05/12/2025: Coffee specialities, cakes, sandwiches. All very good in a nice atmosphere.

14/12/2025: The best pizzas you can get in Gråsten and the surrounding area. The staff is incredibly service-minded and always smiling. If you like pizza, it is really recommended.

31/01/2026: I have previously been satisfied with ChiliHouse, but today the experience was unacceptable. I received the wrong dish and there were rotten vegetables in the food. The staff did not take responsibility when contacted. The quality and portion sizes have clearly deteriorated. I will not shop here again and will contact the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration.

18/01/2026: The hotel is old, but charming. Service is friendly and accommodating. Parking was fine. Breakfast in the restaurant was ok, but super expensive. The room was very basic. The biggest challenge was a smell outside Room 81 in the annex I stayed in. It smelled of sewage and dead rats. Not just a little, but so much that the smell came into the room. It was 1 night, so I didn't inform about it. Unbelievable if other guests haven't mentioned it...

14/12/2025: Was there for Christmas lunch with work. The food tasted good. The only thing that was boring. It was served on plates.

26/12/2025: Christmas lunch event, several of the dishes were burnt and it was not possible to get anything new. The food was therefore a very boring experience.

14/12/2025: I went in to buy a slush ice I was then pushed by the old lady Who made me play slush ice then she grabbed me and said I should demonstrate it because it can't be that hard It has been a difficult experience for me I then try to call them but they hang up immediately and make fun of me

17/10/2025: When we got to the restaurant we were quickly shown a table. After that we waited 20 minutes to order food and drinks. After ordering it took about 40 minutes. Until we got the food. There were not many guests in the café. We were 5 people 3 of us got steak bearnaise, it is not recommended. We ordered medium, but it was almost cooked through and very tough. No one came at any time and asked if we were missing anything or were satisfied. We informed the staff when paying. They did not seem surprised unfortunately.

16/10/2025: This is the worst cafe burger I've ever had. I don't even know where to start. The bun was really dry and tasted of nothing. The steak was clearly thawed and fried quite hard. The fries that came with it were also miserable. They were the small, thin kind. We also got what looked like the bottom of the bag. A lot of small pieces that were not suitable for dipping in the dip, they were so short. At least they could serve proper fries. The price for the whole "glory" was 179 kr. That's what I call bordering on cheating. I would have rather eaten in the middle of a child's birthday party at McDonald's. So stay away from their burger. I won't comment on the rest of the menu. Service was so-so. We barely had time to read the menu before they came back. The wait was excessive. And judging by how busy it was, it wouldn't have been impossible to stop by to make sure everything was okay.

02/01/2026: The ambiance would have been nice, but unfortunately we had to sit outside because everything was supposedly reserved. During the approximately 50 minutes we were there, hardly any tables inside were occupied. We were sitting outside with six adults and a three-year-old. Then a snowstorm started, and we had to wolf down our food. The server wasn't happy about serving outside and only came after we asked if we could order. On top of that, the prices were relatively high. So, we won't be coming back!

28/12/2025: This is our second year in a row eating here during our holiday, and we are once again delighted with the food, the drinks, and the friendly service. We will be back.
