29/11/2025: What a terrible organization. The check-in desk simply says you don't need a reservation, so I arrive at 5:30 PM with my happy face and a five-year-old, and of course, everything is full until 8:30 PM. How can you manage to communicate so poorly within one location? Absolutely not customer-friendly. You're standing there for nothing. Disappointing.

05/11/2025: I'm not sure why this restaurant has such bad reviews? I think the food is good quality. I prefer the a la carte menu to the previous buffet format. Unlike Legoland hotel restaurants in other countries, this one appears to cook everything from scratch

31/10/2025: KFC Vejle, Denmark—well, what can I say? There was a big sign on the E45, we turned off, and then KFC was closed. It didn't look like it was just temporarily closed, as the website suggested. On top of that, you absolutely must read the parking regulations in the car park; otherwise, it can get expensive. We parked using the EasyPark app, which offers two hours of free parking. The car park was being checked every 10 minutes (we observed this from McDonald's, which is right next to KFC).

14/10/2025: Great restaurant, but not quite my taste

12/10/2026: We spent around 66 euros for 4 people. In Latvia, that's enough for a half-decent restaurant. But the kids had to eat after they arrived so it was ok. This was just our first introduction to Danish prices. But the staff was good - we got confirmation that we had to pay in cash on public transport, if there is no app etc.

12/09/2026: I echo the other reviews highlighting the deplorable service. The waitress rolls her eyes while taking the order and sighs if the accent is mispronounced. Especially when you're paying for ONE scoop of food, 38 DKK, or €5 each.

22/07/2026: Absolutely appalling service especially towards children Our experience at Vorfor Vaffel in Storms Pakhus was absolutely dreadful. The ice cream itself was of poor quality, but what really made this experience unacceptable was the attitude of the staff. Condescending, unfriendly and, quite frankly, shockingly rude. Our 12-year-old son, who is a tourist and obviously does not speak Danish, simply asked what kind of ice cream something was. Instead of helping him, the staff member mocked him, laughed at him and basically told him to “look it up yourself.” Seriously? This is how you treat a child who politely asks a simple question? There is a huge difference between being busy and being downright disrespectful. Making a child feel stupid and laughing at him because he doesn’t understand your language is completely unacceptable behaviour for anyone working in hospitality. Poor-quality ice cream can be disappointing. Poor-quality service can ruin an experience. But treating children and tourists with contempt is on another level entirely. My advice: spend your money somewhere else. There are plenty of businesses that will actually appreciate your custom and treat you and your children with basic courtesy. Vorfor Vaffel certainly did not deserve ours.

04/10/2026: Ordered 3 pizzas and a burger for 470 kr., and unfortunately it was a big disappointment. The pizza edges were so hard that they were almost impossible to eat – it felt like chewing on cardboard. In addition, several things were missing from the pizzas that we had ordered. If it wasn't because it feels bad to throw 470 kr. in the trash, it would have probably ended there. I can imagine that there are several customers who will be disappointed with their food tonight. 😕 huge disappointment and the last time we have tried viking pizza😡

19/09/2026: I had a good experience visiting the location, and I enjoyed their served meal and since I had ordered a dish based from the looks and descriptions from the provided menu, I wasn't disappointed when it first arrived since it actually looked better and had better deliciousness towards it than I had anticipated. The restaurant is quite small and there aren't sufficient space, since it really could be very crowded if the interested human beings increases in amounts, then I will be difficult both for the staff and the customers to resolve the ordering and food consumptions issues. I was lucky to only be present during their less busier time- hopefully next time I visit them again, I won't experience a much more crowded environment than the previous one.

05/09/2026: Probably the worst grilled chicken I've ever had in my life. It looked too old - and tasted just that.

07/08/2026: I was there at 5pm and it was locked. Got my food after an hour of waiting and when it came it was cold. The salad was rotten. The cheese was green and EVERYTHING just tasted like curry. Will never ever go back in my life and I'm only 20!

30/07/2026: Not a place I want to order from again. I experienced that when I called to order a pizza the connection was not great so I asked to be sure if it was 25 minutes it would take. It was confirmed and I arrived on time. I was turned around and annoyed to be told that it would take another 20 minutes as I had arrived way too early. When I said that I had asked on the phone if it was 25 minutes I was told that I was wrong. I also asked for an ingredient on one of the pizzas. When I got home and opened the pizza there was still what I had asked for. I would definitely not recommend this Pizzaria...

06/07/2026: If you order from their own website and choose delivery, you should expect to pay more for delivery when the food arrives, despite the fact that the receipt you receive shows a somewhat smaller amount.

12/06/2026: Their pizza with beef and onion and purchased mushrooms was nothing special, very little filling, it's of course a matter of taste, but there were very few onions and mushrooms. And almost no taste.

24/10/2026: The quality of the food has dropped dramatically lately. Rubber chicken, a sauce that hasn't been blended properly so you get pieces of spice in your mouth. As well as rice that sometimes doesn't even taste like rice and bread that is more hard than soft. And at the same time the price is also high which no longer reflects the food. It used to be very good

21/07/2026: After our visit to LEGOLAND in Billund, we decided to order food from this Indian takeaway. We called approximately 35 minutes before their closing time. When we called, we were asked to wait before placing our order. We ended up waiting unusually long and even thought the call had been disconnected. When someone finally came back on the line, we started placing our order, only to be told that several items were unavailable because it was close to closing time. We then asked which dishes were actually available, but the lady answering the call responded rudely, telling us to “check the menu” before abruptly hanging up. To make matters worse, many items listed on the menu were unavailable due to the closing time, and some dishes, such as dosa, were not available that day. I understand that restaurants may have limitations near closing time, but customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. A polite explanation or a simple refusal would have been completely acceptable. Unfortunately, the rude attitude and poor customer service left us very disappointed.

08/06/2026: The seller was rude and apparently deaf, or not amd he couldn't hear me cause of the very loud music, take me so long to order and he got me the wrong size of order and the juice tasted incredibly bad, i'm a teenager and not an aggressive person, but this time the seller got me so mad.

28/04/2026: Ordered food via Wolt... Delivery time was 5:49 PM. I called them after a 20 minute delay and was told the food would arrive within 3-5 minutes. After another 10 minutes, Wolt contacted and was told that Havnely was responsible for the delivery itself. The food finally arrived at 6:30 PM and was lukewarm and bland...
