01/01/2026: Bought their New Year's menu which we prepared ourselves with the accompanying instructions. Great menu with the certainty that you won't leave the table hungry. The only small minus was that the accompanying piece of beef fillet was cut a bit sloppy and needed better finishing to remove the last scenes. Otherwise an absolutely fine menu which can be recommended for a cozy New Year's Eve

01/01/2026: We had booked to participate in the Christmas event on Christmas Eve. We experienced a chaotic arrival, where the front door was locked, and we spent 10 minutes trying to figure out where to get in. When we finally entered through a back door and had wandered through long hallways, we were greeted by very young, friendly staff, but the organization of the many guests was out of control. The staff tried hard to create a Christmas atmosphere, but the food was very boring, dry meat, dead browned potatoes, very sour gravy and red cabbage. We left very disappointed and felt cheated of a Christmas Eve. It was definitely not worth the money. We think it would have been better with fewer guests and more focus on the quality of the food. It is clearly a waste, and we therefore cannot recommend their Christmas Eve event.

10/11/2025: Everything was great! The lady who served us was really wonderful – polite, talkative, and a bit teachy (but in a good way!). She taught us a little about Denmark, the language, and the local area. The food was great – big portions (we had Faxe Kondi, chicken, and fish dishes), all fresh and tasty. It’s a perfect place to visit after a long walk by the fjord and the city :). The restaurant has a lovely, atmospheric style.

03/12/2025: We just wanted a bite to eat on a Wednesday afternoon at 2pm. We were seated, moved to a sofa group. We wanted to order food at the counter, but were told we had ordered, uhh no we haven't, It actually got a little uncomfortable that she kept claiming we had ordered, until those who had ordered made themselves known. 3 of the things we wanted were sold out. We finally got drinks and food after 30 minutes. Both bagels were missing arugula, which they didn't have. The tam bagel with salmon had no flavor and the last panini that was ordered only had cheese and ham in half of it. It was a really disappointing experience, ugh. The place needed us to remove wilted flowers and clean it. Otherwise, an ok place with the decor. vh

30/11/2025: The best takeaway pizza in Odense. I have tried many pizza places in Odense and Roma pizza offers the best balance between quality and price. The food tastes really good.

15/11/2025: Lovely hotel that my partner and I always use when we visit family in town. We always look forward to coming back because of the lovely atmosphere, comfortable rooms and an absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet with freshly made eggs and where no expense has been spared on the ingredients.

23/10/2025: We had the pleasure of spending two nights at this hotel. The owner was a very nice man who took care of us. We had to check out very early and wouldn't have had any breakfast. The owner simply left us the kitchen key so we could make ourselves some sandwiches.

24/10/2025: Really delicious cake and coffee. They have a simple coffee shop with a toilet next to it.

26/12/2025: The food tastes good but it's dirty, especially the toilet. And don't be shy about the disabled toilet, as you can peek in through a crack when the door is locked.

24/10/2025: Its quite unfortunate that the tiny rooms gave tiny desks but there are no power receptacles anywhere close to the tiny desks so not a good fit for business travelers

21/10/2025: I give it 2 points because the rooms were clean and the service was attentive and friendly. Of course, it's not always advisable to ventilate at the airport, as there's a lot of exhaust fumes in the air. The only downside is that (in unfavorable winds) the ventilation blows the airport air into the room, and you can smell every takeoff. We had to leave early because my son had a lot of trouble getting air at night. The ventilation couldn't be turned off, so it felt like a sleeping garage. Breakfast was OK - unfortunately, the cutlery and cups weren't clean and had to be thoroughly cleaned before use. The toilet (in all rooms) is squashed into the corner so that you end up with the toilet roll on your lap when you sit down. The spare toilet roll hangs right next to the toilet bowl, so you have to unwind the first few layers to avoid wiping your bottom with the sprinkled paper. The toilet seat seems to belong to a different model, so you're always sitting on the bowl.
