24/08/2025: Well then i ordered my food i had about a 5 minutes walk before i got to eat the kebab box. I had never experienced in my life some more stale fries as i did here they were more potato then fries and were luke warm at best. My kebab tasted like it had been outside of any heat source for atleast 30 minutes so it definitely was not cut for a long time it also tasted kinda stale and were room temperature at the highest. It looked like he took it out of a bucket and poured it into my box

24/08/2025: Absolutely poor service and customer care. You let a customer stand in line for +15 minutes and then tell him to go back to the start… because there are apparently two lines… very large store/restaurant apparently. By the way, you could sense that hygiene was of a very low standard!

26/10/2025: good wine and a slightly more exciting selection of cocktails, beer could be more exciting, there is a bit of a mess with their opening hours on the website, it may say 02:00 and then they suddenly start asking people to leave at 00:30, it's a mess, I haven't tasted any food from here

15/04/2025: Great atmosphere, delicious drinks - especially the peanut butter white Russian - and great service. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food.

05/08/2025: Today, the two of us came here for lunch. We had fish and chips and a so-called pølser platter. Both were freshly prepared for us, as was the delicious coffee we had afterward. We were able to order the food in German without any problems, although Danish would have been no problem for us either. We sat outside; here you sit right on a street in the harbor area. Which is perfectly fine, though. The food was super fresh and excellent – the fish was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the fries were as good as they've been in a long time. The portions were generous; we couldn't finish it all. While we waited for the fish to be prepared, people kept coming by to place orders or pick up pre-ordered smørebrød. We can highly recommend Marina's TrafikBar.

26/10/2025: We had a birthday brunch for 50 people. Fantastic food. There was a huge selection of delicious specialties, and there was plenty of everything. The location is awesome and the service is friendly. Highly recommended.

27/02/2026: My son likes poke bowls, it's a new-fangled Asian food from Japan that can be made in all sorts of variations. There's no shortage of different flavors here either, whether it's better or worse than the other options in the immediate vicinity I'll leave it unsaid, but it's good anyway!

12/02/2026: I have been to Esbjerg on business trips several times. I have stayed in almost all other options within the vicinity. For me, though, Scandic Olympic works best and here's why. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood between the harbour and the centre withing walking distance to both. There is a charging station (Type 2) right across from the hotel where free parking is also possible. The check-in procedure is smooth; staff members are professional and friendly. One may consider the rooms a bit on the small scale, but I think the way they are set up works well. Some bathrooms are a little small, especially the wash basins, but hey, I can live with that. The rooms are air-conditioned and have windows for fresh air (only to be used when AC is set to very low). The duvets are not too hot (as is the case with the competition); the pillows are comfortable offering good support. The very strong point goes to the breakfast. The breakfast area is very nicely set up, with dimmed lights and discreet music playing (not blasting) in the background. The breakfast offered is exactly what one would expect in such establishment: The breads are all of very good quality, the rolls are delicious and there is lots of Swedish crispbread offered as well. Both coffee machines produce excellent java. All in all, I can highly recommend Scandic Olympic for a relaxing stay with a good-night sleep.

05/12/2025: Had Christmas lunch here and it's a nice place, but the Christmas buffet could be better.

15/10/2025: Really cozy hotel, beautiful rooms and sweet and smiling staff.

02/12/2025: It's simply too slow. I waited 21 minutes for some burgers. The staff is running around and making fun of each other in the kitchen and are extremely unproductive. Simply not good enough.

23/11/2025: If the manager can't provide good service, it doesn't give me confidence that the other employees can either. She chose to double check my order, even though I had clearly chosen a burger without cheese, and when it turned out I was right, she was visibly irritated. This is unprofessional and not the first time I have experienced poor service. I therefore unfortunately have to cancel my subscription and cannot recommend the place.

07/02/2026: The best authentic Indian food in Odense! Goa manages to deliver that "homemade" soul in every dish. It is our go-to for those nights when we don't have time to cook, yet it tastes like a meal that took all day to prepare. * Quality: Exceptional and consistent. * Favorites: The Lamb (26) and Chicken with Mushrooms (57). * Value: Very affordable for the high quality you get. If you want food that tastes like a mother’s cooking but is ready in 30 minutes, this is the place.

16/12/2025: GOA IS THE OLDEST AND BEST INDIAN TAKE AWAY IN THE WHOLE OF FUN. EVERY TIME I'M IN GOA THEY ALWAYS SURPRISES ME. There's one thing I know many of the other Indian restaurants have learned from Goa.
