21/06/2025: The food took a lot longer than the service said. It was busy and you could see it in the food. The Mexican roll was great, the three regular rolls were below average.

09/02/2025: My friend ordered 2 pizzas through wolt for 5pm, when it was 5.15pm and I still hadn't received the food, I called them, to which they said there had been an error, so our pizzas didn't arrive until 5.45pm. My friend and I had paid DKK 25 extra to get dressing and salad, which was not there when we opened the pizzas, + I got beef on his pizza, even though we had both chosen without. When my friend calls and says we haven't got dressing and salad on our pizzas, they say they'd like to come by with it. We then wait another 30 minutes and they still haven't arrived, also we have to eat our pizzas without the extra toppings we paid for and they were now cold and they never arrived as promised. Simply the worst place I have experienced and such poor service man. Will never have from there again, and will not encourage anyone to choose that place.

24/04/2025: Ordered a cheeseburger menu and there was no cheese in it, the steak had no taste and was dry, how the hell can you call a cheeseburger a cheeseburger without cheese and the steak came in the same fries as the fries, will not eat there again, cannot be recommended.

30/03/2025: Every time we go to Lego in Billund and stop in Vejle, we eat right here. Simple atmosphere, but super nice people and affordable!!!

20/02/2025: It was the coldest night I have spent the night. The heat varied from nothing to lukewarm radiators that had to try to heat a somewhat leaky Motel room. Sleeping in your clothes is not a bad thing there.

21/12/2024: Wienerschnitzel... They advertise that they are 300g, they are not enough, closer to 150g with breading, I am very disappointed, the braised potatoes were sour and the peas were cold.... It is not worth a visit, which is a shame as the inn itself is actually a really nice place....

03/06/2025: Mega bad pizza place. Order through just eat as it says it will only take 20-30, it didn't so it took over an hour before they brought the food. The next day I get a message from them that I think is a bit strange that they send something like this out to their customers. If they can't handle a little feedback then maybe they shouldn't have a business

02/05/2025: Ok pizza. Good with cheese. Reasonable prices.

25/05/2025: Bought a sandwich today with chicken and chili mayonnaise. The filling itself was okay, but the bread was so chewy I could barely bite through it, and it was anything but fresh. My friend ordered another sandwich and had exactly the same experience with chewy bread. Another unfortunate detail was the toilet, which was clogged and about to overflow and really disgusting.

04/05/2025: Quick service and really good coffee.

23/05/2025: Super delicious dishes. Stopped by and ate both Thursday and Friday, as the food is simply so good. You feel that the ingredients are good and it gives a nice fullness. Taste, appearance and consistency are top notch. One out of 2 people has some allergies, but no problem getting the dishes without them. Can recommend the lunch offer where the otherwise reasonable prices are lower. Fast service by nice staff. Neat and clean.

18/05/2025: Edit after response from owner. New version with hopefully less tacky wording (but with the same character). Good and nice serving of a burger that was not to my taste. I didn't like the steak, which didn't seem freshly made and was served with a cheese that hadn't had time to melt. Not exactly my taste, but others in the reviews seem to be fans. The fries were good.

09/06/2025: I visited Jensens Bøfhus in Kolding Storcenter with my family, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. One of the dishes we ordered, we were shortly told to choose something else, as they had no more, the restaurant had just opened and we were the first to go in. We ordered but 2 of the dishes were not cooked as we had asked for. When we mentioned it to the waiter, we got a short “I’m sorry”, we were pretty tired of it at this point, so when they offered to cook it again we said no. My steak was almost raw, even though I had asked for “medium rare”. It is possible that the staff were nervous but speaking like that to customers and giving them “bad” food is not okay, but there was a lack of both overview and friendliness. We left with a bad taste in our mouths – literally. Unfortunately an experience we do not want to repeat. We will probably choose another place in the future.

12/06/2025: I think it's going the wrong way, no kebab in our durum ordered with extra dressing it was only on top, our burger didn't have lettuce in it as usual, our pizza had bacon and sausages on it even though it was ordered without and I asked him when I was standing there if that was on it he looked at it and he said it wasn't. Ordered a pepperoni pizza full of beef that shouldn't be there and 6 pieces of pepperoni on it. This is not the first time mistakes have happened, so we will have to find another place in the future

26/03/2025: Jeg bestilte bord til kl. 20.30 en dag i forvejen, hvilket blev bekræftet af restauranten. Kl. 20.35 ringede vi og informerede om, at vi var blevet forsinket yderligere 20 minutter. Vi talte på engelsk, da dette var nødvendigt, og tjeneren sagde, at det var i orden. Da vi ankom og satte os, var klokken lige over 21, og vi fik nu besked om, at køkkenet var lukket, og vi kunne kun få et meget begrænset antal retter. Det er helt uacceptabelt, at dette ikke blev oplyst i telefonen, så vi kunne have fundet et alternativt sted. Jeg giver kun 1 stjerne på grund af den manglende kommunikation og den dårlige service.

23/03/2025: Jeg har besøgt stedet mange gange og har været meget tilfreds med stedet altid. Men på det seneste er niveauet virkelig bare faldet. Carbonara pastaen var helt undertilberedt og næsten uspiselig. Vi var 4 der fik den og ingen kunne spise den færdig desværre. De andre retter var bedre men langt det sædvanlige niveau. Smagsløst og slet slet ikke prisen værd. At en cola zero så koster 45kr og serveret som en alm 0,33 dåse synes jeg er under al kritik. I øvrigt var der ingen kommentarer da vi fortalte om carbonaraens kvalitet. Jeg synes det er virkelig ærgerligt da jeg ellers altid har været meget glad for stedet og betjeningen.

27/05/2025: I am shocked that the staff has no sense of customers or how to actually prepare the food. To make this circus perfect, all that was missing was vanilla ice cream and cornflakes in my burger🤷🏻‍♂️ It is certainly not a place I can recommend to others in any way - but they made 65kr

17/05/2025: Mediocre pizza with discount ingredients. Greasy and sauced on a base that tasted more like cardboard than a crispy pizza base. If you're dreaming of a delicious pizza made in a blazing hot oven with fresh ingredients, you should probably find somewhere else...
