15/12/2024: Vi har før spist på klostercafeen og været meget tilfredse. Derfor tog vi et vennepar med, December 2024 hvor der er kommet nye ejere. Det var virkelig dårligt. Vi bestilte alle bagte kartofler, men med forskelligt tilbehør. 2 med laks, en med kylling og en med rejer. Alle Kartoflerne var nærmest kolde, hvis man skal være flink, kan man måske kalde dem "håndvarme" Vi fik det samme tilbehør. En meget kedelig rødkåls salat, uden andet end rødkål i. Kyllingen var tør og næsten uspiselig. Dette blev påtalt og kom ud i køkkenet igen, men det blev det ikke bedre af. Konklusionen er: Vi kommer aldrig igen.

17/04/2025: Unfortunately I had a disappointing one experience at Restaurant Kellers Park. The service was characterized by a superior attitude, and no consideration was given to guests who do not speak Danish. In addition, there was a lack of flexibility in relation to adjusting the chairs and adapting the food. It is a shame that a restaurant with such beautiful surroundings fails to deliver a welcoming and inclusive service.

14/04/2025: I recently visited this spa hotel using a gift card that included dinner, an overnight stay, spa access, and breakfast. Check-in was a bit frustrating. Instead of a smooth welcome, we were handed an iPad to fill in our personal details. This process felt cold and disconnected, especially when you lose the interaction with the receptionist. It would be much more guest-friendly to collect those details before arrival and simply ask for an identification and signature upon check-in. Dinner was a confusing experience. After sitting down, food was brought to us within five minutes. We hadn’t even ordered yet! It turned out that the gift card only covered a set menu for the day, which wasn’t communicated beforehand. When we asked about the main course, the waitress told us it was fish. My partner doesn't eat seafood, so we let her know, and she kindly offered chicken instead. Unfortunately, they still brought out fish for both of us. We reminded them, and they corrected it, but by that point, my food had already been served and had to be taken back so we could eat together. It would have been really helpful to know the set menu in advance—for both clarity and dietary needs. On a more positive note, the spa was lovely and relaxing, and the building itself is beautiful. Learning the story behind the property before it became a hotel was fascinating—it adds a lot of charm and character to the stay. The room was comfortable, and breakfast the next morning was pleasant.

31/01/2025: We used Glejbjerg Hotel to deliver food for our wedding. Exceptionally good service right from the start - good guide, fantastic food! (the place didn't have a kitchen for them, yet the food was perfectly hot and delicious). Huge recommendation from here!

14/02/2025: At 17:23 I order food in the restaurant, at 17:47 I have to ask how long until my food is ready. In the meantime, I have noticed that there is a pizza and what looks like a tray of fries, which I also ordered, on top of the oven. It has been there for about 10 minutes. As I ask, you find this pizza and fries. It's too bad that you have to ask for your food yourself! The food is now lukewarm, the fries are spongy and the pizza is far from crispy but instead just as sloppy as the fries are. The food tasted ok, but you lack a little overview so that people get hot food. Fortunately, I was only visiting so I doubt I will set foot there again

16/03/2025: This is the best Asian restaurant I've ever been to, even much tastier than where I was in Germany. If I'm ever in Sonderborg again, I would definitely eat there again. The service was super nice, and I also gave you a good tip :p. it's a 10 out of 5.
