21/03/2025: Me and 2 colleagues stopped by the restaurant and got the best welcome in the world, were served fantastic delicious food, and there was room for farts and trouble! Especially the waitress Marianne was a star! If we could give her 100 stars, she would get it. Absolutely a good experience ❤️

08/11/2024: Die Vaffelboden-Filiale in Sønderborg überzeugt mit ihrer einladenden Atmosphäre und aufmerksamem Service. Das mehrsprachige Personal sorgt für eine reibungslose Verständigung auf Dänisch, Englisch oder einer Kombination aus beidem – besonders hilfreich für alle, die Dänisch lernen. Das Lokal ist ideal für eine unkomplizierte und rundum gelungene kleine Auszeit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

22/02/2025: We apologize, it's so easy to say.. how about some action or being flexible, many companies could learn something from that.. Especially with such low amounts as DKK 75.- Instead they have bought themselves a single star for poor service.. because it's all about making guests happy, especially children.. (just not today) We call them the day before we are going to visit because we want to be sure that we can get in. We are members of a football club and there is a tournament and the clubs get in cheaper. After several people who are coming over to Lalandia, it is confirmed that we can come earlier than planned and just pay when we get there.. My children have to play at different times so it was nice they were able to swim together for more than 45 minutes. We showed up happy.. but were then refused entry even though it was confirmed by them themselves.. yes we are sorry.. But it had to go through the club.. so we ended up waiting almost an hour before they came and thus got 45 min. In the water.. For that amount it is in my opinion, Ok sorry we made a mistake, just pay it now and go in and bathe.. I understand that it has to go through the club etc. but that is why we called.. One star for that service..

17/02/2025: We spent a wonderful 3.5 days at Lalandia. It was just perfect for our two families with young children. Plenty to do for children (and adults!). Soft play excellent for children young and old. Aquadome amazing. Young non-swimmers have a warm pool with activities to keep them entertained (little slide, water play etc). Faster slides, wave machine and wonderfully warm jacuzzi pool for older children and grown ups. I found the changing facilities clean and plentiful. The Aquadome was extremely busy on the Saturday that we were there, then much quieter the next two days. My youngest and I found it far too crowded and busy on the Saturday but I enjoyed the quieter days, as did my youngest when we finally persuaded him to give swimming a try. The outdoor facilities were fabulous, SO many playgrounds to choose from, obstacle courses, trampoline mounds. My boys couldn't wait to get stuck in! Very thoughtful aspects such as enormous luggage lockers (20 DKK) if you want to continue using the resort facilities after check out. Quieter activities like colouring and painting available as a well as more energetic ones such as rock climbing. It was perfect for a group of mixed age and ability children (and grown ups!) Gold wristbands were well worth it in my view.

11/03/2025: The fish house at the old harbor in Bogense is worth a visit. Is our friend who owns the place. The food is always fresh and in order, everything from the sea. They are always smiling. You are always welcomed with a smile. It's very cozy there. Also visit the restaurant next door, the one daughter owns it. The ice cream shop on the other side of the fish house has the other daughter. All 3 places are worth a visit.

16/03/2025: Flot sted med en skøn udsigt ud over vandet. Personalet er flinke og service minded, man føler sig velkommen. Vi fik en 3 retters sæson menu. Gode råvarer og godt tilberedt. Det smagte dejligt. MEN - der er simpelthen for lidt mad, mængden af mad matcher bestemt ikke prisen. Samtidig syntes jeg også at priserne for vin er for høje. Tror man betaler for udsigten og navnet. Vi kommer nok ikke igen, og det er simpelthen prisen for sådan en aften der afgør det.

13/03/2025: Fantastiske omgivelser, flot indretning, opmærksomt personale og ikke mindst den gode mad gør at jeg giver 5 stjerner. Maden er klassisk - og så alligevel ikke. Alt hvad vi fik, havde fået et skønt tvist, så det var en oplevelse.

24/03/2025: Vi havde fornøjelsen af deres brunch-brædt med mange fine smårette - flere af dem hjemmelavede. Godt brød og kvalitetskaffe fuldendte. Betjeningen er smilende og venlig.

22/03/2025: Very good breakfast, ambiance and atmosphere are perfect, as is the service. We'd be happy to come back. Steep stairs if you want to sit inside. There's a conservatory. We were coming from another part of Denmark and were looking to see where we could still have breakfast before 11:00 and what was on our way. Two years ago, we had walked past it on a visit to Varde (located 10 meters back on Kræmmergade).

They have an impressive menu with a large selection of dishes, and I would especially recommend trying their pizza - it is incredibly delicious and full of flavor. The service is also top notch; the service is lightning fast, and the staff are both friendly and professional in their approach.The owner is also a polite, generous and helpful person, which really makes the place even more unique. It's an experience not to be missed

01/04/2025: If you are around Varde for any reason this is the place to go out for dinner. Great local food and drinks. Furthermore the stuff will make sure you all feel good including the little ones. They also adore babies here.

21/03/2025: An oasis of coziness. The café is beautifully decorated and even offers a baby changing facility. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the hot chocolate is highly recommended. We'd love to come back.
