit.

07/08/2026: A nicely situated restaurant serving simple dishes like fries, burgers, hot dogs, and trimmed fish or ice cream. Beautiful view of the fjord and prices are reasonable, especially by Danish standards.

06/08/2026: The hot dog was excellent. We also got a portion of fries. They were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – just how we think they should be. We had beautiful weather and were able to enjoy the terrace with its view of the fjord.

13/07/2026: It's about the Hornbæk bakery in Netto on Mariagervej, I've been there 3 times now to buy their salad bar. 1st time I got a slice of bread that was as dry as a rusk. 2nd time there was something that had a slight bad smell in the salad and I found out it was the bulgur mixture. Yesterday we went down there to give it another chance, we were there at 7:30 pm because they close at 8:00 pm The peas were completely colorless and the liquid at the bottom looked slimy, we were told by the clerk that we couldn't buy salad when she was going to pack it up. A bit of a boring experience as I thought it was bad advertising as I thought the bread was otherwise good. Regards Jane

18/08/2026: English Review, Danish at the bottom Being a person who loves Sushi, and having spent a year in Japan I have searched for a good sushi experience on par with what I have enjoyed in Japan. Sushi spring time is by far the closest match I have been able to find. This quaint little restaurant has a chef who understands the art and the soul of the craft, and a server who understands how to give the customers a good time. The sushi is not mired in having been dragged through the way they do it in America, so you'll not have your taste buds destroyed by chili mayo. Here you can taste the quality and care that have gone into making a truly wonderful experience. I can only highly recommend this place, and for anyone wanting to try an authentic Japanese cuisine experience this is a must go place. Danish review As someone who loves sushi and has spent a year in Japan, I have long been looking for a sushi experience on par with what I have enjoyed in Japan. Sushi Spring Time is definitely the closest I've found. This small, cozy restaurant has a chef who understands the art and craft of this profession, and the waiters make sure you have a good experience. The sushi is not damaged by having been through the way Sushi is made in America, so you won't find your taste buds ruined by chili mayo. Here you can taste the quality and the care that has been put into creating a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place, and for all those who want to experience an authentic Japanese food experience, this is a must go!

10/07/2026: Really good atmosphere and polite staff. The food is very average leaning towards the boring side. The carbonara was way too fatty, but good that they use good quality bacon. The burger is very dry, maybe they use too lean meat, but fried as it should be. The fries are super delicious and they could be much better with small adjustments 🤷‍♂️

05/07/2026: The food was exceptionally good. Fast service, great atmosphere. Parking is available in the adjacent large parking lot. Don't forget your parking disc. 3 hours are free. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

16/08/2026: We were just walking around Aarhus when we randomly came across Safran — and we definitely didn’t regret stopping by! The food was great, and the service was second to none. A really nice surprise, and we will definitely be back.
