24/10/2025: Its quite unfortunate that the tiny rooms gave tiny desks but there are no power receptacles anywhere close to the tiny desks so not a good fit for business travelers

21/10/2025: I give it 2 points because the rooms were clean and the service was attentive and friendly. Of course, it's not always advisable to ventilate at the airport, as there's a lot of exhaust fumes in the air. The only downside is that (in unfavorable winds) the ventilation blows the airport air into the room, and you can smell every takeoff. We had to leave early because my son had a lot of trouble getting air at night. The ventilation couldn't be turned off, so it felt like a sleeping garage. Breakfast was OK - unfortunately, the cutlery and cups weren't clean and had to be thoroughly cleaned before use. The toilet (in all rooms) is squashed into the corner so that you end up with the toilet roll on your lap when you sit down. The spare toilet roll hangs right next to the toilet bowl, so you have to unwind the first few layers to avoid wiping your bottom with the sprinkled paper. The toilet seat seems to belong to a different model, so you're always sitting on the bowl.

27/06/2026: We planned a quick stop for the restroom and ended up staying for a meal. 😁 The restroom costs €0.65, and you can get a 2.50 DKK credit towards your bill at the shop. Unfortunately, the restroom wasn't completely clean, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and patient. The food was excellent! I had a Buddha bowl, and my husband had a sausage platter. The price-performance ratio is good. And the cinnamon rolls are fantastic! Worth it!

06/04/2026: Stayed a few days here. We had booked a spacious double room, and have to say that it wasn't very spacious. It took some time to get hot water for the first time in the mornings, but after letting quite a bit of water run, we got pretty hot water. But the room was very clean and comfortable, and we were happy with it. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was okay (for vegetarians). They did offer dinner buffet, but it looked like most of the dishes were meaty. The location is great - it is quiet and 30 min drive to Odense or Kolding. The most important thing to note is that the hotel closes at 9PM, so there won't be anyone to help if needed after that.

19/05/2026: We go all the way to Rudkøbing from Svendborg and get really delicious food. We ordered pizza and burger as well as a Belgian waffle for dessert and everything was delicious and you can taste that things are made from scratch. The service was also very welcoming and friendly. All in all a really good experience, we will definitely come here again 👌

13/04/2026: I am always greeted with a smile when I come here and the food is delicious, their food is some of the best you can get in Rudkøbing. Very tasty and nothing is missing. It is a cozy place that I like to come and would like to recommend to everyone on my way.

10/08/2025: Really a super monthly menu we got today. I have never had a shrimp salad so deliciously prepared and with such a variety of flavors. The main course with tenderloin was just in the cupboard. Crispy edge and deliciously soft. We couldn't have had a better birthday dinner. The service was just top notch. With a waitress who constantly made sure we were having a good time. Thank you 🙏🏻🤩

09/11/2025: Too bad you can't give 0 stars. We order food via Wolt, as none of us are able to pick up the food ourselves. When it arrives, there is no kebab on the kebab mix we paid for. I then call them to correct this mistake they have made. I ask them to send me a new one so I can have something to eat, but I am just told that I can pick it up myself or have it for my own use. I do not accept this and say that I probably would not have ordered from Wolt for delivery if I was able to pick up the food myself. I keep my word, but get a slightly agitated man on the phone, who does not have the shadow of good customer service. If it is really the case that you cannot get help when they make a mistake, then they should probably consider checking whether their order is correct and not missing anything before they send it out to the customers. It should be said that the food was with them for over 40 minutes before it was picked up by Wolt, so there was plenty of time to check if everything was correct. I will definitely not be ordering food from them again.

20/05/2026: Fantastically tasty pizzas. Very well topped. And delicious dough. We are staying at the campsite near Gram and picked up the pizzas. Friendly and fast service. The place isn't really decorated to be cozy for eating there, but it is doable.

17/05/2026: That was a delicious burger, and the fries were sprinkled with a tasty herb salt. My first choice next time I'm craving a burger.

07/05/2026: Excellent place. Just a shame there aren't that many seats downstairs. And since my boyfriend is a wheelchair user, it was the only option.

16/02/2026: I ordered a cake for my son's 5th birthday. I asked the clerk what kind of cake it was and was told that it was a rum ball cake for 12-15 people. I understood it to be one large rum ball cake. Instead, we got a tray of regular rum balls laid out – not what I expected. I gave my own name because I was going to pick up the cake. It's normal to say your own name when picking up. But they didn't ask what should be on the cake itself. That's why my name was on it – instead of my son's name, which the cake was for. It was for a 5th birthday at kindergarten, so it was really disappointing. The service was lacking and the communication was poor. 255kr. for that cake is simply too expensive for what you get. I really miss the old baker who was here before. Unfortunately, we won't order from here again.

01/06/2026: I treated myself to a dürüm last night; there has never been so much lettuce in any salad, but only now. Almost no meat, almost no sauce, just lettuce and cucumbers – terrible.

02/12/2025: It's simply too slow. I waited 21 minutes for some burgers. The staff is running around and making fun of each other in the kitchen and are extremely unproductive. Simply not good enough.

23/11/2025: If the manager can't provide good service, it doesn't give me confidence that the other employees can either. She chose to double check my order, even though I had clearly chosen a burger without cheese, and when it turned out I was right, she was visibly irritated. This is unprofessional and not the first time I have experienced poor service. I therefore unfortunately have to cancel my subscription and cannot recommend the place.

07/07/2026: I first went to the bathroom, which was so dirty that I lost my appetite.

02/07/2026: Bought 4 toast. They were all covered in cheese on both sides so paper was melted into the bread. Inedible. Went in to get new ones and was told I had to wait 20 minutes because it was busy. Got my money back instead and found another place to eat
