27/12/2025: The food was nice. The service was really bad.

04/10/2025: Really good burger bun which was as it should be. Delicious steak with really good flavor. Delicious homemade red onion and cucumber. The whole combination of a standard street burger. juicy. It definitely did not disappoint. The price was perfectly fine for the price. We got a lunch discount.

14/06/2025: They don't listen nor understand what are you ordering, steak was overcooked, burger buns was soaked and falling apart, ordered without tomatoes, but still got burger with them..

18/04/2026: The hotel has been beautifully renovated and the interior appears modern. The rooms are modern, simple and good. The beds were top notch. In the bathroom, the shower was separated by a glass door - excellent. There is a "motel" feel to the place, as you can only access the rooms from the outside. Many similar hotels have a basement corridor, so you can go directly from the hotel/reception to the room blocks. That would have been a clear advantage. The food - tapas menu - actually didn't have much to do with tapas. The individual small dishes tasted okay, but the whole thing remained "messy". We had been looking forward to the breakfast buffet. It was a disappointment as it was completely crowded when we arrived. We could only sit at another table with other guests. The plates were almost empty - but were later refilled.

30/03/2026: We use the hotel when we visit friends. But it suits that purpose perfectly.

02/12/2025: It's simply too slow. I waited 21 minutes for some burgers. The staff is running around and making fun of each other in the kitchen and are extremely unproductive. Simply not good enough.

23/11/2025: If the manager can't provide good service, it doesn't give me confidence that the other employees can either. She chose to double check my order, even though I had clearly chosen a burger without cheese, and when it turned out I was right, she was visibly irritated. This is unprofessional and not the first time I have experienced poor service. I therefore unfortunately have to cancel my subscription and cannot recommend the place.

11/09/2025: The best roast pork sandwich ever. There was simply so much delicious and tender meat that it was almost a complete dinner.

01/05/2025: We held our wedding at Alfa. It was a fantastic party with the most beautiful setting. The venue was so beautiful. All arrangements with Alfa were easy and they were very polite and made sure that everything was as we wanted. The food and service were excellent and most guests said both at the party and afterwards that it was incredibly good and the staff had everything under control and there was nothing to be done about it! Would definitely recommend Alfa and if we have a party again, it will be with them.

14/04/2026: If you like to eat in total darkness, this place is perfect for you. My boyfriend and I visited KOI Sushi yesterday, and it was honestly a rather peculiar experience. We were seated at a table at the back of the room, where it was so dark that we could barely see either the food or each other. Instead of a pleasant dinner, we ended up feeling extremely tired after a short time. It felt more like sitting and eating in the middle of the night in a very dark room. The concept won out over the coziness The ordering was done via a single mobile phone, which did not work optimally at all and certainly did not contribute to a cozy atmosphere. When we (and another couple sitting in the same dark area) asked the staff if they could turn up the ceiling light or give us an extra candle, the answer was no. The darkness is obviously part of the concept. As for the food itself, unfortunately there was nothing "wow" about it. It is in line with most other sushi restaurants in Odense. ​When you pay in that price range, you expect a holistic experience where you don't have to struggle to see what you are putting in your mouth. ​It was completely liberating to finally get out of the restaurant and into the sunlight again. It was still day after all. We had expected much more, and were unfortunately quite disappointed. There are many other places in the city where I would rather eat for 780 kr.

07/04/2026: It was the worst service of my entire life maybe... Still in shock. We ordered a table and were placed in a corner by the toilets 😬 It was dark and not at all cozy. You don't pay a lot of money for that on your weekend. We ask to be moved and we are allowed to, but why did we get that creepy table to begin with?🤔 We order food and after 45 minutes, when we are starving and people around us are getting their food non-stop, we ask the waiter what's going on. He gets embarrassed and admits that our order has disappeared. 😬 So we order again 🤯 So after 1 hour of waiting we get something to eat... Here we discover that there are no napkins and cutlery. Again, you had to actively contact us!🫨 The food we got wasn't quite what we had ordered, so their system must have been really glitchy or something. But we just ate, because it was late and we couldn't bear any more hassle. Our mood is at rock bottom and as an apology we get a measly drink for free on the house bill. The food itself was okay, but nothing extraordinary at all. Honestly, there was no point complaining about it and you certainly didn't want to pay several hundred kroner for your ruined evening. But as decent as you are, you just pay and go your way. Will never go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone. Huge disappointment.

17/08/2025: Fantastic address by the water and in walking distance of Marstal otherwise. Fairly expensive, but high season. Quiet.

05/08/2025: A fantastic place very beautiful hotel and a lovely staff who make sure you have a good time. And the view, it lives up to its name.
