17/04/2025: Nice place with good food.. people who say otherwise should cook and sell it themselves and see if it's as good as what bones makes!!! Before they create themselves the only thing you can complain about is that there are always a lot of people🦧
12/04/2025: Went to Bones in Sønderborg on Wednesday, the food was really good, but when we wanted to pay with a gift card, they couldn't go through with it, we paid in cash and they then wanted to send a new gift card by mail, haven't received it and they kept the other one.
I'm still waiting

21/12/2024: Good old Hertug Burger. Today my friend and I enjoyed chop suey meals, in a plesant atmosphere. The place is busy with take away orders, but we got our meals in less than 10 min.

03/04/2025: We had a single night at the place, which is really a strange mixture of extensions and old inn. The room we had was ok and in newer condition, but the terrace was not a place you wanted to sit out on!
For dinner we had a successful 5-course menu plus wine menu. The breakfast was of ok quality, but nothing to write home about. Overall an average experience.

They were thrown into the bag and there was so little butter on them that we couldn't chew our way through the toughness and dryness.
So bad!

11/03/2025: Got a star shot there a few years ago and it was so delicious that I went and dreamed about it ever since but how disappointed I was, I don't know if they have changed the chef, both the taste and the dishes were a bit boring

13/04/2025: Great hotel with a great location in the middle of Ribe.
There is no doubt that you are in the 🇩🇰 oldest hotel, in a good way.
Creaky and "crooked" floors, smaller rooms, "old-fashioned" key and "weak" WIFI in the Vägterkellerden.
Great staff and great service.
The dessert could not compete with the starter and main course, especially the veal cuvette was exceptionally tender and tasty.
03/04/2025: An old but beautiful hotel. Excellent service. I was fascinated by the structure of the hotel and deco. And the food was amazing. I will be returning in the summer.
