26/08/2026: Located by the still somewhat unfinished Skibbro-byrum. Good cakes, small buns, messy and what at best can be described as half-engaged service. What is super annoying is that there is no visible price list, so you have to ask around for selection. The outdoor area is also a bit unattractive, as passing pedestrians and customers parking their bicycles do not exactly respect the fact that you are actually sitting and eating a meal in peace and quiet.

17/08/2026: In August 2026, I was passing through and bought a pack of cookies. A few days later, when I was no longer in the area, I realized that the expiration date was February 2026!!!

10/08/2026: Bendixens Fiskehandel is definitely worth a visit. You can get most fish and good homemade fish salads. The prices are ok. Note that the store also has a smaller fish grill shop that is open when the store selling fish is closed. A portion of Fish and Chips costs around the price is approx. 100 kr. I myself use Bendixens Fiskehandel a lot when I want to serve lunch with a number of small fish dishes. Guests usually ask with interest where they can buy the tasty fish themselves(?) In Svendborg the answer is always - Fish is best bought at Bendixens Fiskehandel!

29/09/2026: Nice little place in the middle of town. There's not much space, but if you're lucky enough to get a table, you can enjoy a nice pizza.

08/09/2026: Ok place. Quite a long wait for the food. There was only one person in the bus who was quite busy. The Herregårdsbøffen was probably also plenty, but the fries were good. Nice outdoor seating with a good view of the square.

06/09/2026: Absolutely fantastic. An older gentleman serves and prepares the food. It's very relaxed, the food arrived quickly and tasted great, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

26/08/2026: An authentic restaurant with a small menu, but everything was delicious, and the beer was ice cold. Prices were reasonable. Inside, many people were smoking, so we sat on the sunny terrace—a real treat.

17/08/2026: It's a very local place. Locals come here to drink beer and smoke cigarettes (smoking is permitted inside). In any case, the food is quite good at prices below the Danish average. Recommended if you're passing through.

26/09/2026: If you want a durum/kebab, go anywhere else but this place. Thick kebab piece with gristle in it. Not recommended at all

11/05/2026: This is a very nice little baguette and kebab place. We ordered food from there one day when our lunch order was out of stock, and even though we have some relatively picky employees, the types who always have to have without this and without that and extra this and extra that, No.1 managed to do it all 100% right! I actually think that's great, considering it was a phone order!

03/10/2026: If I could give the place 6 stars it would be perfect. Try their pepperoni pizza with extra kebab and their homemade dressing and you will never want to end the evening with anything else 🤩 because of the best service of the night 💪💪👍👍

26/09/2026: Stop the impressively bad attitude you are greeted with from the staff when you enter their business for the simple task of ordering some food. You would almost think that you had disturbed them in the middle of something important. And as the icing on the cake, you are served a mediocre and cold pizza slice. A fantastic combination: terrible service and boring food. It is still a kind of talent to make both things disappoint at the same time. Overall, just a really boring pizzeria! So a clear recommendation from here: If you are standing on Dæmningen and are hungry, do not go in here. Go left and go to Royal's Pizzabar instead. There you will get both decent service and pizza that is actually worth paying for. I will definitely not be back. Once was enough.

30/07/2026: We were there a few days ago, reminiscing about times gone by. The food is more like the lowest-level fast-food joint, but the prices are four-star. The cutlery and furniture are truly disgusting.

23/07/2026: Bought 4 soft ice today. Quite expensive but no more so than the other Blaavand places, but they did not taste very well compared to them. Contemplated returning but had walked too far too far before we all agreed something was not right. Slightly concerned it had gone off but probably just some type none of us liked

01/10/2026: Amazing and great service! Authentically Italian and very welcoming! The waiter rasmus was so nice and easy to talk to. The owner was really passionate and friendly as well. Love the place!!
