28/10/2025: Fantastic! We stopped spontaneously because we saw the food stand as we drove by… it was the best decision of the day! Huge portions that are almost impossible to finish, but the food is still delicious!

04/08/2025: We got some takeout. The variety on the large menu was fabulous. The taste – a dream!!! Some of the best sushi I've ever eaten.

09/07/2025: Poor pieces of sushi, rice that fell apart, with such small pieces of salmon that they were “indifferent” on the sushi pieces. No possibility of getting sashimi, this is however stated on their website menu under “all you Can eat” Totally disappointing experience, the service was absolutely terrible. A couple of rude and snide girls who were standing in front of the service… All in all a bad experience, will go to Atami at any time! (Here there is actually all you can eat) Save yourself this experience😊

04/07/2025: We ended up there by chance while visiting Sønderburg and had a really fun time. Nice regulars who invited us to play with them, friendly staff, great selection of drinks and a seriously huge collection of games to try. Big recommendation!

22/10/2025: I was there for a conference, the breakfast table was modest but there was enough food. Lunch was very messy (hard to find a connection in the buffet), it was good salads. The cake table was also very modest. The conference room itself was only just enough for the gathering we were.

27/11/2025: We visited this wine bar for a pre-wedding gathering, and it turned out to be a great choice. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cosy vibe that felt especially comforting on an autumn evening after a cold and rainy day. They offer a good variety of wines, and the staff were proactive and attentive throughout our visit. It is on the pricier side, but that’s to be expected when enjoying wine in Denmark. Overall, a lovely spot for a relaxed get-together and a great place to start off a celebration.

26/08/2025: Gode drinks og et kæmpe vinkort samt venlig, hurtig betjening. Du må ikke snyde dig selv for oplevelsen af at få den sidste aftensol, mens du nyder et glas Chablis eller Chardonnay ved Viselulles udendørsservering. Det kan bare noget.

26/02/2026: We had booked a table in advance, and shortly after we arrive we are ordered our menu which is steak tornado, it takes 45 minutes before the drinks come, after 65 minutes we ask if our food will appear soon? It comes 5 minutes later, unfortunately the steaks are not freshly fried, are dry on top and have definitely spent a long time in the refrigerator. We could see that they were busy with a few important matters and had no time for us at all. The service was quite unprofessional and the food not worth the money.

07/02/2026: I have been to the restaurant quite a few times, but this time it didn't exactly end up being a good experience. When I'm at restaurant Svendborgsund, I usually order a round of plaice fillet with some fries. Because it's something I know tastes good and it's actually a decent portion of food, but the only thing is that the dish itself is under their children's menus, which I personally think is pretty irrelevant as long as the food tastes good. When we were about to order, when I mentioned what I would like, plaice with fries. Then the employee said something to the effect of whether I'm not a little old to order from a children's menu. Which I think is completely disrespectful to say to a customer, and believe me, I work with customer service on a daily basis. So all in all, the food actually tastes really good. BUT the staff should really think twice when handling a customer's order, and this experience has genuinely reduced my desire to eat there again.

07/09/2025: During our visit, there were long waits. Staff seemed understaffed. The food is expensive but good. The elevator could be better displayed. A menu at the entrance would have been helpful.

05/01/2026: It's simply a must-do for me – a must-visit when I'm here. After the rolls from Hansen and the vouchers, there's really no way around this bakery. The service is always friendly, the quality consistently good. For over 30 years, entire families have grown up here – from small children to adults. Reliable, down-to-earth, really good. Highly recommended.

12/02/2026: The ambiance is truly wonderful: an old building, appropriately furnished, with a pleasant atmosphere. The service, however, falls far short...everything feels rather wooden. When clearing the table, a spoonful of tomato sauce was dropped and spilled onto my trousers. I received a simple apology and a damp cloth...nothing more: no further inquiry, no offer to clean it up, and no attempt to offer a discount. Finally, the meal (a nine-course menu) was lackluster and tasteless, completely at odds with the initial impression. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.
