25/12/2025: I had ordered through Wolt, when they accepted they announced that the delivery time was 2 hours, after 2.5 hours the food still hadn't arrived so I had to get Wolt to refund the money because you can't cancel an order once they've accepted it and you might as well forget about contacting the restaurant, it's hopeless. Stay away from ordering takeout from there unless you want to die of hunger..

25/09/2025: Visit on September 24, 2025: Snack bar at the harbor in Arø with typical Danish dishes. Self-service. Friendly service. Theme nights. Caddy rental.

22/09/2025: We were over to eat and there was a larger group ordering ice cream next to us. When the man who was supposed to make the ice cream, i.e. pick it up with an ice cream scoop and put the balls into the cups, couldn't get the ice cream out of the scoop, we counted that he pushed it out 7 times with a finger and licked his finger afterwards, after which he continued. Once he also wiped his finger on his pants and continued. When it was commented on to him in a nice way, the person was thrown out. Everything about this experience is disgusting and wrong.

24/12/2025: The waiting time is unbelievable. We had to wait 50mins for 2 subs. People are all super frustrated, there’re enough workers but no system, no work process, everyone seems to be confused, one is doing everything the others are having a group conversation, costumers waiting and complaining. It’s really a pity!

09/11/2025: I usually order pizza from here and am satisfied. But lately I have become more and more dissatisfied. The delivery time has become too long, even though they promise to be there within 30 minutes, it often takes up to 2 hours even though I live close by. Today my pizza was cold upon arrival, and it is petty to pay expensive prices, wait a long time, for a cold and boring food experience. Greetings Jesper.

01/11/2025: I have been happy with them in the past, but when you forget part of the delivery, so that one man is left without food, their response should not be: "We are busy, we can be there with the rest of the order in 1 hour" (and we are talking about a 1 km walk) - and where the person in question then gets so offended that our response is that it is not good enough that he simply hung up! Of course we called again and in the end we got a refund for the food that had not been delivered. But of course it was not a very good solution for us and definitely not an example of good customer service. They lost a customer that they have had for several years.

31/10/2025: They deliver the food on time, even if you live 15km away. The food is good and the delivery guy is very polite🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

31/12/2025: The ambiance isn't the best, everything is a bit dated and very utilitarian. But it's all clean. The five stars go primarily to the fantastic service! We arrived a little early, but the friendly employee still opened for us. He took the time for a chat and prepared the food especially for us. The pizzas and the doner kebab were absolutely delicious! Thank you so much!

05/12/2025: Drive all the way to the store. There's a big order and guess what! The screen doesn't accept cash. So back to the checkout instead. And it went pretty well. Then we get to the seats after waiting 35 minutes for food. It was like going to a landfill, food was rotten and dirty on 5 out of 6 tables we sat at. But now for something really really inedible. THE FOOD! You would think their food is in an oil bath before they throw it on the pan. It dripped from the burgers with oil. I would rather eat on the ground in Africa. It can only be better. 30/12/2025: Chanced by here for a quick dinner while staying in Ribe one night where almost everything was closed. We were the only other family here but things were not too bad! Vintage themed outlet inside with comfortable seats. The folks behind the counter serving us were polite and helpful as well. Portions are big … even for the kids pizza!

21/12/2025: It seems my last comment was deleted, which I find extremely childish. The waiter spilled Coke on my pants, ordered the wrong thing, and after we politely pointed this out, he rudely denied it and tried to convince us that we had simply ordered the wrong thing. The toilets were filthy and the food was really not tasty. I have rarely been so disappointed.
