11/08/2025: Had the opportunity to stroll the old town surrounding this property after our wedding. We loved meeting the townsfolk and sharing the beauty of these surroundings. There was an event going on and we were able to meet some friendly faces here. Would recommend stopping by for a stay or a bite to eat in the restaurant.

27/07/2025: It's lovely, clean and beautiful here. ONE serious thing, near number 9 there was a loud noise all night long that kept me awake. I wondered where it came from. Now we're sitting on the terrace and we can still hear it clearly. It's running and stopping all night long. There's also noise from cars, but it's quieted down Would like to know what it is? And I recommend that you do something about it. A minus of the stay, where the service and meals were satisfactory

04/08/2026: Reply to your message: I thought it was a shame that you didn't just admit that your ingredients weren't fresh! I'm sorry I didn't go and read Trustpilot before ordering food from your restaurant, because several people clearly agree. Wolt contacted you when I wrote to you. My boyfriend threw up from your food, this happened an hour after it was eaten, and you refused to give me a refund despite them contacting you, so let's all use it and you want to give me a refund, to seem nice and instead acknowledge your mistake. He lay there throwing up until 6 in the morning, there are no doctors open at that time of day, so no he couldn't go to the doctor, no, and did he have to pay 600,- so you could get a doctor's certificate that he had food poisoning? And funnily enough, throwing up exactly an hour after eating your food? Isn't it funny that I'm contacting Wolt and spending my time writing a review. And don't tell me it was heated to 180 degrees before, your chicken was freezing cold and extremely dry and several of the ingredients had a very special smell, I could throw my bowl out and since I'm pregnant and don't dare take chances like this! The message; NEVER ORDER FROM THERE, BAD INGREDIENTS AND FOOD POISONING!!! We ordered Wolt from there yesterday. We ordered 2 bowls, and the chicken in it was completely cold and you could see it was just something that had thawed, without it being heated through again. As a pregnant woman you are extremely careful, and the food must be fresh ingredients, as they write on their Wolt, and not ingredients that are too bad and cold chicken. On top of that, my boyfriend got food poisoning, and threw up within an hour after he had eaten. In dialogue with Wolt, the restaurant does not want to and back pay. NEVER MORE FOOD FROM THERE!!!!!

17/07/2026: We always stop in and get two cups of latte. 2 buns and 2 pieces of Wienerbrod They make the best latte, you can taste that their bread is quality.

08/07/2026: Pretty good place to stop for a break, a snack and a bathroom call. Despite what other reviews say, I've found - during regular visits in the last 18 months - that the toilets are acceptably clean and well curated, any mess is obviously thanks entirely to dirty customers and is quickly cleaned away. Yes, it does cost, but why would it be free? It's a business, not a public toilet, and someone has to pay for attendance, soap, water, power etc. The opportunities for food are pretty normal for a motorway cafe, decent sandwiches, fast food, ice creams & Soda etc - the cafeteria is also clean, and pretty much as you'd expect for a place catering to travellers who are just passing through (and have zero concerns about any mess they may leave themselves). By which I mean - it's tidy and as clean as a small staff can keep it while open for business. No petrol pumps, but plenty of electric charging stations. Some outdoor seating for nice days - I have a very positive opinion of this business, also it's in exactly the right place for a motorway services stop, quick or otherwise.

25/05/2026: Fantastic friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely food. Salmon for starters and a buffet with rare roast beef. It tasted great and the plates were constantly refilled. Lovely breakfast buffet.

18/05/2026: Lunch stop on the way to Jutland, fantastic Buffet and very welcoming Waiters and Receptionist. Close to the highway

06/06/2026: We stopped by Trier's Corner because they had caipirinha on the drinks menu. Their caipirinha is the real deal; they made it with the typical Brazilian liquor called Cachaça 51.

09/08/2026: We come here for a meal at least twice every holiday. It's clean, the food is excellent, and the service is very friendly.

05/08/2026: The ambiance, the mix of cultural pieces, and then my Swedish digestion after the meal. Simply fantastic! It was like being on a 365-day world tour, but eating Italian food every single day.

14/07/2026: As you approach the place, you might think, "Oh dear, old, dirty wooden benches, not exactly an inviting entrance." But the burgers are really very good. It's a bit difficult for non-Danish and non-English speakers. The man behind the counter seemed annoyed after just two sentences of English, but the food made up for it. The view while eating was amazing. In short: delicious food, not much in the way of ambiance, but it's worth it for the taste and the view.

12/07/2026: Visited Båring Bakke Grill and had their cheeseburger – and it was an absolutely positive experience. ​For a fairly fair price I got a burger that tasted significantly better than the average for a classic grill bar. You can really taste that fresh vegetables are used, which elevates the whole taste experience. ​The service was nice and accommodating, and the beautiful view of the Funen highlands is absolutely perfect. It just puts the finishing touch on the meal. ​All in all, a cozy place that can definitely be recommended.

11/08/2026: It's a small restaurant with a limited menu. The food, however, was very tasty. Admittedly, the food and drinks aren't exactly cheap, but we found it to be reasonably priced. Running such a small establishment with such good food isn't exactly inexpensive. In any case, we enjoyed our meal, and we also really liked the atmosphere in the small dining room.

06/06/2026: SUPER COZY! It's all under control. The food, 4 small dishes that end up leaving you full, satisfied, happy and impressed, and with a tiny bit of ski on. Their combined wine menu for the food tastes... better 😁 I owe a tip, because the staff is really in a class of their own, but forgot to leave a few notes.

02/08/2026: The food was good, but the Escape room was unfortunately not good. Some solutions were broken from previous visits.

27/07/2026: Bowling is 👍. The food is 💪 definitely not the last time. The service is also 👍. Toilet conditions are also okay. I have nothing negative to write about my visits there.
