28/07/2025: This is my second time coming to LUMINAE, I came a few nights ago for dinner with a Friend and I was invited to come play golf with a friend and have lunch here today as well, and the food, staff, and service was just as good as the first time. In fact, I had a chance to speak to the owner and was so impressed with everything that I decided this would be the first time that I ever write a review of a restaurant. Impeccable!

25/07/2025: The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant had such a calm and welcoming vibe. The only downside was that there wasn’t a changing table available, so we had to change our toddler in the car. Other than that, everything else was truly lovely!

08/08/2025: Cozy place and the food was nicely presented. Especially the chicken salad and compote were quite delicious (except for the bone that was hiding in the chicken salad).
05/08/2025: Fantastic museum, both Johannes Larsen's own home and the attached museum part. The garden was a wonderful experience in itself, a huge outdoor area with chickens, beautiful trees and flowers in a beautiful setting. The cafe had a nice selection of both drinks and food.
The museum shop was cozy and nice with a good selection and good service with a smile. An absolutely positive experience that is thoroughly recommendable.

14/07/2025: I came here during a lull in my train to Germany and had an amazing time as a tourist. Kind amazing and fun people to talk to. Had the time of my life and met amazing people. Felt like I was in a neighborhood bar back home I highly reccomend !!

09/08/2025: Happy and friendly employees at the reception and restaurant. Seemed enthusiastic. Nice that there was no loud music in the restaurant. The restaurant was tastefully decorated with plenty of space between the tables. The room was nice and clean. However, a small minus is that the window (just above the toilet) in the bathroom faced straight onto the square and the hallway from the rooms to the restaurant and reception. The light in the bathroom was dim, making it difficult to put on makeup and shave. Otherwise a good bathroom
20/07/2025: Really delicious food, the fish fried to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, all in all perfect.

12/08/2025: The old owner unfortunately left Aero and with him his home made patties of South American beef and the quite good Brioche Buns. Now the burger is just ordinary fast food - nothing special any more. The service crew at least is very nice.
09/08/2025: The place has changed quite a bit since my last visit – it’s no longer Burger House, but now more of a snack bar serving fries, fish and chips, hot dogs, and ice cream. The fish and chips tasted good, but the portion size was surprising: the only piece of fish on my fries was about the size of a chicken McNugget, which felt a bit small for the price. Also worth noting: although the opening hours say they’re open until 9 pm, the kitchen actually closes at 8 pm. The atmosphere wasn’t quite as friendly as before – no smiles, no fun vibe like the Burger Guys used to have, and some rather curt responses from the staff.
