04/09/2025: We've been picking up rolls there ever since we were children. It hasn't changed a bit. The rolls still taste amazing, and even the slice of cake was delicious!

02/09/2025: The rolls were rock hard and appeared to have been left over from the day before.

21/08/2025: The place looks amazing and looking at the menu it matched the impressive surrounding. Booked a table for 8pm on a Thursday evening which I thought was a sensible time to go out for dinner. The drinks order was taken and we were then strongly encouraged to order our meals as the kitchen was closing at 8:30! At no time were we welcomed or made to feel important. We felt like we were stopping them from going home. Such a shame as we were really looking forward to this. The sauce with the steak was nice but nothing amazing. Such a shame.

16/08/2025: We had seen on Brasserie HAV's own website that they serve afternoon tea from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. That's why we drove all the way from Christiansfeld to Henne Strand to try it. When we arrive at 3:30 PM, however, we are greeted by a young girl who says that afternoon tea is only served until 3:00 PM. We refer to their website, but unfortunately we are not met with understanding or friendliness. On the contrary, we almost got the feeling of being a nuisance, when they reluctantly agreed to serve it anyway. The service itself was a mixed experience. The scones were warm and tasty, but the bread for the finger sandwiches was dry, and the egg salad did not look fresh. When you drive so far and set aside time for an experience, you expect more - both from the service and the quality. It gives a disappointing overall impression when the information on the website does not match reality, and when the staff fails to meet the guests with kindness. Unfortunately, that drags down the whole experience.

15/05/2025: Like stepping into the 90s 🥰 everything was fine, service, hygiene and tasty food. Thank you, we will definitely come again 🙏

06/04/2025: Small but fine selection. A place to take away food. The portions are huge and fill you up.

30/07/2025: Good guidance, great service and delicious food. Imagine that our little baker can also help with cold cuts and cheese, in addition to delicious mill wheels and rye bread. We ordered for 50, there was enough for 80 👍

18/04/2025: Thanks to Det Lille Bageri for helping us at short notice when we were burned by other suppliers. Tasty smørrebrød and lovely cake man.

15/08/2025: Nice location, but dirty and worn. We had a family trip, 3 rooms opposite the cathedral and one room in a side wing. Good beds, but worn carpets and it was shabby and not clean. One of the rooms had been changed, it was almost unusable and the bathroom was very worn and unhygienic. The breakfast was disappointing, it was not replenished unless we asked for it, and the breakfast was definitely not what we expected from a hotel of the standard that the hotel otherwise claims to be.

14/08/2025: We only ate in the restaurant. The salad was delicious and the staff was very friendly. It was lovely to sit outside, with a view of Ribe Cathedral.

04/05/2025: The best sandwiches in the country, from what I've tried. However, I have only tried about 20 sandwiches from around the country, but... they are clearly the best of them. Super service by nice and nice people, good prices, filling, tasty and potentially healthy food and a great selection. It can't be better in my eyes. Thank you Number 1.

01/04/2025: I have soon eaten from No. 1 for many years and it never disappoints. Good kebab, delicious bread and good service as always.

20/04/2025: Tolle Pizza! Kurz bestellt und abgeholt. Die Pizza ist kross und lecker; auch vegetarische Pizzen sind hier frisch und alles andere als langweilig

12/08/2025: It's very reminiscent of a canteen at a medium-sized company. Not so cozy. I got a toasted hotdog with everything, and I have to say that I'm pretty convinced that the sausage was in a "plastic casing" And that's not exactly my strong point, as I'm from a generation where you're used to natural ingredients all the way through.

23/08/2025: A small and cozy restaurant in middle of Grindsted with lovely hosts. Food is all fresh, made at home with love. We came here for LEGOLAND and strikingly this was best find. All value for money and best taste .

19/08/2025: We came in on a Tuesday afternoon. There was a single employee behind the counter, serving at a leisurely pace. The manager came out when the queue kept growing. All the pastries had gelatin, even the Gateau Marcel, which normally doesn't contain gelatin, so I ordered a ciabatta bun since there were wasps in the other pastries. The bun tasted fine but was a bit chewy.

25/07/2025: I have only been to the square in front of the community center, where there is a beautiful view of the fjord and benches to sit on.

22/05/2025: Super good community center for good money. The view was good but the place was a bit small compared to our expectations.
