20/08/2026: We had rib roast today, which we took home to eat, but the sauce was inedible, it was so salty.

01/08/2026: Delicious food as well as service. We received a free appetiser. I thought it would take a long time, because one person worked alone, but she did a great job, and we received the food much faster than I could think of. She did the food with love, for sure.

12/08/2026: Delicious sandwiches. Fresh coffee is made while you wait. The atmosphere is less appealing because it is connected to a supermarket. A bit noisy. Otherwise... absolutely fine.

06/06/2026: Awful service, mess with ordering and overpayment, the most boring Bahn Mi we have had in a long time. Very little meat and no dressing or taste in general. We left the food without eating it. The place is not recommended.

06/08/2026: I think it's the best Caesar salad I've ever had...and I've had quite a few. The baked potatoes were sooooooooo good. Too bad it's so far for me to Esbjerg, otherwise I would have come often. Small portions, but I was very full from the two dishes.

02/08/2026: Went to a confirmation party here and it was fantastic. Really good food, helpful service and a nice atmosphere. Will definitely come again. Edit: went for brunch, really delicious. The price is on the high end, but extremely fair in relation to the quality and ingredients

16/08/2026: Pandekagehuset in Jelling is apparently the place to go if you want an ice cream that is so impressive that it requires both an extended field of vision and a solid portion of dedication. We stopped by and were immediately greeted by a queue that snaked like an eager snake, and it wasn't hard to understand why; the sight of the happy guests leaving the place with ice cream monuments of almost unimaginable dimensions testified that no expense is spared here. Unfortunately, we had to admit that our planned lunch at home put a natural end to an ice cream expedition of that caliber, but the flow of satisfied people with giant ice cream creations in their hands alone is ample proof that Pandekagehuset is a must-visit. It looks damn tempting, so we will definitely return next time – and this time we will make sure to come on an empty stomach so that we can really throw ourselves at their impressive selection.

28/06/2026: Hi, I would like to share another disappointing experience I had at Circle K Buen, Kolding. Today, after paying for my items, I realized I had forgotten to buy a cup that costs 5 DKK. As soon as I noticed, I turned around and walked straight back to the counter to pay for it. Before I even reached the counter, the staff member immediately said, in a rude tone, that I had to pay for the cup. Of course I was aware of that—that was exactly why I was walking back to her. I calmly replied that I was coming to pay for it, but she then told me, “Don’t give me that attitude.” I hadn’t raised my voice, argued, or been disrespectful in any way. Despite that, she repeated the same comment several times, which made the situation very uncomfortable. What concerns me is that this is not the first unpleasant interaction I have had with this particular employee. I visit this Circle K regularly, and I have always had positive experiences with the other staff members, who are friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, my experiences with this employee have been very different. After discussing this with friends, I discovered that some of them have also had negative experiences when she was working. They are considering sharing their own feedback as well. I am not writing this to cause trouble for anyone. I simply believe customers should be treated with respect, and I feel this employee’s behavior does not reflect the high standard of customer service that I normally associate with Circle K. If management wishes to investigate the incident, I would be happy to provide the date and time so the CCTV footage can be reviewed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to improve the customer experience at this location.

23/07/2026: One of the worst cafe experiences I have ever had. The staff were extremely unfriendly and greeted the guests with sour faces and an indifferent attitude. You do not feel welcome or respected as a customer. In addition, the glasses were dirty and the cleaning seemed very poor in general. This is unacceptable, especially in a place that serves food and drinks. I will never return and cannot recommend this place in any way.

23/07/2026: I had a very disappointing experience at this cafe. While I was trying to order, a staff member turned his back on me and ignored me before I could even finish ordering. I then went to another staff member and explained that the first one hadn’t listened to me, but he simply replied, “It’s not my problem, get on with it.” I asked for my drinks to be non-alcoholic. After I said so, he looked at me in a way that I found condescending and disrespectful. As a woman wearing a hijab, I felt like I was being treated with disrespect because of my hijab. When I finally received my drinks, they were clearly made without care. The glasses were not filled properly and they had none of the decorations that the other customers’ drinks had. I left the cafe feeling unwelcome and deeply disappointed. I hope that in the future this cafe will treat all customers with the same respect – regardless of their appearance or religion.

28/12/2025: Terrible! You order a Coca-Cola and get Pepsi. They take back a Pepsi, and we order a beer (thankfully, it's in a bottle). The beer glass was so dirty, there was no room for anything else – dust, dirt, grease, everything. Okay, so we ask for a new glass. No problem, they say, you can choose your own. But there was just one problem... all the glasses are dirty. Thanks to the gentleman for the bottled beer. But at least it's cozy, and because of the lack of lighting (dim), you don't have to worry about the dirt. The food arrives, joy! Lasagna is great 👍, pizza with potatoes and bacon! Oh, crispy, mmm... Oh no, the potato slices are raw, oops. And now, I'm a complainer... Nobody ever complained before. Go and see for yourself; I'm never going back.

27/12/2025: Firenze is one of the best places to eat in the city. Really good food and great atmosphere. Really good. Highly recommended.

16/06/2026: Dear Gitte and Rasmus, Thank you so much for a wonderful day with you on Saturday - June 2026. It was an absolute pleasure to hold our annual family reunion at Skipperkroen. The food was fresh, tasty and plentiful. The service was extremely discreet, friendly and efficient. The table setting was so nice and beautifully arranged. The four round tables made the conversations very good and everyone could feel comfortable. MANY THOUSANDS OF THANKS for making our day festive, enjoyable and where everyone felt comfortable.
