29/08/2025: There were three of us, 2 Wienerschnitzel and 1 whole fried plaice, it was one of the best things we have eaten at a restaurant in a long time, with great taste and a very nice serving, highly recommended, was truly a pleasure 👍👍👍

They offer gluten-free options and are familiar with celiac disease and cross-contamination.

08/02/2025: Absolutely fantastic dining experience. Friendly and welcoming staff, nice rooms with a completely relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and of course what can best be described as gourmet pancakes, to put it mildly!
Gambrinus on the tap is clearly also a well-thought-out choice.
We will definitely come again!

22/07/2025: 👎 We ordered some pasta and it was overcooked. Also, in the menu was written that the pasta was homemade, but it tasted just like the cheapest pasta from a store.
👎 We wanted to eat out on the back terrace, but it was very ugly and the table was not even stable.
👎 No toilet paper at the bathroom.
👍 The only good thing about the place was the friendly staff.
20/07/2025: One day the staff was service-minded and friendly. Very nice meal. Nice atmosphere and cozy atmosphere. Day no. 2 we were greeted by a less service-minded employee. We were not allowed to sit where we wanted, despite many empty tables and no reserved tables. We asked nicely, but no. So we left without eating day no. 2.

25/07/2025: Good restaurant with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Good portions and reasonable prices. We had a Caesar salad and a burger, both good.
21/07/2025: Insanely delicious food.. They should have 6 stars for that.
The only downside was that they were understaffed and it took a long time for the food to come. (+1 hour)

11/08/2025: A great hotel that I've stayed at several times. It's especially suitable for children thanks to the swimming pool and the large garden with various play areas. The city of Fredericia is very child-friendly anyway and has Denmark's largest free outdoor playground in Madsby Park.
The rooms are a bit dated, but perfectly fine, and the food is good.

10/08/2025: Impossibly cosy restaurant right by the beach in lovely Nyborg Strand. The restaurant is always busy which can make one feel a little invisible, but one is always certain that the staff is doing their best to make you feel good running from table to table. Portions are on the small side, even for a gourmet restaurant. Some dishes and part of dishes did not present themselves the best way. Expressing this to the staff did not lead to any accommodations. Excellent cheese trolley. Extensive wine list, though quite pricey. The air quality in the restaurant should be a focus area.
